: You have to get the same little legend that you already have from an egg in order to upgrade that specific one from 1 star to 2, and then again to get it to 3. Not sure about the other questions.
Let me guess, you have to purchase the eggs?

: Xerath needs buff.
I feel like the trade off is supposed to be that as Xerath I have low mobility but can deal lots of damage. However, unless I am VERY fed that's hardly the case and even then I need my whole team on board. With all the shields, dash's and hard CC in this game Xerath rarely stands a chance. They recently gave Annie a speed burst when she activates her shield. How about a speed boost for poor old Xerath? Maybe when he lands his E?

If there was a stat on bans you would see that I ban him 100% of the time I play adc which is half my games.

: Sounds like you’re salty form being outplayed by a pyke lol. He is 12th on win rate support picks. Come on. If he misses anything, he’s screwed. His health is garbage. He can’t even build health. It’s fairly easy to dodge his ult. And again, if he misses it, he’s pretty much useless in team fights. Just like any champ, if you know how to use him well and hit your skills, you will be strong.

How many times, when you read a post about a champion being op is your response not along the lines of: "Sounds like you’re salty form being outplayed by..."? I can't possible think of a more generic and useless response to a post about a champion being over powered then: your mad or your salty or your butt hurt. The truth is he's not screwed if he misses anything. If he misses q he can w if he misses w he can q. If he misses ult he must be bad because its an aoe skill and he can cast it from invisibility. Pyke is never useless in a team fight.

: Tahm Kench's solo lane power is utterly incredible, but since he's known as a support he's not respected. Once everyone's played against him a few times they'll know to give up laning phase and just wait around to outscale him. Saying that the power rebalancing broke Kench would be like saying that Darius is rigged if top lane suddenly became popular and a bunch of people kept chain feeding Darius because they were unaware that he is a melee shredding lane bully.
Yeah except... no one outscales him.

: [CLOSED] We're Recruiting Moderators for the NA Boards!
Let me guess, requirement number one is that you agree with anything and everything Riot does no matter how terrible it is for the game? The boys at Riot could use some refreshers on ethics, morals and the concept of 'Group Think'.
: Neeko is surprisingly fun to play against
I couldn't disagree more. Neeko is the epitome of whats wrong with Riot and league. She's INCREDIBLY easy to play and does WAY too much damage. What happened to the idea that the harder a skill is to pull off the more damage it should do?

: League of one shots?
The problem as I see it is that there is a huge lack of counter play. If your argument for why kat should be able to press R and one shot an adc is: "well that adc should have a galio who can swoop in just before the kat arrives and save her" or "vayne should have saved her condem so that she could knock kat out of her ult and run away", well than I would retort: why can't vayne have a fair chance at outplaying the kat? Why must she run away? Why is kat's kit built to one shot in the first place when it should be built to make the user use her/his brain and still win in a sustained fight with any champion let alone an adc. I guess that was the point I was trying to get at. Champions, especially new ones, are designed to burst kill rather than fight prolonged battles and Rito's "answer" to balance the equation seems to be creating champions designed to cc other champions so that fights can be won with one shots by squishy champions. However, I feel that a better solution would be to stop designing champions to one shot or get one shot. Obviously, that is harder than it seems but that doesn't mean the solution does not exist. Just because you can't figure something out doesn't mean there is no solution right? No couple in the fact that those tank champions are actually dealing just as much damage as adc's and you have current meta.

: It isn't so much 1 shot, its kill pressure. Can they kill you with one rotation and at what hp is it possible. Zed and Talon are well known for their high kill pressure because they can 100-0 you in one skill rotation at level 2-3, as can Kat and several others within the assassin/adc/toplane group. Mages were rarely able to accomplish this so instead had ways to stop this from happening, as did tanks and supports. Now mages are about to be dead, tanks get wrecked early, and supports are the only ones left able to prevent this (against enemy adcs). This means that champions with more kill pressure are becoming increasingly popular and only those that can mimic it will survive. Mages will take electrocute to achieve this as many already are (Syndra, Malz, Lissandra) or suffer the consequences. Tanks will sit under towers waiting for ganks or switch out for top-lane carries like Quinn and Kennen (I've seen so many more Quinn and Kennen toplanes recently), and supports will stop trying to mitigate damage (tanks like Braum and Taric or enchanters like Janna and Saroka), and instead aim do damage themselves (Lux, Zyra, Annie). In short someone is going to get fed, someone is going to feed, and jungle is going to be the deciding factor for the game. At that point snowball champions will naturally be best which means expect assassin's and adc's everywhere in every game (seen jhin and kai'sa midlane several times in the last two days).
Sounds to me like all they would have to do to even things out is stop allowing champions to be killed in one rotation. Also, its not one full rotation for a lot of champs. For instance, Kat simply presses R. There are of course other champions that are just pressing one key to nuke an adc. I mean I have one shot adc's with nothing but e q on wukong for god sakes... I guess I just think adc's are way to weak at the moment and many of the mages are way to weak as well. I figure, if you can one shot with qwe then you should in tern be able to die from a qwe. Which that just doesn't seem to be the case.

: Another question: by "not being able to take them down" do you mean they are running rampant in a 1v3 scenario and surviving consistently? Or are you just upset that they survived more than 3 autos?
Tbh if teams were taking one tank, no biggie. However, that is simply not the case. The majority of games played now how 2-3 tanks per team minimum in my experience.
: New Urgot OP
He is the most op champ in top lane bar none. I would challenge you to find one champ in this game who could beat him 1v1 at level 1.
: Show Ashe some love
What they should do is change ashe's ult from global to something like the range of jhin's ult and make it do good damage.

: Honestly, how to deal with tanks?
I main Ashe. Tanks like Zac, Rammus, Orn, Ivern, Amumu and Nautalis are just to much to handle. It has been my experience that regardless of how I itemize I can't take them down. The part that bugs me is how much damage they are doing. Not so much with Nautalis but Zac, Rammus, Orn... they deal a lot of freaking damage for a class that is supposed to be tanking. I mean it would be a completly diffrent story if I did not have to worry about anything but their cc. That is not the case. Tanks have seemingly no problem killing adc's in this meta.

: "Tanks do too much/a lot of damage"
Tanks simply do to much damage. If you can sit in front of a fully geared adc at level 18 and take 30 seconds worth of damage than you should be able to deal a total of 0 damage to that adc. Its total bull shit. If i can't kill you then there is no reason you should be able to kill me.
: I think Ashe is that type of ADC that isn't about damage but more of a team composition champion. In other words, she works with her team by slowing or stunning the enemy. She also melts towers like hell. If you're not fed then you should always stay close to your team but if you are, you can pretty much carry your team.
I do not disagree but most adc's can do what Ashe does... just better. Jhin out-damages Ashe in every step of the game yet has a better and more helpful ultimate. Let me fire three r's in a row and then we can say her utility balances her lack of mobility and damage. I realize she is a utility champ and in pro play she does well but tbh I dont care what the pro's want from this game. They make up 1% of the population. For me and I believe for the majority of Ashe players she needs some more damage.
: diana is seriously OP right now
Diana isn't really OP but she is incredibly easy to use which makes her seem OP? I mean in regards to dealing max combo damage a blind dog could pull off her combo. In reality, with proper cc, and a little know-how she is easy to shut down. That being said her q is just to easy to land considering what it means if you get hit by it. I would say, to be fair, they should make her q much harder to land than it is currently.
