: Actually, I'm having fun with the changes
Personally I'd like to see some of the changes to AP Items rolled back, as I feel it was largely unnecessary and when coupled with the AD Items changes (and new items) really took a lot of power away from primarily AP Champions. Aside from that (and the more popular agreements of Yasuo being stupid, Graves broken damage) I think the patch was fairly solid, though I will admit I did like the Time To Kill of the Tank Meta a little more than the current one.

Is there any plans or thoughts on changing / addressing Yasuo's double crit passive in the near future? With all these new Crit items he can literally get 100% Crit Chance in a couple of items, which lets him pretty much dominate anyone in a straight skirmish and consistently chunk their health down with a single auto attack.

Is there a possibility in the future to give him at least a "minor scale" rework? I know someone from Riot said they were really iffy about giving him a rework due to his fanbase, but at this point I think he really needs it, or at least needs some changes to his kit that allows for more "open" balancing that doesn't leave him too strong or too weak. I think one of the biggest issues with his kit is his E, which lets him continually deal fairly large (at least in my eyes) damage due to being - no cost, always active, and applying both magic damage on-hit and damage over time _from basic attacks_.
: I'll be 100% honest here, I personally think CertainlyT's creativity and imagination is awesome.
The only big issue I have with CertainlyT (aside from him deciding the numbers of champions because he has shown he cannot reliably do so without them being stupidly stronger than they should be) is that the man tends to ignore _ALL_ feedback from players rather than the usual hate-mob or nonconstructive posts. And when he does respond lately it feels like he has this sort of "I'm right and your wrong" attitude when all he does is explain why _his_ vision/version of a change is right for the Champion he is working on rather than actually discussing and taking into account player's opinions and thoughts on the matter. A big and recent example of this is the Mordekaiser rework, where aside from the hate-posts there are detailed posts from long-time Mordekaiser players trying to discuss the rework, only to be told that CertainlyT thinks Mordekaiser is too toxic to be balanced for the solo-lane or how you need to find a support to help his shortcomings. I get that it must be tiring to get so much hate from the Community, but as a game designer you shouldn't shut out even the people who are earnestly wishing to have a discussion with you over something you're doing, especially if their people who have been playing a Champion _since his release_ whose rework you are currently working on. I respect CertainlyT as well, I think numbers aside he makes fairly interesting kits, but even I have to admit that he has certainly not acted like a little angel and is free of the (constructive) criticism he is currently getting.

Can you show a video on what kind of ''tether'' you mean? Well mainly what the OP meant was that the Tether would "stop" an enemy from moving too far away from Point A, whilst still allowing them to move around a bit. Unlike the 4 up there walking out of the "range" of the tether would not break it, but rather cause it to go taut and stop you from moving any further forward/direction you were going. These ones don't do that but rather break when you get out of their range, CC'ing you if you don't. I can't think of any specific videos to link to to show you what I mean, but I believe above in the thread there is a post with a listing of heroes from other MOBAs that use what the OP was talking about. : The new Teemo
I'd be fine with his shrooms being 10 minutes _so long as he can only have a set number out_. While this nerf was harsh I still think its better than when he was able to just litter the entire top lane and jungles with Shrooms for almost the whole game, with the only way to counter that being pink wards (which you can only have one of and can be destroyed by Teemo) or Sweeping Lens (which covers a limited area, has a limited duration, and has a much longer cooldown than Teemo's Shrooms.)

You are held accountable for what you do, and in this case, the community has lost it's ability to communicate with a champion designer. I find that comment to be bullshit, and that if you judge everyone in the community for the actions of a few and act on that then you don't deserve you're position as a game designer. While the hate on CertainlyT was a bit over the top in the Morderkaiser thread what he did there justified a good amount of the actual criticism he is getting currently. (And I mean actual criticism, not the whole "CertainlyT sucks Riot should fire him upvote me" threads and comments that pop up with no actual explanation or reason for their views.) There were tons of comments left behind by long time Mordekaiser players talking about his issues currently and the issues he'll have as a result of the rework, and what did CertainlyT do in response to that? He basically slapped them all in the face trying to explain why _his_ views and _his_ changes are right instead of actually communicating with the people looking for discussion, and then stopped responding to that thread while still plowing ahead with his rework without even attempting any changes or compromises that some of the players wanted to at least see tested. Even now requests for discussion are going ignored in that thread by CertainlyT, with no effort being made by him to show he is listening. RiotRepertoir in contrast has engaged in actual discussion over his changes and views with the people commenting on his reworks, along with making changes here and there in their kits to meet the community halfway in what they want. He gathered a fair bit of hate at the beginning of this, still has some hate directed at him, but he still engages the community instead of shutting them out.

So gtfo from here please and before you talk learn about the champs! Cho'Gath's 2 CC AoE Ability is still something that has a long enough delay that anyone with Tier 2+ Boots can just walk right out of, with absolutely nothing in his kit to help him secure it. Cho'Gath's Feral Scream also only has the Silence and damage going for it, and is on a longer cooldown than Garen's Silence _which also gives him 35% bonus movement speed and cleanses all slows effecting him on it's cast._ I never said Garen's ult had massive range, I said it had a higher range than Cho'Gath's Feast _which is the ability that literally requires you to be in melee range to hit it_, where as Garen has more of chance to use his on any champion due to the extended range. And most ADC's have only 500 or higher attack range, something Garen can easily catch up to with his Q considering it's duration and movepseed boost, let alone get in range for his ult. Look man I'm not disagreeing that Cho'Gath needs some work done on him, that his damage is too high even when he builds pure tank, but I am disagreeing that Garen is alright in the balance department. Fact of the matter is both of them have bullshit inside them and I don't like how you only focus on Cho'Gath's BS without acknowledging Garen's.

The biggest thing that needs to be changed is to have more people post _constructive_ feedback over a Champions changes, and have CertainlyT actually _listen_ to it. While the community has certainly gone overboard on the hate train for CertainlyT he himself is not entirely blameless, as evidenced by his current process of making Mordekaiser a bot-lane only Champion reliant on his teammates and gutting every other type of role he could have potentially done. CertainlyT right now is not doing the Mordekaiser rework justice, nor is actively communicating with Mordekaiser fans, "Mains", and people who know of him in-depth who are offering good, _balanced_ suggestions that will let him play in any lane rather than just being shoved down to one lane. And compared to the people doing the other reworks who are actively making changes to their kits based on community feedback and engaging in debates about the balance of the champions CertainlyT is doing very little of that in favor of pushing _his_ vision of a melee anti-carry.

The only nerf Ahri needs is to have Charm's duration be based also on how far it traveled. And not all Mages have abundant CC or mobility to deal with this.

They were actually revealing a very large radius around the explosion and thus it felt like poisoned enemies were revealed by the poison because they were slowed and could not escape the revealed radius. Random question, but have you (or the people who evaluate Teemo's performance) thought about making the Duration and Arm Time scale with level? This way Teemo can keep his map control come mid/late game whilst being able to use his Shrooms better offensively in fights come that time, while his early game doesn't allow him to litter the lane and every bush near top lane with mushrooms for a stupidly long time like he used to.
: RIOT GIVE SOME CONTEXT ON THE LEE BUFFS
If you're going to give him buffs like this does this mean you'll nerf some of his other areas, such as his fairly big tankiness or sustatin? I mean for most balance changes for Champions that are picked at decent rates or are at a decent/above power level compared to other champions we've at least seen them suffer some nerfs in other areas of their kit to balance it out. Only buffing Lee Sin, even with good intentions, will do nothing but allow him to tower over other Junglers (Junglers who can't even go near full tank as Lee Sin whilst shitting out nearly as much damage as he does) even easier than he does now unless he takes some hits in other areas of his kit to compensate.
: Riot Pls
So you don't want there to be a Sandbox mode because you feel it'll be a barrier of entry or something, yet you're completely fine with stuff like Runes, and Tiered Runes (which are a trap for newbies that anyone and their grandmother can see) at that which gives players free stats for spending some IP? That feels a bit bullshit to be honest.

Nautilus's hook brings him toward the enemy he hooked, making them meet halfway and putting him in some danger. Thresh's hook has a noticeable wind-up time, along with being slower than Blitz's hook. In addition his does not pull the enemy all the way back to him, and using it again brings him straight to the enemy into danger. Tahm Kench requires him to get into near-melee range to hit you **_three_** times, and his ranged attack for that is a skillshot as well with a lower range that only slows when his passive isn't in full effect on someone.
: Just to be clear. You're upset that rito is giving you an awesome free skin and it took us longer than we intended to get it out. So we should never, ever do that again. Well ok..... Feedback noted.

Maybe if you people had actually told us what was going on, when to expect Gangplank back, and all that stuff you might've saved yourself some complaints and criticisms. Instead every single Rioter was basically saying "Sucks that Gangplanks dead and you can't play him now" when met with questions, which is just a bullshit type of thing to say to the face of a player wanting clarification on something. And now here you are assuming that just because you're giving us a shiny new skin that means everything is completely okay, that you all have done nothing wrong. We're angry about the lack of clear communication, we're angry that not a single Rioter said anything about when we can roughly expect Gangplank to come back until today.

: Rumble and Viktor being disabled for a whole patch while they were on the free champion rotation didn't cause nearly this much of a stir. It's not dumb, the old lore was bad and they're (finally) fixing it and making new lore and the game (should) revolve around the lore because it gives a reason for the game other than random people fighting over random things in a random place for some reason. We're finally getting the new lore Riot has promised for so long and there's community backlash. I just don't get it.

Thats because they were legitimately bugged and weren't taken out of the game for near a week for no reason other than Riot deciding to do a neat little tie-in that should have lasted only a day, maybe two at most. Gangplank's rework has been out for about a week (maybe longer) and he has been disabled for nearly as long, with any word whatsoeever from Riot being jokes about how he is dead rather than actual answers as to when he'll be back.
: It IS due to a bug, actually. My understanding was that the initial removal was for lore, but he stayed down for bug reasons; teammates can attack his kegs without doing any damage, so if you have, say, a Draven, he can stack passive infinitely with no significant effort.

My understanding was that the initial removal was for lore, but he stayed down for bug reasons; teammates can attack his kegs without doing any damage, so if you have, say, a Draven, he can stack passive infinitely with no significant effort. From my understanding he is due down just to lore, and even now Rioters are saying that he is not disabled due to a bug, nor would they disable him for that bug.
: If you want a guide i will make one... Maybe just not a video. I just don't think people will take it seriously based on the fact that my games are Normals and not Ranked. What do you think?

: It's been controversial, we knew it would be and we knew we were taking a risk (and by we, I mean Events team, the Narrative folks involved, and Riot) but we've actually received a lot of praise for doing so. That doesn't mean I think everyone has been happy, and for players who feel badly treated, hopefully we can make things right, as mentioned by the official response.

Out of curiosity why did the other regions not follow China's example of what to do for this little gimmick? To clarify for those who don't know I'm talking about how they instead of disabling Gangplank himself all his skins, aside from Spooky Gangplank since he is a ghost, and unlocked Spooky Gangplank for anyone who owns Gangplank.
: Stop telling me Bard is a no-skill champion
While I sympathize with you OP I do want to know how exactly you play Bard Top and not immediately get shat on by the "meta" champs. Seriously though I'd love to see a guide or video about how you play Bard Top.

He'll likely be re-enabled in the next patch. Other champs have been disabled for far longer due to bugs. Where was the rage then? Champions being disabled for long periods of time due to bugs is understandable. People would rather wait a bit then play with/against a bugged champion, with the bug either hindering them or giving them an unfair advantage. And being disabled due to a bug means that the bug was pretty damn serious, perhaps even gamebreakingly so. Having a reworked Champion who has been out for about a week and then disabling him for almost as long due to "Lore" rather than bugs is bullshit.

Lore entirely disabling a Champion for an unknown amount of time, even for people who don't care about Lore is another. A Champion who could have been bought with RP or someone possibly bought a skin for mind you.

Like he already has one leap/jump, why does he get a second one on _one ability_ in addition to a dash on another ability?
Rioter Comments
Rioter Comments
: Dear Riot: I will pay to abolish this skin from my sight
I still think a Cottontail Rengar would've been better (carrot for dagger too.)
Seenan (NA)
: Why is Fizz still given invulnerability on a stupidly low end-game cooldown
What I don't get is why he also gets to jump _twice_ on an ability that already deals fairly hefty damage (against other squishies), gives him near-complete invulnerability, with him already having a good damaging dash as an ability. I just find it a bit bullshit that he is as mobile as he is with how much damage he throws out and how low his cooldowns are.
