Hi Kaduva. The Blood Moon skins are for the Blood Moon event. At the moment, we are in the Snowdown event. What you see when purchasing with Snowdown Tokens should be what's available.
: So are you guys looking into the RP purchase issue for Mac users? It's been a while and it feels like nothing is being done nor is it in your radar :/
Hey True Fool. We haven't forgotten this! A fix rolled out with today's patch to help resolve this issue. Let us know though if you are still seeing issues.

: Do you handle PBE server questions? I was wondering if a timeline has been given yet on when to expect the RP gains not applying on the PBE server to be fixed (The free 8,000 RP).
Good question. Our last update on this was [3 months ago. ](https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/client-new-features-feedback/dM75EUEY-pbe-and-rp) At the moment we don't have any other updates beyond this, and that we are still looking into this.
: I do like your name :), Keep up the good work.

: A majority of the time the client would crash but once it closed with no explanation while running fine.

Yeah, that's no good. That's never fun, and I would like to help. I hope you don't mind, but I've gone ahead and created a Support ticket for you to help you resolve this issue. The folks in Player Support are great and they should be able to help you get back into game with no issues. Here are some support articles that may help out as well if you would like to look into the issue yourself in the meantime. : I just wanted to chime in and say that I really appreciate this breakdown and think it's a really valuable service! For those who are interested, this is _exactly_ the type of thing we want. I sort of doubt that it has mass appeal, but for those that it matters to (which very often are the people most affected), the _lack_ of this is very upsetting. So I don't know if this will turn out to be a very popular segment per se, but I think it's a very important one and really hope you continue to do it moving forward.

I am glad that you and others are finding value in this sort of transparency. It's something that we see value in as well so we decided to give it a go. From here on we are looking to y'all to see if this segment will continue providing value, and to help guide where we take this next.
: Thanks for this, guys/gals! Really nice to get a rundown on issues and fixes.

: I posted this in response to Morg. Reposting here. . NB. For this feedback I am making the assumption that the new guides are aimed at those who are _just_ starting. I think many people bear the [curse of knowledge](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_knowledge) People forget what it was like to be a noob and learn all these things. It's often the case that there is a disjoint between what those who already know think is important and what those whoa re learning think is important (and also discrepancies between _how_ these are picked up). E.g., you don't need to know what baron is or does if it's your 5th game. I very much doubt that people who are just starting the game will be concerned about jungle. ___________________________________________________________________ I'd rather see it segregated into basic, intermediate, advanced or something of the like (there are problems with such names, but some kind of segregation is needed IMO). There is currently no absolute bare bones break down of the game. How would you explain the game in, say, 5-10 sentences? What is the absolute bare minimum needed to play and win the game? Kill the structures, turrets fight back, 3 lanes, unique champions, minions (not minion type). That's really it. You don't need info about monsters, don't need game modes, don't need to know roles, tbh you could probably forgo shop and items for the first few levels/games (because that shits complicated). It's not that I disagree with the information, it's that I disagree with the presentation. It's format comes off as overbearing to me. A great deal of that information is relevant only after a few games have been played i.e., not if you have _just_ started the game. However, if it was segregated (or linked into account level in the new client) the learning curve and experience could be much nicer.

However, if it was segregated (or linked into account level in the new client) the learning curve and experience could be much nicer. I agree with this, and something we discussed internally. It's getting to this point that will require work. There are some things that made it through that an intermediate player has better knowledge of like Epic Monsters. However, we did want to still cover it since it is something that is out there in the wild.. As a new player you may run into this big scary thing, and you either hit it out of curiosity or leave it alone cause it looks scary. Besides learning on your own, most new players will learn aspects about the game because they had a friend tell them "X", and being general about it. "See that thing, it will hurt you, but if you do "X" then "X" will happen". Playing on your own will have you learning at a different pace than someone who has someone helping them. We wanted to provide enough information to at least explain what it is that you may run into.
: Step in the right direction! I'm just going to list some things as I come across them that might need improvement! -Annie is a MUCH easier mage to learn than Ryze, and I would rather see her on the starting line-up instead of Ryze. Ryze has just become too focused on combos and mechanics to give to new players. -Supports in the jungle? Ummm... I wouldn't tell new players this, since they might start believing Janna jungle is a good idea. As a support main, it should also be emphasized that supports WORK BEST WiTH OTHER TEAMMATES, not alone. -Great character summaries! I would talk a little more about Jinx's utility in her kit; her W and E allow her to deal more damage with her auto-attacks, and are important for new players to be aware of. It's not all, but here's what stood out the most to me! :)

As for the Character summaries, I am glad you like them! There was a balance here that I wanted to hit where you can have a simple understanding about a character's kit, while also not overloading the summary with too much information. This also gives room for experimentation after understanding the quirk about a specific character. If there are any characters that you (or others) viewing feel like is missing the mark, then I would definitely love to hear about it!
