Here's a simpler answer: how about we just keep Teambuilder, Blind PIck, _and_ the new dynamic picking? There is literally no reason why the three of them can't coexist, considering that they are each fundamentally different from the others.

That is a stupid argument. Completely, utterly stupid. This is what actually happens: Support goes AFK. ADC is now 1v2. ADC gets no farm. Support comes back 7-8 mins, and is also now behind. There is absolutely no reason why someone who DCs should not passively get experience like in Dominion. Literally none.

No, Riot _is_ forcing everyone to play roles by virtue of the fact that we must choose two roles to play (or fill). This is fine for ranked and draft pick, because bans means that sometimes the champion you planned to play for a role is taken out of play, but the problem lies in the fact that you guys removed Teambuilder in order to accommodate for this new dynamic picking when it really wasn't necessary for you to do so. This new picking system is great for ranked and draft pick; far better than any of the previous systems. But for normals, where sometimes a player just wants to play one specific role and one specific champion in order to practice, it falls short. It makes it more likely we can get the role and champion we want, but not guaranteed. And players are greedy people; we want to play what we want to play, for whatever reason. Teambuilder was far superior for that. And that's where this dynamic picking and Teambuilder are fundamentally different. Reiterating myself, it wasn't necessary to remove Teambuilder from the game. It and blind pick and the new draft pick occupy distinct and separate roles. They accomplish different things and suit different needs for different players. There was and is no reason why they can't coexist in the game. The only thing removing Teambuilder accomplishes is to force players to play this mode of play, or blind pick, by removing a substitute choice. : I am honestly so mad that they keep nerfing Azir. I don't even play him that often, but the fact that they keep peeling away what made him good at all is painful to watch. First they completely destroy his E making the shield weaker, the knockup literally nonexistent, and the whole use of that ability (escapes) null. Then they go and nerf his Q so that it doesn't deal additional damage past the first soldier? WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING ADDITIONAL SOLDIERS THEN? I understand that you can still attack with these multiple soldiers at the same time, but really? You honestly felt like Azir, of all people, needed further nerfing? I also understand that this sounds super ranty, but you're pushin' my buttons, Riot. First with the further breaking of champions like Darius who didn't need to be any more broken, then with the THIS. ugh. Anyone else have similar or different opinions? I'm honestly interested to see if I'm the only one who sees it this way.
Azir is a hard champion, and that balances him out in the lower levels of play. But in the higher ranks, where the skill of the player becomes less questionable, he is disproportionately powerful. The nerfs he's received so far has helped tone him down, but a good Azir is still a nightmare.

Please don't put words in my mouth. That's not what I said at all. What I said was having Gangplank disabled is frustrating. Whether you guys do or don't give out a free skin is a different matter entirely.

I don't think "moving back in time" in a multiplayer, online game has never been done before, its just so hard due to all the inputs people give, such as issuing pings, dragon/baron/buff spawns, cds, ect...there is so much that goes into every second that a player does, that it will be too hard to reverse all of that.
It doesn't even need to be that large scale. I was just trying to point out that the core idea behind that ult would be better than what is currently going to happen. Plus, from a gameplay perspective, a kit in the style of "Edge of Tomorrow" like what was featured in the Seconds teaser is just never going to work in a multiplayer game. Then again, I'm jaded from the Great Disappointments in Gaming 2014 (Watch Dogs, Destiny, Assassin's Creed: Unity, etc) so it doesn't surprise me that the actual kit is nothing like the cinematic. Get on my level of no expectations, all aboard the no-hype express. Edit: Also, you can't reasonably post a poll asking if his kit "feels" right or wrong since he's literally going up on the PBE as I type. No one's played him yet. You can't have an informed opinion about his kit.

: Well his ult states it recovers a PORTION of the health lost. Compare that to the video, where Ekko has his arm broken when the Juggernaut steps on it, only to rewind and his arm is clearly still hurting, but functional. His broken arm was healed, but not entirely.
Really? Because aside from the part where his body automatically goes through the motions of rewinding time, he doesn't use that arm at all for the rest of the video. That doesn't really look like it's functional to me.

I used to play dota. Scratch that. I used to play **Techies.** Loved that champion. Still love it. Probably my most favorite champion to play out of any game in existence. Absolutely embodies everything Morello hates about anti-fun, which is why he's hilariously fun. I digress though. Back then, my dota had a nasty tendency to have these mini-lag spikes, where the game would suddenly freeze for like half a second or so. Wasn't too bad, but I did die or miss out on kills a few times because of this. Anyway, it got to the point where it just became way too bothersome for me, and that was when I heard about HoN and LoL. I started off trying out LoL, and my friends got me to try HoN soon after. After playing both, I decided LoL was the superior game because whereas HoN was just a dota clone, LoL actually tried to be original in order to differentiate itself from dota. That was what got me hooked on league, I suppose.

You know, after playing dota 2 for a while now, I have to say that as bad as LoL players bitch about afks, dcs, trolls and the like, dota 2 is far worse.

Thornmail returns 30% of the damage dealt before reduction. 30%>20% And then after that you factor in the armor and damage mitigation, further reducing damage dealt to you. So no, 20% LS does not make up for the damage thornmail does. Not at all.

If they have lifesteal, Thornmail cancels it out, and then some depending on the amount of LS they have, making them that much easier to defeat.
