Sorry to hear that. I would start with writing into Player Support. Our Tech guys will be able to look into this and help determine what is causing the issue. If they can't help, then it may be a problem on our end that we will need to look into. You can also[ start here](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201761974) to diagnose the problem yourself. I know this is annoying, but I hope this helps.

More often than not, it can be an issue with the WiFi itself, but his is a simple way to test it to be sure.

Keep an eye on the timestamp of when your ban should be up. Bans are lifted not only by a certain date, but by a certain time as well as the time zone given. Hope all is good!

: Hi I am having the bug which greys out my "PLAY" button and says "we aren't able to create lobby ". Sometimes I also lose my icon and friends list. I could make the client work if I keep re-openning and closing the clients for several times but it is still frustrating. I saw some suggestions about going into the location of the game RADS>projects>league client>releases>0.0.0.192 and open the clients.exe but seems still not fixing the problem. Like it says we have return to a prior patch and now we will restast and try to update it to the most recent one. Of cource that doesnt end there. For some reason the last 0.3 MB doesnt want to get load up like for 15 min ( the rest of the 4MB or 34 MB of the update is done is like 3 mins). So i close it and the process comes again. So after a total of close to 30 minutes I can go to the stage that the cliet has downloaded the update and now it applies. From there is 5 minutes to end. AND AFTER ALL THAT I can log in and be able to play normally the game. Until the next mini patch or quick fix comes in which i will need to spend half hour to get my client working. At this point i consider unistalling and then reinstall the game. It takes about 40 minute for me to download it and I am free to do other stuff too.

Seem's like you have a temporary solution, but let's face it..we would not want you or anyone else to face these problems when a new patch is implemented. I understand that this is annoying, but let's see if we can start narrowing down the issue. I've had several bugs within the client that ether me or my friends have experienced. number one: when opening the missions tab when there is a chat underneath the voice chat button will up and disappear. no where to be found number two: being unable to click "accept" because it just...doesn't appear to them. number three: with each update my game gets slower and slower. I end up having to reinstall due to residual files. perhaps a fix can be released? thanks riot! : I understand you are split into team, working on different things, so here is the list of things I m looking forward to (even tho I honestly dont think it will happen). Client is a mess. Make a reverse engineering, build it from a scratch again. DOTA2 has it flawless, HOTS as well. Please, dont make us suffer like this. Make classes useful in the way, you created them. -> I mean it like this: Support Janna shouldnt loose in the early game to support Zyra just because Zyra has so much dmg in that lane. Make it, so supports are determined with how much utility they provide to the adc, so people will not just pick full dmg supports. Remake the champs into their main role, into which they were created to be. Zyra was made as a mid controll mage, make her so she is there again. Remove spellthiefs edge. Lower dmg, lower healing, remake true dmg on champs. Now you have everyone taking dmg champs, because the dmg is too high. Make it so that people who are good at laning are still gonna be good, but not because they play some bursty champ top lane. Make tanks feel like tanks again. There is just too many options to counter resists and stacking HP. Remove CS gold bounties completely. Increase jungle camp exp, and gold, so that farming jungler are still playable against ganking junglers. Decrease the time for which the scuttle crab provides vision. Make certain champs and their mechanics viable again -> Pheonix udyr is dead because you cannot understand, that R doesnt (adaptive stats) scale with ad, but you will force AD on him. I think there is more, but this should do it for the next 6 seasons at this rate.

I don't see a Player Support ticket created on your end around this issue as far as I can see. This is a good case where our PS agents can deep dive to see what the issue is. I hope this helps!
: I've also been experiencing an issue where the League application would pop open on my screen, indicating a sign for ready-check, but no such sign would appear. This is similar to the black screen, but this time you actually see everything in the client except for the ready-check popup. This would always force me to dodge.

: Right after it started happening, I finally got to see the message it was telling me that I had an overlay, steaming, or some other 3rd party enhancement running in which I do not. I run leagues as the only thing I have going, Chrome is open but that is for music. Discord's overlay is off because it lagged the game. Nothing else is running but Leagues and every time after 28 minutes it freezes and gives me that message. I don't understand why it's being broken. I submitted a ticket but it's been labeled as on hold for some reason.
I am sorry to read that, but I do see that someone was finally able to get in touch with you and I hope everything works out so that you can get back into game with no issues!
: Can you fix your program breaking down? I am in the middle of a match and I get a warning 20 minutes in that my client (As stated by my computer) a 3rd party program has broken down. It kicks me out and I have to restart and re-log into the game. Maybe if you worked more on fixing the real issues and not worry so much about account transfers. People can chill in a server for a bit longer while you fix the REAL issues please.

From there we will be able to identify if the problem is on our end.
