I mean no hostility when I say this, just a League player from Season 2 who's upset with the game's direction. Is the balance of the game being controlled by Tencent to provide flashier gameplay for worlds? Also, can you pass on to the balance team how upset we are? I really miss how league was back in Season 2, minus Darius. The game was a lot more tolerable then. Perhaps we could get a League Retro?

I've been around since Season 2. I can say with 100% certainty that if Little Legends were treated like regular skins for vanilla LoL, it would be no different, aside from Riot getting more money. Allowing us to customize our characters WITHOUT gambling would make a lot more people happy than it is now.

Hey Meddler, any chances Kindred can get a small adjustment so she is more smooth to play with? Her E makes her auto attacks feel clunky since she has to stop everything for it, and her Q seems to have difficulty jumping over walls unless you stand extremely close. No damage changes.

I saw the changes for Akali and Irelia on the PBE. I do not like them at all. First, some context on the changes: Akali: Twilight Shroud (W) Base duration lowered from 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 Max duration lowered from 8/8.5/9/9.5/10 to 6/6.5/7/7.5/8 Irelia: Defiant Dance (W) cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13/12 to 20/18/16/14/12 incoming damage reduction lowered from 50% to 40% The reason why is because... well... they don't really affect them *that* much. Akali is broken because her Shroud makes her untargetable to the turret, which literally no other stealthy champion has. There are currently 2 other champions that are able to dodge the turret consistently: Zed and Fizz, both seen as cancerous champions. If you want to make Akali balanced, you need only change 2 things: Make it so the turrets reveal Akali while she's in Turret range, and take away the energy gained over time, or at least lower it. Currently, Irelia's Q is absurd. It heals, applies on hit effects like Tiamat, resets on kill or mark, and is extremely cheap to use. I would recommend you remove the heal, and make it either reset only on kills, or make it way more costly. (Think Kogmaw's or Kassadin's ultimates. They increase in cost the more they're used in a short span)

: Kindred is in a fine spot, what u mean? also all of your suggestions are unneeded. her dash is fast enough, her range is aswell otherwise her chase potential becomes too insane, and for her E just improve your mechanics and learn to use it properly. U cant have her E reset auto attacks if thats what u want, she'd be way too strong
The goal is not to make Kindred have better dueling potential, or damage output. The goal is just to make her feel a bit smoother to play. The Q dash range buff would be maybe 25-50 units, so that she could jump over walls more consistently. The E change is to make it feel less clunky, so it could be easier to use in general.

Edit: Oh, also can you make her E a bit less clunky to use? Maybe have her fire an auto attack right after casting it, like Tristana does with her ult.

The only thing I wish laners would do is listen to me. I had a Viktor who was laning against Irelia. I told him not to push, because the enemy Evelynn would easily kill him when she ganked with Irelia. He pushed all game and died 12 times.

: kindred would likely be fine if she was versus tank meta (given the % hp dmg on her spells). if tank picks were more prevalent and a threat. Actually, as a person whos been spamming Kindred for several days now, I hate fighting against Tanks. Squishies are much easier to deal with, even if they are ADC or assassins.

Kindred needs a full OVERhaul. and it all starts with the passive. It can be called Acceptance/Denial I think Kindred should have an inner and outer radius, kinda like a giant Darius Q. Inner: 800/Outer 1200+(maybe global for marked targets) Kindred would have abilities meant just for Wolf and abilities meant just for Lamb. The exact # is up for debate. But upon damaging or marking an enemy when that enemy spends enough time within the radius Lamb becomes the dominant one and her abilities are used. When the enemy spends too much time in the outer radius Wolf would start getting anxious for a chase and then ultimately his abilities would be unlocked. This passive would prioritize champions with the Mark of Kindred and the rate at which Lamb or Wolf switches dominance would probably be faster on Marked champions. The trick when playing against them is to know when to engage and when to disengage causing them to switch up roles when the Kindred player doesnt want to, or not allowing them to get into a certain pattern on one form. Perhaps they can keep their stacking nature. Damaging champs with either Lamb or Wolf builds stacks like Kayn and the more time u spend in one form the more stacks u get. Upon exiting combat or switching forms u consume the stacks buffing ur abilities every 10 stack or so. This produces the Mounting dread of knowing that death is near because the more time u spend near it the stronger it gets. And Kindred don't have to jump out of the jg to surprise u with the fear of death to do so. They are there, and their presence means that eventually u will die and theres nothing u can do about it. (All other infinite stacking champs that stack dmg (since Bard's main purpose isn't damage)) have to interact with other champs in lane to get strong thats how they are balanced without making them have to kill enemy champs/enemy jg camps to get stronger since that is very feast/famine, Kindred should be similar. what do u think?
I'm talking thematically. Lamb is implied to have burst damage in her lore. She offers a swift death with her fast and true arrow, while Wolf is a more drawn out attacker. As for my changes, I haven't put that much thought into it. Honestly, she doesn't need a grand scale rework. A lot of what she has can be reused, like her Q and W. But she really does need someone creative to look at her closely, because Kindred cannot be designed easily with both thematics and game-play in mind, because of the clashing play styles. Rank 6 Kindred here. Gameplay wise, she doesn't seem... right. Her kit is slightly clunky, but the transition from her E to autoattack in rapid succession is actually pretty slow and can make a lot of people trip up. Her kiting in the jungle is awkward, which is understandable since not many ranged are in the jungle. She is extremely vulnerable to counter jungling, but her ganking is actually decent. Balance wise, she is sort of balanced. She needs a lot of "even changes" where some of her things are switched for more thematically pleasing things. Case in point, her Q and R. Fun wise, when she's ahead, she's pretty fun. However, if you're behind, I feel more tilted and useless than any other champion in the game. Creativity wise, I'mma split this one into two sections. Lore and aesthetic wise, I fucking love Kindred. Her design looks sleek, vintage, and just... so pleasing. Looking at her aesthetic and hearing her voice is like taking a calm, silent, walk in a snowy forest. Gameplay wise, her kit is offputting. She's the embodiement of death, so her kit should be a bit more... assassin like right? But she does mediocre sustained damage. She feels like a weaker Kaisa. Changes I'd like to see on Kindred: Passive: The first 2 marks should spawn on jungle monsters on your side of the map. The 3rd and 4th should be scuttle crabs 5 and 6th should be enemy red and blue Also, make it so that Dragon and Baron are ALWAYS marked. Q: No longer grants attack speed. Now makes her next basic attack deal bonus max HP damage that scales HEAVILY with her AD. (I don't want to see any tank Kindreds out there) Marks increases the damage the 3 arrows deal, and the on hit damage granted. Dash speed is increased Everything else is the same. W: This is fine. I like this ability. E: No longer has a wind-up animation, or cast time. Everything else is the same. R: Increase how much allies are healed, and slightly decrease how much enemies are healed.

: Nami and Ahri are incredibly powerful in their respective roles at all MMR's. Makes sense to nerf them. We will be hitting Jhin's HoB synergy this patch. Currently there's a bug where about 80% of the time Jhin gets HoB's AS bonus applied on his first attack (this makes him THE FAST when he crits with stormrazor). All other champions in the game don't get the AS until AFTER their first attack. We'll be fixing Jhin to be in line with the rest of the roster (only gets AS on attacks 2 and 3).
Nani the hell. Ahri and Nami are not powerful in their respective roles when compared to Graves, Lucien, Kassadin, Jhin, Jax, and Irelia.

Take off her heal, but she still has everything else. You're over dramatizing it.
: Aka the bread and butter of her ENTIRE kit. Just like Aatrox who has every bloody ability tied to the most immobile garbage damage ability in the face of anything with a slight burst of MS.
Her Q doesn't have to be overloaded for it to still be her bread and butter. Just take off the heal and shave off some damage in a few areas, including her double damage to minions, and we are good.

: Preseason Dev Update Number 2!
Purely aesthetic, but I would like more "impact" in the sound effects as well as particle effects of most abilities when they hit someone. For example, Irelia's blade stun. Currently it just makes a single metal sound regardless if it hits someone. I'd like for it (as well as numerous other abilities) to have a sharp "CRACK!" alongside a few slash marks on the victim whenever it hits an enemy, be it minion or champion.
