When you E as Syndra against a Leona who is during the travel of her own E, if timed correctly (as late as possible) Leona is pushed the correct distance but instead of being pushed away gets pushed in the same direction her E was taking her. So Leona ends up on the oppsosite side of where she started instead of in the direction of Syndra's E push.

There's no exact timeframe. It's based on playing games without being reported for dishonorable stuff. If you play a ton and don't do anything worth being reported for, you can probably get there.

They need to get her off the permaban list so players can play and get them data. They can't buff someone who is already highly banned. Cut it down and build it back up to a reasonable level.

The reason assassins have so much burst potential is because they are not built to scale well, and thus need to get a lead early in order to do well. The same is said of the "sustained-damage skirmisher" you are referencing. you are trying to combine two vastly different archetypes which just won't work out.
We used to have a sustained damage skirmisher. Luckily they gutted tank Ekko.

Initiation is a huge factor for pro play. Not getting instantly blown up when initiating is another. Having full coordination between 5 players makes initiations much more effective than poke once teamfights start to come up. Mage/poke supports work better in lane and smaller skirmishes.

Because they can't show blood on some regions, and this works on all without needing a different effect.

: Why would you play on a VM anyway? What "security" difference will it make? A VM is still connected to your main pc, if your main PC had a virus in it, the person who made the virus would still be able to access your pw's (ofc not for all sites) through a complicated type of sniffing or man in the middle attack. I'm sorry, but this claim is pretty stupid. The only times VM's really do increase security, is when you're reverse engineering/testing a virus (or doing a review of one). And when that's the case, the VM is fully encapsulated to itself (meaning no internet connection). Depending on what Riot does with the change, this will prevent a wide spread of level up bots. This will prevent a lot of scripting platforms and this will make the integrity of the game better. They will obviously monitor it and tweak based on what people prefer. But as it stands, the only people I've seen use a VM is for bot farms.
The only legit VM type thing I can think of for League is emulating Windows on a Mac because the Mac client always has so many problems. The thing about VM's is it can prevent Riot from obtaining correct some types of unique Machine ID data to track cheaters/scripters and enforce bans. I used to volunteer on an old game that had that issue when Mac users were using Wine. Their Machine ID number was always just "1" which made it more difficult to track cheaters over multiple accounts. There are definately other ways, but it might heavily complicate things if Riot is trying to do so with an automated system.

It seems like it's one of the most often lamented things by really great game developers that they don't have more time to communicate with the players and that doing so is so difficult to begin with. So get someone who is a pro at it to do it as their primary job. There aren't a ton of people who specialize in communication, do it well, love and play League, and actually understand a fair bit about game development so that they can be a good go between for Riot and the community. But they do exist! And it seems like Riot (and most major game developers honestly) could really use one (or five) of them.
Because the communication between teams is likely only done as-needed. So the communications people would just spend 98% of their days running around distracting people from their other work asking what they're doing. You could embed a communication person into teams, but then you realize they aren't doing anything for 80% of the day now, so give them other work which will almost always take priority over browsing reddit/league boards.

How are the suportstone items faring? People taking them for Bandit procs seems to be becomming more common. Randomly having 2-3 sightstones on a team may become problematic. Could moving it to having better goldshare rather than attack procs work? Could making Bandit back into a rune give better options? Put in same row as stopwatch and free boots. Death recap overhaul?

Disable any overlays for other games you have. Close all non-windows apps and go into a custom game/practice tool. If that works, start bringing back your desired apps one at a time. Something is interfering, so it's a matter of trial and error to figure out what.

You should get rewards as often as people climbing the honor ladder. You just start at a tier where the rewards are better. You will get more key fragments than someone who starts at a lower honor level. Since honor orbs keep droping after getting to 5, you'll have more time at honor 5 to get them. People who start lower miss out on some chances to get level5 honor orb drops that you'll get access to.

Even something as simple as showing in lane to make the opponent back off is useful. Relieve pressure so your laner can stabilize. Focus SHOULD be towards hypercarry lanes. Get the snowball rolling, then spend more time on other lanes. Help mid take tower, then roam together. etc.

Akali is very stat-check reliant. Once she builds enough stats to out-stat people, she relies on dodging CC to continue to be effective.

It doesn't know untill it goes to load the files for the game. It also only loads needed files. No reason to have all 1000 skin graphic/sounds loaded when only 10 are needed. Not having everything loaded all the time helps keep the client's memory footprint down out of game. This is commong among games to only load things as needed. As for errors occuring during the transition into game, that system is likely able to be improved upon to reduce the frequency of them.

: Remove champion shards from hextech chests
Just got 2 champ shards from an honor capsule. It feels like just a glorified levelup capsule instead of something special and unique, unless you get one of the unique honor rewards. With how few we get, maybe replacing champion shards in honor capsules with emote shard or ward skin shards would be an option? I get it's just more free stuff, but right now they don't really feel good to open generally.

The BE value of those old champs is probably low enough that you can disenchant the shard you get and buy it outright from a level or two's worth of capsules anyhow. This SHOULD be better for players who need the higher-value champs still. Having fewer low-cost shards in the loot table means the higher cost ones should be more likely to show up.

Coming around once every few months with different things feels better IMO. Have some Evergreen stuff that's always in (random ward skins/icons/emotes, stuff like that), and rotate through other content such as old skins, chromas, and maybe a yearly unique thing.

Overwatch does this with variations in their arcade modes, and it's really nice to get to practice someone new, and learn to play as, with, and against them. They had 6v6 Doomfist only for his release. There's 6v6 No limits up now with Moira's release.

Would it to be feasible to have a toggle option to have a number-based healthbar? It would certainly be better for clarity overall. It might just be better overall if we'll ever get a shielding amount added in. It could also become more bold as %missinghealth thresholds are met. So something like this for full/75%/50%/10% (with critical still flashing) 1000/1000 **750/1000** ##500/1000 #100/1000 +(800) with the (800) indiciating a shield amount. The problem would be how to manage different shield types. There might be room for two shield quantities, but text might start getting squished in a bit. Although it's not much better than the tick marks on 4000+ health champs or big Seraph's Embrace shields.
