Nice, I'm glad this is being addressed ^_^
: I apparently know way more than you do and you are downright stupid. Soraka and Janna are the only ones that should go Coin. And who cares about if you got more gold with it. You should be able to make it up in using the gold with the spellthief passive, along with the more damage you get for the damage supports (ie sona, zyra, morg) the more kills/assists you get you should be right along with it. How rude of you. I am good. Again, Riot messes people up with their shitty ass match making. End of story. Done talking about this. You are so wrong I want to facepalm. This isn't going anywhere either.
I see why OP.GG says you have Bronze MMR.
: Nope. It's not me. I am no where near as bad as them so stop being mean. Yes it is my teams. If you were in the games with me you would have seen how bad these were and look at me, and see that yes, it's them. So shut up about it. I climbed out of Bronze 5 to get into Silver. I am able to climb but Riot still punishes us after getting a winning streak going. And their matchmaking system is broken. Do you see all the posts lately? I have! Tons of people are posting about how they are getting 2-3 tiers of divisions of players below them, or getting unranked people in their placements games while they are in their promos. Yes, there is ELO hell, and you are quite stupid to think otherwise. It is Riot, pure and simple. And no. Just no. You are definitely stupid to say Coin is better for almost all the supports. Go look at Mobafire, or other build sites on the support champions. Just about all of them use Spellthief on AP supports besides Janna and Raka. Sona takes spellthiefs not only for the AP and mana regen, but for the damage it adds to her passive. Anyone who takes coin on her is not only diminishing her damage output and mana, but also is downright stupid.
Coin offers quite a lot of mana while still gives a lot more gold. 10 minutes into the game, I had 100-200 more gold with Coin versus the Spelltheif's the enemy support had. Over 50% of people who play Nami go Coin including the highest ranked Nami mains. Here's a Diamond 1 Nami main for a example: https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=namifishhentai. The fact that you so adamantly believe you should only go coin on Soraka and Janna says something about your knowledge of the game. As I said, Sona is the only healer/shield support where it is fine to go the Spelltheif's line. Get good at the game and you will climb. End of story.

By 10 minutes, if you have 100 CS, that's absolutely great. However, it's okay to have less if you're being overly bullied in lane/getting constantly ganked. Still, should have around 80 CS. Remember to keep farming after laning phase ends. Try to have 80-100 CS per 10 minutes of your entire game length. For example, if your game is 35 minutes long, you should ideally have 280-350 CS. > > If you're a support, work on getting safe vision for your ADC/team. Locket of the Iron Solari would have been a much better item that game as you were versing a heavy burst comp. > > Also, for the most part unless you DESPERATELY want the ability power from the Spelltheif's line, just build Coin. While it may be unavoidable to die a lot in some games as you're just being smashed, this is still something that can be worked on. I've had many awful losing streaks so that's why my MMR is messed up. I am nowhere near as bad as the teammates I have been getting lately. I don't have any gold people to review it with. I usually stick to support but I do branch out sometimes. Awhile ago when I was climbing back into s4, I was doing pretty decent with Lux. Anyhow, my last Sona game I was going to get Ardent Censer. I opted for Redemption because people were dying left and right first, and I always get at least one damage item on her. And as for Nami, I tend to get Rylai's depending on the game and how it goes. Since that was the game our top laner stupidly decided to take a Lucian top against Riven, of all people, and we literally had no CC besides me, I opted for it. I don't think it would have mattered if I had gotten Locket there, since the rest of the team besides Ziggs were playing so god awful. I always keep up with builds and change things depending on the patches and how my games go. But if I'm playing an AP support like Sona, Nami, Zyra (to me she's more of a mid lane mage though), etc then I go for Spellthiefs. Only ones I get coin are on Raka and Janna. I know how to ward, position, all that crap. I don't need those tips. There's a reason why I'm a better support than my boyfriend, and it's because I know how to play it a lot better than most people. And no, I do not die a lot. Besides my last three games, which were complete shit stomps, I keep my deaths low. Like I told you how many times already, the problem is not me. It's shitty teammates and Riot's stupid matchmaking system.
Like I'm sorry to sound rude but the reason you are losing so frequently is because you are playing just like all those 'bad players' on your team. Your team isn't holding you back. There's no such thing as 'ELO Hell'. If you are good enough, you will climb if you play enough games. If you had the knowledge and mechanics of a Platinum player, you could easily get yourself out of Silver, regardless of teammates. You will stay silver until you change your bad habits and work on your gameplay. It's not Riot, it's you. Also, Coin is without a doubt better on most supports that rush Ardent as it literally gives you more money and is safer overall. Sona is the only one where I could think of going Spellthief's because she is the most selfish Healer/Shield support.
: Why i dont like people in there ranked placements in my games.
If you don't want unranked players in your ranked games, then get out of gold/silver/bronze. Statistically, most players are silver right? So chances are, their MMR is right around yours too. If they're being matched with Golds, their MMR is probably higher due to winning previous placement matches.
: "Slightly higher" can still be totally fucked up to the point where RITO doesnt know which way is up http://imgur.com/g7dj5Nr We get a silver 1, they get a plat 5. k http://imgur.com/BXGU5TA
: My Dog Could Matchmake Better Than This Alogirthm
Red side tends to have slightly higher MMR, however for all we know the 2 unranked players could have high silver/low gold MMR. You said you built every 'support' item but you're versing Lux, Sona, and Sejuani but no Mikael's Crucible?
: Why is Tristana... Tristana
Tristana is very strong in the current meta. Her and Twitch are probably the best two ADCs in the game right now. Trist's weakest quality is her small range, which is rectified by her passive as the game goes on and she has a gap closer that resets easily. Level 2 Tristana all in can be quite brutal and she's always a monster late game.
: Riot, give us wish-lists.
Actually, like I really like the idea of some sort of wishlist. It could just be another tab on a player's profile page. Maybe one day Riot will add it, but it'll be very low priority if they say they'll add it tbh.

: How many of you have received an honor capsule yet via the new honor system?
I got one soon after I got honor level 3 and am currently honor level 4.
: How do you play Rakhan?
Rakan is not a tank, however I still prefer taking Courage of the Colossus on him and I take my tank runes on him as he is still a melee champion who engages. It is very important to know when to engage as Rakan considering how squishy he is. Though, he has an easy escape if you remember to E to an Ally. You should be taking Coin and building Ardent Censer on him for sure. Coin gives you the most money of out all the support items. I like maxing Q for the sustain.
: S rank game doesnt give token for mastery lvl up
What is your current Mastery Level on Tahm Kench? To earn Level 6 tokens, you must be Mastery Level 5 and receive an S- or higher in a normal/ranked Summoner's Rift game (sorry, can't get them on non-Summoner's Rift modes and you also don't get them in the Rotating Game Queues**). If you are Mastery Level 6 on Tahm Kench, you'd need a grade of S or higher to earn Mastery Level 7 Tokens. **This is only a guess, not 100% confirmed, but I'm pretty sure you don't get them in the Rotating Games.
: Challenger is way off from Silver so don't even use that. And no there's nothing I need to work on. I keep getting shitty ass teammates. In my past (now 6) losses of ranked games, I have gone for a total score of 25-19. Meanwhile I am getting junglers who go 3-11, and bot lane combos that go for 0-20 combined (in just gone game). Another I think was even worse. So cut the crap about "me" getting better. It's not me in these games. It's Riot's stupid match making system and crappy teammates who need to go back to normals and learn how to fucking play.
Riot matches you with players who have similar MMR. So either you've messed up your MMR terribly from previous large losing streaks or you are as bad as them and are blind to your mistakes. It's most likely the latter. Try reviewing your games with someone as least a tier above you (so if you are silver, try to get advice from a gold+). For the vast majority of lower ranking games, you can win if you play well enough. Doesn't happen all the time. I can give you one of my recent games- I was Lux mid and carrying the shit out of my team. But my bot lane, together, was 0-18 by if I remember the 25 min mark, which the support was flaming and going off without us, and other crazy crap. I tried the best I could there but it was unwinnable. So not all games are able to be won if you play "well enough."
Did I say every single game was winnable? No. I said the vast MAJORITY is. And that's because it is. Challenger smurfs will rarely lose games in low elo and that's because they are good. Now, granted, you won't be playing at a challenger level but the fact they win so frequently proves that individual skill can make a large difference. So, just work on yourself as there guaranteed a TON of mistakes you are making that you don't even notice.
