: Tahm Kench
yes, his early game feels very strong.
: Where's the Vladimir nerf?
players get fed..when that happens its very easy to win. He had multiple level lead on your team and the gold difference is still generous if you take the kills away. He is a strong champion at the moment but doesn't always win because people know how to play against.

He is actually Strong. Just have to know how to build/play him. Gotta know his 4 bullet rotation to understand when you can take good trades.

: Though i have totally no interest on watching game streams, if not for developer updates or lol finals, i would watch more a calm and easy player, talking and meming with subs. Have your personalized emojis to be used on twitch. I also would watch someone that plays anti-meta champs/builds, 'cause it is a lot more funny than the typical yasuo/zed oneshotting everyone, for that i can just play a game and see it with my eyes. Hope that helped!
Thank you very much! It sure does help. great input! Ill look to do something to try to stand out from other streamer. Appreciate yah

: So I just played ranked...accidentally...
i've queued up for Ranked before but it turned out to be normals...... I was so confused because this was Plat/Gold Elo and my top laner was bronze 1...I assumed he was hard smurfing but then he died 4 times in 10 minutes. I was so irritated and then checked on OP.gg and it was normals....I had never been so afraid of a ranked queue in my life...til i realized it was norms
: My problems as a support main.
The purpose of the support is not to be Tanky and provide peel. This is part of what a supper CAN be however I believe in short the goal of the support is to help your add WIN/ SURVIVE the lanig phase. Mage supports are for high damage with a certain risk. They are usually squishy and so if caught out by a hook or all inned then they are easily killed. There are more high risk high damage. As for tank supports they are a little less risky since they are harder to kill and that why they are intended for more of a peel role as they can tank the damage. You just have to know your role as a support. Whether that is to peel/ shuv laners our of lane...or oneshot.
: Hey, help me out! How can I improve my gameplay?
The first thing you want to do is have you or bot have a ward at all times. You have to decide on when to make a drake call. This can be after a good gank bot where then the bot can help you with it. Another good time is when the enemy if is on top side...this can be either you have a deep ward in their jg and know they will be top or when they gank your top lander..of course this would be more like 6+ where you can solo drake. This are more early to mid game examples. In the late game these can be done after a good team fight or use it as a way to cause a teamright If your comp/ teamfight potential is better than the Emmy team. But most important is VISION. Since with vision it’s. Easier to contest and also to weigh your objectives

But in overall gameplay I would suggest prior to the game(loading screen) look at your comp and what will be the most effective way of you to win your game. Whether that is camping a lane that will bring you the most winning potential. this can be bot if you are a rammus for which in later game you can provide peel for. or prioritizing objectives if you laners are all doing well. As a jg I would also recommend buying 1-2 pinks when you can that way you can guarantee more ganks and prevent your laners from getting ganked as well. As for support Thresh if huge for picks and thats where after laning phase some fights can be solely determined on who you pick out early in the fight. Alistar and Rakan are huge peel supports and if you can rely on adc then they are huge picks. If you would like any specifics dont hesitate to ask. This was kind of a broad response Thanks! I would love to ask for specifics but I'm not sure what to ask.

: What is your favorite champ to counter Zed with?
fizz is great as he can dodge ult with his jump. but if used too early it can lead to zed killing you easily. vlad has the same effect with his pool. just gotta know when to use it. they both can also build zhonyas which will make them almost impossible to kill with zed.

: Smurfing really isn't cool. This type of series has been done to death. All you're doing is ruining games for bronze/silver/gold players.
I am doing this to see how I can help other lanes more....I not just playing in the mid lane but also trying out some of my weaker lanes...top/bot/jg/supp. This way I can also learn those lanes better but at the same time find ways that I as a mid laner could be doing to help out. Its more of an experiment til i get closer to my own elo--gold3+.

: For Yasuo's case, to my opinion he's a toxic champion. He's not OP, but he's frustrating to deal with even if you make him go 0/10. As for Zed, he's more or less an unfair champion thanks to lethality. Miss half your combo and you can still 3/4 or 100-0. Even if not fed. I don't know what to say about Talon really. Of all assassins, i think he's fair.

: I'm not going to comment on Talon. As for Zed and Yasuo, I think the problem boils down this: They are extremely high skill-cap Champions that are difficult to play optimally but they also have a set of training wheels on them in that ensures less skilled players are still pulling off ridiculous feats with these Champions that should not be possible for them at their present skill-level. What's the problem with that? In essence, you need to be several orders of magnitude better than the Yasuo/Zed player in order to stand a chance against them. Please don't take this to mean I'm saying that you need to be better at the game than someone to beat them. Unless you're at the top divisions, these two Champions artificially elevate what the user can do skill-wise and artificially limit what the opponent can do skill-wise. If the two players are of equal skill, the Zed/Yasuo is going to wipe the floor with their lane opponent. For the vast majority of players that have to face these Champions, there is nothing they will ever be able to do to fight against them; they simply don't have the mechanics and never will. The way you remedy this is significantly raise the skill-floors so that lower-skilled players are not abused by their peers who play a Champion that requires little from them to succeed but demands the world from their opponent to beat them.
> [{quoted}](name=Wolfalisk318,realm=NA,application-id=yrc23zHg,discussion-id=vVYetrua,comment-id=0003,timestamp=2019-04-09T15:54:57.790+0000) > > I'm not going to comment on Talon. Depends on the level for sure. Anywhere near Plat/Dia up they are kinda weak due to players being able to play vs them. I guess since the majority of players in league are below that then i makes sense in that instance. But I still think that easier champions(mechanically ) can carry games harder in low elo since high mechanical champs require to be CONSISTANT throughout the game in order to be able to carry games properly. Its hard to be consistant with such champs at low elo since if one silly mistake is made then the champs are countered...like zed using W and going in and missing convo...easily played against...yasuo missues a windwalll..easy to kill. I just think they get a little to much hate. I understand that they CAN be super strong and weak but all champs can do that.

: You could write a formal essay on this topic, but the quick spark notes are as follows. Yasuo is designed to break counterplay rules and negate fun as much as possible for his opponent, he also has a reasonably overloaded kit. All three are binary champions, either they snowball incredibly hard (much harder than non-assassin/skirmishers), or they fall into uselessness. Snowballing makes the enemy hate them, failing causes their team to hate them.

But I mean other champs can do that ... and yeah as you said they cant as well as those but I don't think hate is a good answer for it. But Your answer makes a lot of sense

When situations like this arise I would suggest to try to just focus on your mistakes. YES sometimes it is Your teammates fault...but what can you do with that information???? complain... complaining isn't going to get you out of whatever elo you are in. Just try to find out what your mistakes where that game and I GUARANTEE you that you will climb. There will always be those games that arent winnable....You just gotta move on. If you focus on the mistakes you made and try to fix those then you will be a better player. Try to die as little as possible and you will start seeing better results as well. Don't get all mad and flame teammates just think... "what can i do in this situation that will help me win?" as a jg if a gank is too risky dont do it. Just focus on what you can do and in the end you will climb

Yasuo/Irelia are hard to master champs....What i mean by this is that you can feel good when you are doing well but feel REALLY bad when you are behind. They are very easy to make mistakes on due to the mechanical requirements. If you feel very confident with then then try to exploit them as in low elo they feel like gods when fed. Garen/Dar/Nas are very easy to play and can also feel unstapable in low elo because they are A LOT HARDER to make a mistake on because they dont demand high mechanics and so being ahead with them feels much safer/better. So it depends if you really enjoy play yas/irel then Id suggest try to find something that you do really with them and master that. If you want to win games at a more consistant rate stick to dar/garen/nasus since you can master those champs a lot quicker and carry games easier.

sadly thats the nature of the game. Ive had a jg leave at minute five after ganking a jax and losing to his e.. left in a 4v5 after min 5. You will have those games. : It's supposed to be a challenge. If you truly possess the skills to climb up then I'm sure you eventually will be up there. But your rank is supposed to show how you've beaten challenges thrown at you; how well you've worked with each of your teams you've been with so far; how effective your ways, strategies have been---how you've **_mastered_** the game. Those who aren't suitable to be Platinum will be eventually demoted (those who lose more LP than they gain per win is for a reason) and those who truly are Plat should have no problem climbing up or at least retaining their position.

: New to the ranked system: Question about LP gain and loss
yes streaks do matter...also the length of the streak has a much higher effect on your lp gain loss. Your MMR is slighly displaces bases on wins and losses...the more you lose the lower it gets....so if your MMR should be Dia 4 and you have been on a good losing streak then your MMR might display Plat 2....the lower your MMR the worse the LP gain...on the other hand if your MMR is Dia 1 and youre in Dia 4...youll earn much more LP and could skip ranks.
