I think Ivern could use a mini re-work on his W and R. His W is really clunky to use and his R is just bad in general. W could be made so much easier to use by simply turning it into a draggable vector, and his R just need much better scaling in general. Daisy disintegrates come late game. She doesn't even have a fail safe like Tibbers does if Ivern gets shanked by Talon/Zed.

Assassins are balanced...when they don't get snowballed. A really fed Fizz can often kill via sheer brute force once he gets fed enough. This basically leaves whoever he wants to murder with zero counter play as they'll be dead before they can retaliate.

Tbh I think all Zeal items need a 300 gold increase to help delay an ADC's mid game. Defensive items also need to reverse their trend of becoming cheaper and less slot efficient. Defence needs to be better to build than offense (to a degree). Why? Because all the HP/Armor/MR in the world wont help you kill baron faster than a 250 AD Jinx with 2.5 attack speed and 100% crit.

His only base CC is highly conditional and his ult can disable allies just as easily as it can enemies. Imagine Alistair or Leona. Now imagine them being able to CC you from 550 units away without needing to get close and opening themselves to retaliation. Also, this item is a conceptual failure. Stoneplate works because most tanks do damage in a burst rotation and the damage reduction is only temporary. This item would permanently reduce the user to nothing more than a CC bot. In fact I can list a good in game example as it why this type of item should never exist. Fiddlestick's+Rylai's. Fiddle ults into your team, everyone is slowed, your DPS is Feared, and there's nothing you can do to stop him because he has 80~90% damage reduction with 4000+ HP.

I've had games where it seemed hopeless but the enemy got too greedy and we took baron for the win. I've had games that have us stomping the enemy until my team gets too greedy and then the reverse happens. These are reasons for why a game is never over until it's over. But then you have those other games. The games where your top laner goes 3/12 by 20 min because they simply will not stop trying to fight someone who is a 1000+ gold over them. The games where your support D/Ced 5 min into the match and your ADC got destroyed beyond salvation in lane. These games are the "lost causes". The games where you're so far behind that the enemy team is holding a dance party in your ruined base for fun. If you hit "No" in these kinds of games, even if by some miracle you win, you're still making everyone else on your team lose by forcing them to endure a horrible one sided ass kicking for who knows how long.

A. That item is a horrible concept B. The closest thing we have to a ranged tank is Thresh, and he has to get close to use his E/R. C. The reason for is because the concept of a ranged tank is innately unhealthy for the game. What you are describing is an unkillable CC bot who can work from range. Imagine Cho'gath Q spam, but even more annoying.

He's a rare breed of champ. The "AP fighter". Other examples are the likes of Rumble and Mordekaiser.

You, do know that Irelia has a rework coming out soon right, and that it has some really meaty AP ratios on it? A 1.0 on her W, a 0.9 on her E, and two 0.7 ratios on her R. There are already PBE videos out showing people throwing out nukes with her. Gragas has always loved AP, or at least his did until Riot viciously kneecapped all of his abilities. With this ratio buff he'll return to being the 200~400 AP tank terror he used to be. Banshee, Hourglass, and RoA will most likely find their way back into his builds. And you're acting like I'm asking for an extra 500 base damage on her R. It's literally 2.5 seconds of damage reduction on a skill that is pretty much irrelevant in 90% of her games other than to stack her passive.

It was toxic and would ruin games before they even began. Especially if you got two people who wanted the same position and refused to back down. You'd have two people in mid lane fighting over CS while the ADC is left alone in bot lane and repeatedly killed.

EDIT: If you really want gold, just get boots and biscuits and klepto then sell everything you get from those runes and spend all profits on the items you wish to rush and then you dont need to be hindered by a debt limit.

FM is amazing. It can help you finish that barely out of reach item, or let you rush a quick gold gen upgrade if you have to B early. Even if you only need to borrow 50 gold you can just add a 75 gold contol ward to your tab.
