I do agree he is quite frustrating to deal with, but you have to remember the one rule when fighting him: He's not too useful unless he has his ultimate. So your goal: Always keep his ultimate on cooldown. Focus on building so much damage that he has no choice but to pop ult every time he fights you. That's what I do with my main, even if I have to blow off my ultimate, his is down. He's gankable afterwards. Oh, and these 2 runes help out SO much: Phase Rush and Nimbus Cloak.

I literally mentioned that he had counterplay and said he was not broken, but a Low Risk High Reward, low skill but hard to fight champion.

His hook pulls you a set distance every time depending on the charge, meaning he has to be close to you for you to be flipped behind him. He either gets the "long range hook" (which isn't that long, it's right up there with other abilities like Ezreal/Thresh Q) _or_ he gets the flip. Not both. >His W is Stealth, it enables his passive while in combat, AND is an escape, gives movement speed. If you stand in his detection radius he doesn't get the regeneration. >His E is a dash with a stun that also does massive damage. 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 / 215 (+ 100% bonus AD) Is not "massive damage" and also, it's his only reliable escape. Save summoner heal or healing abilities for when he's about to ult. Play an ADC with an escape. Make sure your support is warding bushes and potentially bodyblocking any abilities so you can escape. Don't fight him if he's ahead, all of his abilities are telegraphed meaning you can escape with ease if you don't get locked down by other enemies. I don't understand why you'd try to use this as an argument though. For starters, it takes way more than two abilities and an ignite to land a double kill. Pyke and his ADC have to _consistently_ autoattack throughout the fight for you to both be in ult range in which you can still dodge it or heal out of it, it's not a guaranteed ability. It sounds like you (or the person in this example) just misplayed and you're upset about it. If any champion hits you with that, you'll most likely die. Here, I'll use Blitzcrank as an example. Blitzcrank hooks you, knocks you up, ults and ignites you. You're dead! Sounds broken when you don't provide any context or try to play around the champion. >CC in his kit: Q slow, Q pull, Q flip, E stun, Death on R Mobility in his Kit: W movement speed buff, E dash, R dash You know what he doesn't have? Two of the most crucial aspects of supporting, he lacks _any_ defensive options for his allies. If I pick Pyke and the enemy team has a poke comp, looks like my ADC is out of luck. I can't build any item or do anything to help them in or out of laning phase. If they're being focused my _only_ option is to hook or stun them, both of which are telegraphed and can be dodged in any way. I'm also curious as to why you're not bringing up Sona, Soraka, Janna, or Nami right now. All of them are much stronger than Pyke right now anyway. And **on top of that**, Pyke is actually _weaker_ right now, meaning he needs some sort of compensation buff, atleast targeted at lower ELOs.
"No defensive options", He has stuns that are easy to land on even mildly grouped allies, not to mention if you have the % health back on kill, you can heal 50% of your health if he ults all 5 of them.

I'd just leave this hell hole, League of Legends used to be a fun and entertaining game but it's just too toxic and run so poorly now. Riot bans with their detection system, meaning there is rarely a case where an employee bans you. Riot also has complete faith that their dumb as a cardboard box full of cat piss system is perfect and will only ban those who deserve it, meaning you 100% will never get that account back. If I were you I'd play a game like Warframe, the community is amazing and almost everyone is willing to help you instead of flaming you and mocking you.
: Rengar's probably the hardest countered assassin by virtue of ARMOR. He does build Lethality, but he has one of the worst pairings with Black cleaver, since his skills generally only hit once. In other words, a single Armor item can null all potential armor penetration he builds, and then some. {{item:3110}} absolutely destroys his kill potential, as does {{item:3075}} and {{item:3157}} Rengar is generally only a problem when you nub it up, feed his passive 5 bounties by 4-5 minutes and spend the entire game vs a 26% AD bonus kit. And, most pro rengars will try to do this right away (1-3 are easiest kills).... So.... expect ganks..... and stay the F away from bushes, and control ward, until you have armor. Then just trick him into a bush engage and destroy him inside the bush (he can't bush leap twice if you are inside his bush)
You're forgetting that Rengar only jumps on squishies, IE: Mages, certain supports, adcs, etc. None of the above build Thornmail or Frozen Heart.

This would allow, say Yasuo, to stand in the middle of a Wave and zone you off of it. Besides this would be abused in the early game by moving waves around before they even get to the lane.

The kit is fine, all except for that ultimate. So with Static true damage, a tank can get hooked to an enemy and still live while the enemy dies. DUE TO THIS REASON, any damage taken should reflect max health true damage. My spin on the ultimate. Target two champions, - keep the ally on ally idea. Ally + Enemy: If an enemy hits a bonded ally, the bonded enemy takes % true damage based on how much damage that ally's health it did. Example: Sion bonded to an Annie, Brand W's Sion, say it dealt 500 damage and Sion had 1000 health. Annie then takes 50% max health true damage. Sion bonded to Annie, Brand W's Sion, 200 damage on a 1000 health Sion. Annie takes 20% max health true damage. This damage ignores all shielding, while bonded no one can be healed but health regeneration is normal. With this change, say an Illaoi could not just be bonded to an ADC, no one would want to hit illaoi cause you could be bonded to the ADC. Illaoi flash ult and kills everyone with no repercussions.
