Change it to give it's benefit over time: After using an ult, basic attacks restore 20% mana over 1 seconds. This way it won't be as effective on a champ with 2.5 attack speed, or when you build 3 at once on a champ. But it shouldn't affect champs with normal attack speed at all.

I've always found whoever has the most items wins, hands down. Just played a game where everything went perfect for me, got such a powerful comp, many of them 3*** very quickly. BUT, after krugs someone already had 10 components while I only had 3. Even though my team was super OP, guess who won the game? Yup, the guy who got super lucky on item drops. His team had 0 synergy but wrecked everyone with his items alone.

They should allow single player 'Skin Boosts' from aram in any game using BE. Meaning, in champ select you pay 2000 BE and unlock a random skin for your selected character for that match only. Good way to drain that huge stock of BE without gaining anything permanent.

I've had full matches where I never received a single item from monsters, only from carousel. I'd be sitting on my disrm knife and giants belt at round 15, while my enemy has a pyke with 2 spears of shojin, a vayn with a rageblade, and a bench with 4 more raw components they just don' know what to do with. But fear not, apparently there's a patch already so you're guaranteed between 1 and 5 items. This way you won't get 0 but can still be stomped by luckier players.

Bullet is basically above/behind ahri. Her dash is misleading making her look higher above ground. You can see a second after when ahri stands up, the trail of the bullet is behind ahri. One of those pixel perfect things that it was sooooo close it looks buggy.

I queued up with 2 friends. They fought each other constantly, I fought one once, and never once faced the other one. It was a huge letdown and not something I'm excited to revisit. You can still become invincible while building defense, as resistances and health stack nicely as well. The bigger problem imo is that full tanks are either stuck into support or slow jungling giving them no money and unable to purchase many defensive items, Bruisers don't get optons to go full tank or they fall off heavily. Ex: Ornn/Tahm/Mundo can get incredibly tanky for the sole reason that they're one of the few full tanks that get their own lane of gold flow. Then you have support tanks like braum and leona who are unable to solo lane effectively, forced to build support/tanky on a low income and get blown up by fed adcs/assassins.

Have you guys seen Mordes ult? The face that SR completely vanishes outside the ring, and is replaced with floating rocks. I can almost guarentee you that his effects took waaaaaay longer than any other champ to create, since they needed to create brand new tech and figure out how to make it look right (wasn't just a bunch of flashy explosions like most champs). That's most likely why his skins didn't all get new particles, the actual particles themselves took up all the development time. Prob why they did a flame version and stopped there, prob took way too much time to make a second color variation. Compare that to panth who has some really simple stuff, plenty of time for a bunch of recolors and such.

: Sometimes the last place person is actually in first as soon as they complete their comp/items. I have been on both ends of this. One instance, I was trying to build a yordle comp. I didn't get to complete my Yordle comp until I was in last place with 20 points. As soon as the comp was completed though, I randomly beat both of the top 2 and never lost again. In another instance, I was dominating first place all game.... Then I went against the last place person who just completed their Yordle comp. They decimated me and no one beat them again. This is the person I learned the Yordle comp from. Yordles comp is strong but takes forever to complete.
