It would make no sense in lore. According the lore, Xerath was no more than a (servant? i believe) despite the fact that Azir considered him a close friend.
: You need more abilities working with terrain if you’re going to use Trundle pillar as an ult. Need more ways for him to keep people there and work with it. Or you could make it move.
He has a Wall that acts as terrain, slows, and also and ability that synergizes with walls. He's not meant to be an easy champ, having to know how to balance your passive and the Carving stacks Essentially, the ideal play in a 1v1 would be to R > W > E > Q, as the target would be locked in the pillar's area and then also allow Ortello to get the bonus Q carving effect, causing the knockback/stun

: Morg Q does like 300+90%. And the afk stun. Range and radius is more impactful and more of a balance concern I would say. If she can clear an entire wave with 1 Q then there might be issues, with pushing/roaming. But then again she really only has like 1 damaging ability... So it should be close to Zil double bomb potential.
Yeah, the range could be lowered to around 625-650 and work just fine. The idea is for it to be just out of AA range as it's her only source of damage outside of her auto attacks. I feel that if taken mid she'd benefit from a more AS/On-Hit oriented build, kind of like Azir, since otherwise she's only able to hit you with the Q for damage.

I like the idea of this. You could make it where instead of falling down, ice clones can come up from the target area that act similarly to trundle's spire.
: Your ranks on the abilities are weird. R has 5 supposed ranks for CD/Cost as well as W+E but Q has 6 ranks. So 21 skill points?
That was a mess-up on my part in editing. I was copy/pasting the basics from a doc i have so I accidentally copied her Q to her ult.
Gilgayu (NA)
: (Range on your base stats isn't formatted correctly) Her q and w are fine, but I think her e isn't really necessary. I certainly understand the thoughts behind it, but considering she's already gaining stats from her r, another boost will simply be too much. Personally, I suggest changing her r into e (like completely), and give her a new ultimate. I don't know if you play mid, but most (if not all) strong mid laners rely on their level 6 power spike. A lot of people are complaining about mages support like brand and zyra, and one of the reasons for them to play that position is their lack of level 6 power spike. ^ A lot of supports also have decent level 6 power spikes, but just not as strong as mid. Since you are the concept creator, you probably have a much clearer image of what kind of champion you want Quitra to be. If you think she does in fact need a better ult, I wish you best of luck to create one. Edit: Her q is actually a bit too strong. I suggest making the effect(s) happen over a duration 4 seconds or so. __290 (+70% Ability Power)__ magic damage instantly is ultimate level, and it certainly shouldn't be on a 10 second cd (or 6, if you have 40% cdr). and I remember a while ago (a year ago?) someone suggested a champion with different ults depending on the "path" it chooses, so it is kind of like an adaptive ultimate. I think it is a mechanism that can be used here. What do you think? Edit 2: Since you said she has the kind of attitude Jinx has, how about giving her an ult that scales with her "excitement"? What I mean is to give her a second resource bar that works like fury, and let her ultimate deal increased damage/range/ additional effects the higher her excitement. Just thought that would be cool ;) Have fun exploring.
I noticed the range and fixed that. Originally I had the idea of her having an ult similar to gragas in terms of how it is used, however it would instead deal a DoT and slow rather than knockback like gragas. The reason I went away from this was because I wanted to focus on her ability to have the potion swapping mechanic and I had felt that giving her a specific ult like that could end up forcing her to only stick to building up that ultimate's power rather than the potions. When desiging her, I took a lot of inspiration from Karma, Janna, and Sona, as I felt those each had something in common with what I had envisioned for Quitra, and the Q damage was me basing it off of Karma's Q in terms of power. A lot of the mages I look at have their scaling on basic abilities rather high like Quitra's Q due to them being burst and not consistent damage. I could be missing something, obviously, but that's what I observed. The ult idea seems cool but again, I feel as if giving a specific ultimate could take away from the idea of balancing her potions properly. Edit: After going through and looking at a lot of AP mages/AP supports (Lux, Nami, etc.) their abilities do indeed do around the same amount that I have Quitra's Q at.

: The Gambler
This wouldn't work. League is a skill-based game and a purely RNG based character wouldn't be used because they would never be reliable enough to offer any useful tactics.
: Should be better now. Lowered down to 2 enchantments, lowered range on Q by 100, and removed slow on W. Now her only non-R Crowd Controls are relatively close-range, making them harder to land. R is kinda like a 3 mini Bard ults. But they scale up over time, so casting right away will cause a very brief freeze/stasis, making it pretty telegraphed, and has a much smaller radius than Bard ult 150 as opposed to 350. So just a little larger than Karthus Q. Alternatively I could make it create impassable walls for 5 seconds, and not affect allies at all.
That sounds a bit better. Also, as someone who also enjoys creating concepts myself, I'm curious as to how you formatted the post this way.
: Yuki, The Frigid Enchantress(Support Champion Concept)
Without going too in-depth, I have a few notes: * She definitely seems too strong due to every single one of her abilities having some form of CC * Her ult is definitely confusing to read and seems like an overpowered bard ultimate * With the amount of times she can enchant in a short duration, the passive definitely needs to be weaker

There's no reason to change Kayn in any form. He's perfectly fine, he just needs a few value changes to fit back into the meta, not entire ability changes.

I see one huge problem with this kit, and it goes against the number one question you should be asking when creating a character. Is your character both fun to play and fun to play against? If you answer no to either of these, then you need to fix something somewhere. This character falls under the "not fun to play against" half of the question. From what I read, he doesn't seem to have too much counterplay potential, and he sounds like an even more annoying shaco. Not to mention that he doesn't feel like he would fit well anywhere in a team comp, much like shaco. His whole kit just sounds like you want to try and deceive your enemies, but this will rarely happen in any high elo game, as people actually pay attention.

This just sounds like another {{champion:157}} in terms of annoyance and where he's played. I don't see him being as useful in jungle as in mid lane or even top lane. Plus, with the amount of stacking critical he gains from simply killing champions (and not unique take downs either) makes me not want to even build crit because he will already have enough if I just build lethality and get fed.

You are quite welcome. :D > I get that it feels similar, but there's plenty of champions with relatively similar passives, in one or another. And it's never-ending as of right now, as it's only granted every 3 minutes and requires him to actually get a takedown on said champion. However I may later add that he can't choose the same champion twice in a row, to make it less powerful. That is fair enough. That sounds like a better course of actions for the passive, imo, however wouldn't that change shift where this champion should be present? Kindred has the cannot be the same champion within X time too as sort of an encouragement to gank the other lanes. Personally, I think the passive should like this: the champion marks someone, if they succeed in killing them then they get the bonus and it goes on cooldown for a little bit. Then, it comes back up and allows them to re-do it again. Just my personal thought. > Don't think of it as "Zurneos activates E" but more as "He gains the effects of E". As for the part about Fiora, I don't think it's really all that similar. She has a dash and gains MS, but she does not become CC immune and Zurneos doesn't dash. It's more similar to Teemo's W, except he gains CC Immunity. I was just saying that idea of being speedy and cannot be stopped reminded me of Fiora, however, I can see how Teemo is a better example. Also, thanks for the information. That helped my understanding of the ultimate and E interaction. > To answer shortly, it's a helpful engage if he's building fighter/tank. Sure, he is best in a 1v1 scenario, but I wanted him to be impactful to the teamfight. And while enemies are taunted, making them focus him, he also gains the effects of Seeking Wraith, allowing him to get in, give his team some reliable CC, and allows him the ability to choose to either escape the fight, or commit to it by using a second E cast, which saves his W for his 3rd Q cast. Ah, I see! That is actually pretty smart and the rest of the kit supports both playstyles. They can either be tanky or more damage focused and the ultimate would still be useful. They will be cc'ed with a tanky brick in front of them, but also allows people to play more damage oriented and maybe pick off some targets, or even allow him to pick off fleeing targets. Thanks for the information! :D {{sticker:sg-miss-fortune}}
> if they succeed in killing them then they get the bonus and it goes on cooldown for a little bit. Then, it comes back up and allows them to re-do it again. That's essentially what I was trying to do originally when I gave it a 3 minute CD before he can pick a new target. I'm glad to have been of help in understanding the concept! If you have any other questions or concerns, I'll be happy to reply.
: 16 Abilities?!?! Kai , The Ethorian Mystic
Alright, so I'm currently around the 15:30 mark of the video, and I can already tell you one thing; He will be similar to Udyr when it comes to his relevance in a Meta. What I mean by this, is that one of the four options will ALWAYS be a better choice than the others, simply due to item path, runes, or other relevant champions. So while you can technically go into any one of the four forms, there will always be one supreme form. As for the WAY you get these forms, I find a bit annoying. You basically have to decide right at the game's start, "I'm going to completely commit to this playstyle". And while you may argue that that's what people do when they select any champion, there's a difference. People are able to choose a champion based on their laner, AP/AD ratio on both teams, etc. With this champion, I feel that he will simply be chosen in the IDEA of variance, but will then be set-in-stone as to what he's doing the rest of the game. I will say I like how each form has it's own form of "scaling" however I feel that Great Flame is out of place. While Mana is definitely an essential tool for a mage, I feel that it just doesn't fit. That alone makes me not want to select Great Flame over the others, simply because Mana becomes a very irrelevant (obviously not literally) resource the later the game proceeds. So having mana scaling feels like a waste, in my opinion. I feel like either Health, Attack Speed, or AP would simply be a better choice. I'm not going to critique every single ability, simply because it would take me years. But what I will say is that, while definitely unique and interesting and well-thought out, having a champion who has 16 possible abilities is just unhealthy gameplay, purely because it would require a lot of knowledge on the champion to understand what is even going on. I like the concept, but the execution is simply too much to keep track of, and quite frankly it's just four champions shoved into one.
: Personally, I feel like the Passive is too similar to {{champion:203}}. I do have some questions, however. Is the passive never-ending, or is this only applied once per champion? Additionally, what if their E is down when they ult? Will they still get the effects of it? The E, also imo, feels like {{champion:114}}. The whole idea of increased movement speed cc immunity are a type of skirmisher feels too similar. My overall opinion of the champion is good. I do like the champion, but some of the abilities are (a lacking a detail that could set them apart from other champions or (b they have a something about them that makes them too similar to other champion. My final nit-pick is this. The champion's ultimate doesn't really make sense to me. I understand what the champion would do, but why would they want to get into the middle of the fray like that and have everyone gunning for them? That doesn't really sound like something this champion would want to do, especially since the champion has a sort of 1v1 aura to them. I mean, there might be something about this champion I don't know/understand, so if you could add/tell me that I would greatly appreciate it. Now, for my praises. I do like how the W interacts with the rest of the kit. The W is what allows them to get the bonuses from their Q and/or E abilities. That was well thought out. I also like how the Q stacks and what each ability offers. The lore is interesting... but it does break the laws of what the void is. There doesn't really seem to be anything about him that would allow him to be protected against the dark magic of the Void. Nor does anything about feel like it would be able to protect him from becoming a thrall. These are my personal thoughts about the champion. I am trying my best at being constructive. {{sticker:sg-miss-fortune}}

I'm gonna write this comment as I go along, commenting on whatever I think needs commenting on. * Passive * So the problem I have with the first part of this passive is that you state that shades last for 3 seconds minimum and have your attack/movement speed. This is fine. But later on you say that they are guaranteed to land at least one attack before disappearing. I find this a very... weird? mechanic. The only time this passive will really hit more than a single time with the way it's set up is if you're hitting a melee champ, but that's assuming the melee champ is fighting you. And in reality, this is just a 3 second DoT that damages every second whenever she lands an auto. * The second part of this passive feels rather useless/pointless as it is literally no more than a DoT by that point. * Overall the ability's concept was good, but I feel the execution was kind of meh. * Q: Warder's Call * I feel the damage values on this ability are way too strong, especially for how easy this ability really is to land, as it's essentially a lock-on ability that can simply be summoned somewhere. * 800 Units of range is too far, IMO. That brings this ability to be one of the farthest cast-abilities on an ADC (Excluding global travel ults). Not to mention, the way this is worded, this isn't a projectile. It's a summon which then dashes at an enemy. * This ability needs either better explanation or a change. * W: Unstable Premonition * First things first, did you intend to put magic damage and not physical? If it was intended, it should be changed. By making it a magic damage ability that scales off of AD, this allows her to be a hybrid champion for literally no backlash. Other hybrids (Jax) must build both AD and AP if they plan to be hybrid. This just allows her to stick purely to an ADC build but still deal magic damage, which is very unfair to the game. * What is the 1500 range indicating exactly? What part is supposed to have 1500 range? * E: Fade * The first part of this ability honestly just seems like you're adding things for the sake of adding things. The attack speed buff is honestly not necessary at all. * I wouldn't make it "untargetable" as this makes it impossible to counter-play this ability as an escape. She could just pop this and run away for essentially no risk. If you remove the untargetable aspect, then she can still be CC'd or hit by an enemy ability while in stealth, which adds counter-play to the ability, making it a healthy tool rather than a free get-out-of-jail-free card. * R: Finirum Etheria * This ability is more or less counter-intuitive. You pacify (I'm assuming this just means disarmed) and slowed, but at the cost of making them untargetable, which prevents you or any allies from doing anything to them. Also, if they're untargetable, the second half of this ability wouldn't work. And even if it did, this ultimate is extremely underwhelming. Your ult as is, is just a way to get a little extra damage and not much else. # Finishing Thoughts While I can see that you put a lot of thought into how things might work together, everything is just "Let me hit you with little monsters for a DoT" which isn't a very interesting kit. There's not a lot going on for her other than her shades. Everything is just based around sending out more of these things in a bunch of random/questionable ways.
: Ryther, the Scoundrel Rogue [Revised]
So I'll be writing this comment as I go through each section to give you my own creator's tips I've kind of gathered over my time creating my own concepts and whatnot. ## Base Information * Attack Range: I'm assuming you wanted to make this guy a melee with ranged capabilities, and as such you should increase his base attack range to 125, as 100 is less than basically every other champion that exists. 125 is the base attack range for melee champions. ## Abilities * Passive * I would change the wording to the first part of his passive to "While moving out of combat near terrain, Ryther gains camouflage. The reveal radius starts out large and progressively shrinks as he levels." * Definitely change his crossbow passive to at least 10/9/8/7/6 seconds simply because he otherwise becomes a ranged champ at level 14. **Personally **I would increase it to 22/21/20/19/18 Seconds as it makes it a more **rewarding passive** rather than an annoying mechanic. * The gold pile should be similar to TF's passive or Klepto's gold bag rather than how you have it. I would make it "Pile of Gold grants between 20-100 Gold". How you have it right now makes it very useless early game and too strong late game. I would also make it so that only Ryther or any ally can pick it up, otherwise a bot lane can easily gain a lead for little to no risk. * Q: Exposed Weakness * This is **completely **overpowered all-around. If you want me to go over every little bit in a separate comment I will, but there's too much going on for me to cover in a reasonable time on this comment. * W: Dirty Tricks * The first part of this ability is honestly unnecessary. Not only is it just more things for the sake of more things, it is an even stronger version of Teemo's W on **TOP** of an active. * I actually kind of like the second part of this ability. However I would change it from enemy to enemy champion, otherwise minions can activate this ability. Also, I would make it an invisible trap that takes 2 hits to destroy. That way it's not just seen and destroyed instantly, especially when it takes as long as it does to set up. * E: Slip Away * I wouldn't say "pulls them out of combat" but rather simply increases movement speed, otherwise this could be very easily abused. * My biggest problem with this ability is that it grants another champion stealth, which is too overpowered. This type of ability has been pitched time and time again, but there's way too many complications with this, including how broken someone's kit can become if they are granted stealth when they don't have their own stealth mechanic already included. * R: Noxian Eclipse * This ability needs to be completely changed for reasons I stated on your E.
: Awesome idea, beat concept idea I’ve heard in a long time. Is he supposed to look like Xerath in a way? Without the blue energy but with sand and armor instead of rocks?
Thanks! And somewhat, however the armor is still rocks, but more of a smoothed out stone kind of appearance. However on his head, it is a metallic sort of "helmet" that covers some parts of his head.
: This is a pretty solid concept, however I think you may too generous on mana costs, especially on the w. Still, good work!
Thanks for the feedback! It is still a WIP so a few things here and there I'm bound to change. I made the mana costs lower in thought of early game but didn't consider late game, so I'll get around to changing it.

: The constant nerfs because of the strength/reliance on her traps is doing that now. Seriously, if you dislike reworks, that cool, but this might be the wrong section for you.
Wait, so because I told you the champion you're attempting to rework doesn't need one, that automatically means that I dislike reworks? Because I fully support reworks, when they are NEEDED. Caitlyn is not in need of a rework, and even if she was, there are plenty more who require a rework first. Examples being Malphite and Mordekaiser. I am in now way against reworks, but just because YOU think a champion needs a rework, does not mean they do. Her kit is perfectly fine as is, and even it wasn't, your rework idea is way to big a change to her as a champion and would ruin a lot of people's fun with the champ.
: I like this concept. One thing that I would immediately say - give him a crown to match the horsemen of the apocalypse thing. P - Seems a bit weak, maybe buff the stat increases or raise the charges gained off minions. Q - Seems good, counters tristana with the ground. Would fill a decent niche with just this ability. W - scaling is confusing. Say at Max rank w and he had 100 armor (50% reduction) would He block 50% of damage? Anyways, seems like a good ability, wouldn't be to similar to braum depending on the width of the shield. E - good ability, rewards good positioning as it allows a knock into your team. R - A very powerful support ability, would be very useful, possibly to much. I would say it should affect Vorgaan himself so he would be somewhat viable in a solo lane. I would recommend that he used HP to cast his abilities as a darkin (Kayn isn't all darkin, same with Varus, so they get away with it) with the passive being a blood well that filled with ability casts as well as/instead of unit deaths. He would have to have some way to heal himself though. Overall, a good concept for a darkin support! :D You should enter it in the CCOS if you want to see what a lot of other people think!
Thanks for the input! I can try to find/adjust a way to fit the fact that he'd use HP to cast abilities. As for the CCOS, I'm considering entering him next month after I've tweaked him enough and filled more things out. Currently I already have a concept entered in the August CCOS so I can't for this month.

: [REWORK CONCEPT] Caitlyn
Caitlyn is perfectly fine as she is. The only real change she needs is to her traps, but even those are relatively fine. This rework is honestly very pointless and would cause a lot of people to no longer play her.
: Before I read anything, this is probably the only champ concept name and title that I like. Gonna update after I read the rest.Good shit so far. Update #1 : W- Kinda the same thing like Yasuo's W.Nothing to add. R-Numbers and duration too strong.I'd reduce the numbers or make them fall off during the duration.Like 1% per .5 sec or 2% per sec. The rest is fine Imo.
Yeah, I was planning on adding the fall off once I figured some numbers out. As for the similarity to Yasuo's windwall, it is similar in that it's a large barrier, however it doesn't outright deny damage. I'm not sure if I was able to word it clearly enough, but it basically has the same amount of armor that Vorgaan has at the time, so I feel it more closely relates to Braum's shield.

: This is an awesome idea and I love the kit! Really seems like the kind of Marksman that would get me to play the role like Jhin did! I like his passive and it is fair enough from Graves and Jhin's to be special. I like the reload gimmicks as they gate champions and are always really cool. His Q is pretty cool but seems a little odd. Does it fire still when you are reloading or is it basically just a free dash? Not really sure about this. It seems pretty strong however. I am fine with the rest of his kIt. It's rather simple in a lot of ways but that's fine in the long run. I don't think a good champion needs to be complex.
Thanks for the feedback! As for his Q + Reload mechanic, I was thinking of it as a free dash, but you reload right after the Q, so it's only once. I'll edit that in when I get the chance, as it's pretty late as of current.

: I agree. From what you said he'll end up like {{champion:202}}. For Jhin I buy these items in specific order: {{item:3006}}/{{item:1018}}/{{item:1051}}/{{item:3086}}/{{item:3094}}/{{item:3031}}/{{item:3034}}/{{item:3036}}/{{item:3812}}/{{item:3508}}. That's that. But you said right now something wrong. In his passive ult it says that Maddox gains 15% while no allies are nearby 700 units so Maddox doesnt seem to be good to catching up in speed when a teamfight is on and his team lost. He must not always rely on his ult and his passive to escape. What he can do though is if they escape through the red jungle, let's say trying to steal drake but it failed, Maddox can shoot at the Raptors to get speed. If you want you can add to his E's desc a slow and if he hits his Q or W it will root them. It can be used to chase or kite with those. {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-popcorn}} -TheKiller5510
True, however I still think he still gains enough movement speed from items, since most items he would build have Attack Speed which increases his movement speed due to his passive

: ok. so while I was sleeping I woke up with an idea for maddox. his ult will give him a boost while no allies nearby right? then he should be top not adc cuz in my mind I think he has only {{item:3142}} and {{item:3139}} in pair with {{summoner:7}} for speed. but his basic speed at lvl 1 (which you havent putted you should I think (it's my opinion but this is your board you can do anything on it so it's your choice =3) you should) is low and until lvl 3 where he gets his stealth beacons he has no gap closer or escape tool. if the enemy jungler goes gets his blue and goes for your side's red buff then the bot lane is free to gank so it wont be easy for Maddox. it would be better to pair maddox with {{champion:43}} or {{champion:267}} because nami's passive gives speed if spell is casted on ally and karma's e can give not only speed but a small shield and if she combines with her R- Mantra she can give herself speed and shield and any allies around her. so I think at the start items it should be yes {{item:1056}} and 2 {{item:2003}} so he wont run out of mana and hp. so he deals ad which makes me think. what mastery and runes should he have? he doesnt have a stun knockup root or anything like that so Courage Of the Colossus is off the list and so goes Grasp of the Undying because his is ranged champ. The earth runes might help but we let {{champion:201}} do the job. If stuff get hard **You call BRAUM** xD. Thunderlord's might fit because his ult gives him range and true sight (something very **VERY** useful against that little {{champion:17}} which I cant stand, he is ad but it might do. Stormraider's will perfectly fit because it will give him 40% speed and 75% slow resistance something which he surely need at early game before his {{item:3142}}. ~~It got really big holy crap~~ So Maddox gets {{item:3046}}/{{item:3031}}/{{item:3147}}/{{item:3139}}/{{item:3142}} so the one space that's left is maybe a tank item like {{item:3065}} but {{item:3047}} or {{item:3111}} would do the job but I think it would be better to get {{item:3009}} thanks to its tenacity it gives which means less cc. As for a ward after Maddox's player reaches lvl 9 he should go buy {{item:3363}} so he will be more careful and see from a distance and it will stay forever _Smart tactic with {{item:3363}} if you ward baron see where Baron's head is and place the ward right behind it's body so it will be hard for the enemies to target it!_ That's it for now. {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-rainbows}} -TheKiller5510 ;)
These are some pretty good points, and I can see where you're coming from. However the main reason he has that low of movement speed is because once he grabs an AS item or two and hits level 6, he's gonna be moving a lot faster assuming he isn't near enemy champs. As for runes, I could see people running pretty standard ADC runes, except instead of AS use crit. And he was designed to deal with those who are typically annoying to keep track of (Teemo, Eve, Rengo, etc.) I like the idea of a sort of ranged bruiser style, which he could very much do. I'd say it comes down to personal preference with the character. I imagine him to have a weak/decent early game but become a major threat towards late game, and not simply because he's an ADC style champ, but because of his movement speed, true sight, etc.
: He seems very similar to Jhin. Love the concept to make Viktor seem more like the good guy he is.
Yeah, he is similar to Jhin, as I stated near the end. However that's probably due to the fact that Jhin is by far my favorite ADC in game because of the way he plays around his shots.
: I just read over your champion and I love the whole concept he's very well thought out and it would be awesome to see him in the game I think it would be interesting to see!
Thanks, he's actually my favorite concept so far xD

I like how literally posted a champion with a 6-round revolver less than a day ago named Maddox
