She's still easier to play and has a good baseline kit, making her winrate 52.2% plat+. Her last nerf was enough. **4)** Compare Nami to Thresh (Nami being the runner-up best support after Thresh, Ali and Pyke), Thresh still has a **higher winrate** as the **highest skill cap and skill floor** support in the game, and more than **DOUBLE** the playrate. Incomparable. Thresh, Alistar and Pyke are top 3. You see it in Worlds, you see it in high elo, you see it in the overall meta, and any pro will say the same.

Probably because there are *several* champions who are doing better than those two in bot lane? Such as Nami, who just had her base healing toned down by 25 hp, and Sona. Each having a 53% and a 54% win rate respectively.

(I dodge a lot of ranked games where one of my "allies" begin being toxic before the game even starts. Before doing so I always take a screen shot to submit on a ticket.)

The gold value of regenerated mana was not included the Lost Chapter's value for the same difficult to quantify reason.

: An idea I got from the changes to {{item:3003}} earlier this year regarding {{item:3004}} was to chance the recipe from: {{item:3070}} + {{item:1037}} + 675 Gold (Total Cost: 2400 Gold) to {{item:3070}} + {{item:1027}} + {{item:3133}} + 800 Gold (Total Cost: 3000 Gold), and change the base stats from 25 AD and 250 Mana to 40 AD and 500 Mana + 10% Cooldown Reduction. Additionally, the mana gained per stack on Manamune would go from +5 to +6 per mana charge. While the item ultimately becomes more expensive, the updated build path (and the slightly more useful build path, since Caulfield's Warhammer grants CDR and can be built from Long Swords) grant the item more broad usability for a larger class off champions than JUST Ezreal. Ezreal himself would likely benefit a little bit, but the increased price delays his spike with the item, so it could potentially balance out. (As for that active, it seems... incredibly obnoxious. I think Muramana's current passive is fine, but its poor stats cause it to be outshined by several other items on AD casters, such as {{item:3071}} and {{item:3508}})

Hopefully that will help take a little wind out of his sales. Though I still think Stormrazor needs to either be more expensive, or to lose the attack speed portion. It's pretty much flat out the best first buy for the **vast** majority of the marksmen, and quite a few other champs.

Let's be honest. Nami's trading could be, and still is, hella oppressive if you were unable to trade back hard enough to out damage the self heal. This just makes her early game sustain slightly weaker. She's still a late game monster once she has some AP under her belt.

Further more, there is nothing the enemy can do to prevent it beyond waiting for the buff timer to run out. Riot really does need to name that category better though. "Catcher" is not an apt description for the likes of Lux, Morganna, Orianna, Zilean, Ivern, and Karma. Tbh imo there are really three flavors of true blue Supports. 1: The Enchanter. Aka: Soraka, Sona, Janna, Nami, Lulu. They allow their allies to perform above and beyond what they would normally be capable of via powerful buffs and sustain. 2. The Warden. Aka: Alistar, Braum, Taric. When Talon is making a Ghostblade bee line to your wounded ADC these are the guys they step in and say, "No". 3. The "Controller". Aka: Lux, Morganna, Orianna, Zilean, Ivern, and Karma. What they lack in terms of raw power buffs or rock solid self durability is make up for with by CC. Lots and lots and lots of CC. And when that cc is done? They have more cc! But sometikes CC just isn't enough. While controller types lack a form of direct, or at least easy to use, healing, they make up for it with immensely powerful shields. This is what separates Lux from Anivia. Lux can bubble an ally to save them from Zed's Death mark, but Anivia can't.

Singed is absolutely a Tank. A Vanguard to be precise. His entire kit revolves around running up into the middle of the enemy team to disrupt them with poison zones and flinging them into his puddles of glue.

The refresh is actually a penalty. it's there to stop her from just sitting inside the smoke for 10 seconds without revealing herself at all. What they should do is shift more of the duration into the refresh portion. So instead of a base of 5 seconds plus 3, it's a base of 3 plus 5.

I don't want to get into specifics yet since we haven't actually tested them (we get to tonight for the first time). To be clear, we're not just looking to buff the current passives, but rather replace them with something better. I'm so happy to hear this. He simply lacks the raw ongoing dps. Also, he's not a fighter. Warwick and Xin are fighters. Find me a video of Pyke fighting either of those in a straight up 1v1 where WW/Xin aren't 0/10/0, at 10% HP, and where Pyke *wins*.

You don't *have* to ping, but spamming "On my way" until the ping limit is reached is a good way to grab someone's attention.

Pyke's biggest weakness is that he literally can't can't do *anything* without his team unless he's 1v1 vs someone really wimpy. Like...Janna or Soraka wimpy.

: The whole "team reliant" excuse is getting old. No one can 1 v 5, no matter who they're playing. Besides, ADCs are way more team reliant than sups these days. Relying on a Pyke to hook > dash cc> > ult someone properly is way less likely to be done right than an ADC just AAing a couple of times once he's thrown the guy right into their face.

A 49% win rate does not make a champion "unviable". I will agree with letting her Q stack on towers though.

Because there was never any actual real "reason" as to why the ADC had to take Heal anyways? Especially with all the bonuses to healing that support items give.
