You aren't ever going to get a proper representation either, humans aren't consistent enough to realistically rate.

The current system feels like a giant coin flip simulator and I simply want it to be improved not made perfect.
: Theoretically once you hit your proper ELO you'll hit 50% WR. The nice thing is that as long as you have >50% WR you know you haven't peaked yet.

Its a good theory I'll admit but the wins and loss streaks cause too much of a fluctuation in your rank. How do you know if silver 2 or gold 4 is your actual rank?

I know no one wants to here this, but if we ever got a matchmaking system that was actually perfect or flawless, even if that is actually impossible, you would have a 50% win rate eventually right?

Based on your history, with peebus who seems to be the common duo. Neither of you buy this item, like ever. And you're both almost always playing champs that can utilize it. You learn nothing, keep getting salty and you keep getting destroyed. That's the difference between you, and people that climb higher. It's more along the lines of "ok so I did A, B and C really wrong/badly, D was a very stupid mistake and I probably could've done something to stop the enemy E. How can I fix this?". Notice how balance and team mates never come into it? Because you're performance is all on you. Your champion, your brain, your fault. Me? I had issue with darius. Then I found yorick, kled, illaoi, mundo and camille. Mid I play heim, anivia and vel'koz. In the jungle I rock nautilus. All of them beat darius in different ways. Almost all of them can outplay his kit, or they win the stat check, can build grievous wounds and almost all of them can CC the crap out of him to the point at which he can barely move. All of them can make a darius cry. You simply need to learn how to do it instead of putting it all down to "it's ritos fault"
i dont play on this acc anymore. the problem isnt me not being able to play against a jugg its that my team might not know how to play against a jugg. what tf do i do if darius tps bot and gets a triple?
: Actually jax, the hyper lategame carry counters darius because he can nullify half of darius' kit. I'm not usually the guy who says this, but l2p. You can beat anyone as anyone if you know how. Stop blaming your losses on your own lack of understanding. If you want to crush them without a team, pick your own juggernaut or simply get better at who you play

if i played adc then i wouldnt be complaining about tanks/juggs. again, my problem is not being able to 1v1 a darius as jax unless its 40 minutes in. and you act like theres team play in solo q.

Juggernauts are not tanks. Juggernauts fit this profile: beefy, high damage, immobile, low crowd control Tanks fit this profile: beefy, loads of crowd control, relatively low damage (enough to get by), semi mobile.

In turn, tanks either have high amounts of burst damage and/or cc with means to mitigate damage but low overall damage, they also have means to either increase their defenses or draw aggro, some of these functions bleed into each other though like how Garen has a means of his increasing his defenses for a while. Darius and Garen are Juggs. Sejunai and Nautilus are tanks.

: Mundo and voli are fighters. Kench's damage is impractical and falls off late. Cho'gath can kill squishies if he can get on them. Without ult he can't really though of the squishy target has any mobility. Cho'gath gets hardcore out damaged and countered by the top fighters and juggernauts right now. He doesn't even remotely come close to Darius or Irelia damage. Cho'gath and Ornn are probably your best arguments but when you say they out damage bruisers, you are just being ridiculous.
I never said tanks out damaged bruisers im saying theyve outcompeted bruisers. They dont do as much damage but its ridiculous to watch a tank outduel a bruiser and also be a huge threat in team fights. Mundo is fighter...really? That's your argument? He can TANK an entire team's worth of damage for a whole minute. He is TANKING damage because hes a TANK.

im a silver rengar main and yeah i dont really like this either but i feel like he would be a little too frustrating to play against if his ult was like k6 or akali. Sure poeple can stop you before you can get ur leap off but remember that if you do get your leap off you can do your entire combo in one animation which is pretty op.

: 1. Don't list champion strengths, it doesn't actually help your point and makes your post feel low effort. 2. Instead of statements like "X is busted" start asking questions about why X is strong. Right now the meta is bringing out a lot of champions that Garen naturally does well against. His current level of strength is the same as it was when he last had a 49% win rate, so it's really not his own strengths that are propping him up. His counters still counter him just as hard, it's just that the play rate of his counters has dropped significantly at all ranks. If you don't mind me asking what champions are you playing against him, or are you seeing played against him?
