: ok adc mains, answer me this.
I want to not feel useless regardless of how well I play the game. When I can start with 5 kills and lose because an assassin, mage, or fighter gets fed, it feels miserable to play my lane.

: For aatrox, I'd either normalize the damage of his 3 Qs, or change how his 2nd Q works. Aatrox isn't particularly broken, it's just he gets to abuse spacing so well that it's as if you're facing a ranged character. If he lands Q1 without dashing, Q2 is almost guaranteed to hit, and Q3 he doesn't have to use. As a range character, this could be the time to retalliate, but for melee characters that don't have dashes, you don't even want to try to get close to him, because he wouldn't need to use a dash to hit Q2, and getting hit by all 3 Qs are usually a losing trade, which is why I'd either normalize his Q damage, or change Q2. Graves, I'd probably change his Dash to have a temporarily flat damage reduction post mitigation, like 1.5 seconds or so, also doesn't stack. Values would probably be like 5-25 based on skill level, that and he gets a stacking slow resist, this could allow him to lane as adc, as flat damage could allow him to close gaps to trade, and slow resist is made for chasing, as he's already low range, and autos can be blocked so it's helpful. His tankiness get's hit overall, he'll still burst hard, but he can die easier now. If we wanted to lower his burst, probably would reduce his base AD even more, and buff his early AS, and a small buff to AD/lvl so late game it doesn't change much. Kai'sa, passive changes are agreeable, probably would also nerf her AA range to 525 if it wasn't good enough. Akali, no changes. Urgot, decrease Q dmg, small buff on W dmg, nerf W shield, lower W cooldown. Irelia E stun duration reduced to 0.5 secs, Passive duration reduced to 4 seconds, only refreshes on duration on ability use,
i like your Kai'Sa idea, but I personally think that it would be better to nerf her down to 500 range. While that seems excessive, that's the same range as Lucian and Sivir have, and with the amount of safety in her kit I think that's huge. However, another big thing is that her W base damage should be nerfed. As I'm an ADC main who's but a lowly Plat, I don't see the other's enough to have an opinion, but I like the Graves change as well

It's the same with playing solo ADC though, half the time your support is autofilled and won't admit it so you just get dunked 2v2. I hate playing ranked without a duo Q cause all I can play at a high level is ADC -_-

: Not all adc's are bad. Non-crit adc's are actually pretty strong as is lucian. Also... your last argument actually supports feintfiend. Topmid/jg have multiple options because they don't just play one CLASS of champs. Bot always played one CLASS... marksmen. Now you're being asked to learn to be flexible and play multiple classes of champs and you say... not fair. That's like a toplaner saying it's not fair they can't play bruisers or fighters in a tank meta. Or mids complaining assassins/burst mages/control mages/supportive champs (lulu, karma, galio) aren't viable in the "x-meta" mid. Adc's aren't as bad as everyone claims or acts... people just follow pro meta too hard and don't think for themselves enough. And besides that, we are seeing more adc's make their way bot again... including crit adc's other than lucian. Is stuff all balanced properly? No. But that doesn't mean it's not ok to have a temporary meta where non-marksmen are stronger bot than most marksmen. It's no different than tank jg or carry jg meta... than assassin meta mid or bruiser meta top. Stuff changes. Different classes might be better at the moment and you have to adapt or work extra hard to make your class of champ work in a meta that favors some other class for your position. Other roles have had to deal with this forever. Being completely unviable is one thing and shouldn't happen, but being weaker in the current meta.... that's another and is completely ok.
There's only one class there because that's what's been supported for 7 seasons. Now that it's gone, all the hard work I've put into mastering champions like Trist and Ashe is just out the window. And in the bot lane, you're right, most ADCs aren't weak. However, the fact that Electrocute Assassins are running rampant in the meta are just slaughtering any ADC player in solo Q. I don't really follow pro play at all honestly. Also, Lucian isn't a crit ADC, he goes BoRK->BC->ER, none of which have crit.
: If it affects ADCs who cares AMIRITE? No but seriously glad to see ADCs struggling after all these boring ADC metas
Man, just because ADCs have been strong doesn't mean it's okay for them to be in the gutter. I'm not a mage player, I refuse to play Swain/Vlad. Top laners/Mid laners/Junglers all have multiple options regardless of which champions are good
: I'll second this. Also nerf ignite pls.

No, it was simply an instance of my non-toxic behavior. He was verbally abusing me and I simply responded. However, I've received no notification of him being reprimanded as opposed to me.

I didn't turn it into two. At one point, he told me to stop feeding my ass off, my response was simply "you have more deaths than me". There were other instances of such a thing happening. And if they really cared then they wouldn't ban based on one side of the story

I'm pretty sure that they moved it so that certain mages could go into Domination and take Electrocute. Some mages just don't enjoy the keystones in the Sorcery tree, and there have been complaints about this all the time. This is one of Riot's solutions, plus they added something that may make Phase Rush viable in addition to the buff. It's not like Riot is trying to destroy mages or their game.

All you did was spam this thread with irrelevant information and I really feel like you should go do something else other than arguing about something that is not even close to critical. That's not how logic works. You don't read a post which you claim to have read it entirely, and then make arguments and in ways that have already been countered by the post you're replying to just now, as well as making false claims to the post you've supposed read in full (such as claiming/implying I'd only used non-League examples when I had used BOTH League and non-League examples) while you're at it too. Boy, it sure was a quick shut-down from you to raise a point that's JUST addressed (and has also been addressed many times before then) while also making false accusation in an attempt to bolster your stance, after supposedly finishing the entire post. But nice try tho. ......... Also, votes doesn't mean shit, it's almost entirely decided by the first few people who read the post. If the first few people who read a post upvote you, chances are you will be continuously upvoted, and vice versa. It's not often that 2 post of the exact same content/opinion receive different voting treatment as a result of it, it happens all the time. It's also extremely common for people to follow bandwagons, and prone to be incorrect, and so voting represents popularity, which may indicate correctness to some extent, but it is NOT the same (a lot of times, far from it). For example (just naming them doesn't have context, so I go in depth to describe them): 1. "ADC2k17", something that literally never existed because the video that populated the term was about a Draven killing a full HP Lucian with 2 AAs, surviving an extended chase thanks to his team's extreme amount of peeling, and finally get killed by a full-HP "fresh" Lee (just joined the fight) when Draven had no HP and no mana and when the latter was spacing out during recall, but for some reason it was interpreted as "ADC being useless"; but you could bet your asses that especially at the time, if you pointed that out and/or argued that ADCs were not nearly as useless as they were claiming, anybody would be on your ass and downvote you into oblivion. 2. Release Kai'Sa. The popular narrative at release believed that she was released underpowered; apart from a couple threads, most of the time when someone argued that she was released fine and we should all wait and see, it would be downvoted. Now since Riot buffed Kai'Sa and she's dominating the game, now people shifted the bandwagon and now the popular narrative is that she shouldn't have been buffed (can you spot the contradiction?). You can apply something like this to any number of champ releases, most of the time the majority seem to be wrong about a champion's release state and end up persuading Riot into wrongly buffing or nerfing champions on release. 3. The "Bye League" thread surges. Streamers left League in sizeable numbers because they wanted to chase after the new fad of Fortnite, but they didn't have the guts to tell their viewers that the job of streamers is chasing after popular games for views and thus by extension maximising their income, given they mostly built their image upon being a "friendly and not just for money" gamer instead of someone who's about baiting others to keep watching them do things to get money which is what they all really are (just like how a TV host won't tell their audience that he's just there for the money, and that he's not as funny nor friendly as he is on TV), so they cooked up the narrative and exploit the opportunity granted by each other to pretend that they're all leaving the game because League is going downhill so nothing's on them, when in reality the motivation is almost surely monetary and about chasing after Fortnite's rising popularity. And thus for weeks, there was this amount of threads made about how they're leaving the game, and hundreds of upvotes spent on upvoting each post and each comment about how the game sucks and everybody is leaving and that they're going to leave too. Guess how many people actually left in the end (and let's not mention some streamers who "left" League for money reasons are now stuck playing the games in secret, but gets caught anyway). You see just how votes work yet? For all it's worth, it can be _some_ indication of whether or not something is right, but to use it religiously is utterly dumb. But seeing that you're just replying to lousily attempt at "winning" this even at the cost of a complete failure in logic on your part as the first bit had pointed out (and this part too, kinda. Wanna know why? The instant you subscribe to "people said so" instead of actually being capable to research and reason if something is actually right on their own merit, you've lost the point, because what people vote for and what's actually right are 2 distinct subjects that may or may not overlap but are NOT to be confused with one another), though I doubt you actually know or care.
And here you go again, shifting from the topic of conversation. I really think that at this point you're just a troll with a good enough vocabulary to just annoy people. This all started because you complained about face reveals. This is an alternate universe skin, it's not canon, this is not Shen's real face. Now please stop trying to pursue other subjects and starting arguments over something so trivial. On another note, I'm well aware of how votes work. It's just another case of monkey see monkey do. However, the fact that there is not a single vote, positive or negative on any post after the first couple that you made, just shows how little people care. I don't recall seeing a single person agreeing with you throughout this whole tirade of unmasking champions. If you don't like it, don't use the skin. That's it, end of story, I'm done with you. Have a good life arguing with random people on the internet though

You are trying way too hard, and fail miserably at it. **You completely ignore a character's icon from a visual design standpoint**, ofc you believe that is not important, no shit, because you just straight up ignored them entirely. That is the only major rebuttal you need, because your entire argument regarding how "it's not necessary for him to wear a mask" is completely nonsense. ..... The emotionless attitude is only a PART of his icon, another part is his strange fetish with always covering his face, something that has been deliberately kept for both Shen's Classic and all of 6 skins to date before this new one; how the hell can you not accept that as part of his icon? Hell, you seem to have no issue accepting the spirit blade that's amateurishly inserted onto Shen only very recently to somehow be a part of his identity, when Shen has never been that noticeable and big about his swords apart from the strange habit of him always sheathing the sword with every single strike and his hands would never leave the sword handles (so his hands are almost always on the back), the fact he would mutter "Guinsoo" (nickname of one of the leader creators of LoL) every time he strikes for some reason, and things like how he used to be able to throw his sword and was able to attack an opponent with both swords at once when his old passive triggered, **ALL OF WHICH had been removed by Riot** upon reworking him so don't get be fucking started on those yet. And now they're targeting his hidden face, Riot literally can't stand a character having something iconic of their own. ..... The "alternative timeline" defence also falls flat when you consider Riot DOES use skins as opportunities to reveal masked characters' faces and did say that they plan to eventually reveal unmasked characters' faces, which you've repeated chose to utterly ignore much like the previous argument. The fact a character whose face has been **DELIBERATELY HIDDEN for EIGHT YEARS EVER SINCE HE WAS MADE (and League is only about 9 years old ffs!) and across SEVEN SKINS INCLUDING CLASSIC**, is even considered a face reveal is utterly insane to me; which you again, proceed to simply pretend to not get the significance of this face reveal, and how utterly disgusting of a disservice they're doing by supplying him with a literal template face that is in no way, shape, or form, iconic and worthy to be a character whose face has been concealed so god damn long and was never supposed to be revealed. ..... Speaking of "never supposed to be revealed", it is also due to his absence of ego that he wears the mask, a uniform of his order, all the time, simply put he doesn't care what he looks like but duty calls, and he dons on the mask 24/7. Then, "extreme discreteness" is also a core part of his character, which leads to him purposely concealing his face, and that extends to all of his skins so far outside of this new one for over EIGHT YEARS as a running theme of this champion. So even Riot knew and acknowledged that to be a central character trait, they're just throwing that out of the window now for whatever reason, which would also mean your argument is completely wrong. So even in your attempted reasoning it is completely bullshitting and grasping at straws anyway. Next time you'd tell me the image Kamina from TTGL is famously known for, which consists of a red cape, bandaged stomach serving as a make-shift bellyband, lightly tattooed utter body, and his ever well known pair of exaggerated pointy red sunglasses (so distinct it's the series' first defining icon), are all **somehow NOT** icons of Kamina and the series itself as at no point were him ever forced into wearing those things in the story and he kinda just picked them up out of preference and was never explained. **OF COURSE NOT**. For League references, Jhin is not forced to wear his mask as he just merely believes his real face is too plain to make an impression which the mask has then become a common factor for all of his skins as a shared theme, Yi is not forced to wear his goggles as he just believes it makes him perform better by being able to access more spectrum of light which has also since been retconned and the goggles currently have no feature whatsoever (he even jokes about it in-game) which is also a common theme across his skins before that stupid face-reveal nobody cares about because Yi has always been identified by his goggles, Lissandra's big and exaggerated headgear in all of her skins have no use whatsoever which seem to only be there to make the visual indication of her passive easier to see in gameplay (the only practical in-lore use is that it also covers her eyes, as it's implied that Lissandra may be blind, hence why she screams all the time when attacking as she may be doing echo-location; but that still has nothing to do with the headgear's size and shape in general), and Twisted Fate having a fancy hat in all of his skins as a running theme for really no reason apart from TF wanting to look cool (the only exception is Cutpurse Twisted Fate, which is an in-lore skin that depicted the him BEFORE he picked up the hat trademark in his Classic, so that's excused). But ofc, that's not stopping those traits becoming the identifiers we used to look for the characters. Like wtf does "a character is not forced to have or do X, therefore that can't be their icon" even supposed to mean? **Do you even design?** An icon, a theme, a particular design of a character, do not always have in-lore explanations as to why the design is as it is; visual design, story design, gameplay design etc, can all affect a champion's look, and while they may be involved with each other, it is NOT always needed for an in-lore explanation. Coming back to Shen, the fact his face has been intentionally kept for so long and that people always recognise him as a character whose face is always masked, that IS A PART OF HIS ICON, no matter what you think you believe and is justified in, it doesn't change anything from that. ..... ..... **It is completely baffling and insane, that fact I have to write a post THIS long, and multiple times, to try and explain and justify the incredibly simple notion that "icons are not to be treated lightly and changed on a whim"; that I have to go such effort to show you that a character design and iconic traits do not need to always have an in-lore reason because visual design, gameplay design, and story design and any other factors that may influence a champion's appearance are not one and the same; that things can totally exist merely because the designer felt like adding them in; and the fact a character icon is something that depends on what the AUDIENCE REMEMBER A CHARACTER BY AND NOT SOMETHING THAT HAS TO DO SPECIFICALLY WITH THEIR PLOT OR WHATEVER. **
You, my friend, are really annoying. Enough with the caps and the references to things outside of League, because we are currently talking about League. Anyways, these skins are part of a different universe, so no, Shen is not the same person, therefore the mask is no longer part of his character. For all we know, this Shen could be obsessed with his hair. And if you don't believe me _Pulsefire is a series of is a series of **Parallel Universe** skins in League of Legends. Set in a dystopian future of Piltover after the Cog Era, it features champions augmented by cybernetic enhancements and equipped with Chrono technology._ This was pulled directly from the wiki. End of case, now go do something productive instead of arguing about something that should have never been started

You're ridiculous. What does it matter if it's Bunny or the OP? It's the same scenario, with PROOF of the one shot. Farther down, BestPudgeNA also posted the math behind the possible one shot. Also, your comment farther down about pro's not playing the same game is idiotic. They are still playing LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, which means that the interactions will be the same. You're just someone who was proven wrong and hates to admit
: Hey, by the way, in case you missed it: Karthus and Kled *also* ulted.
Oh man, thanks bro. I almost missed that Karthus ult being used. Don't forget that Jayce used ulti too
: First of all Shut the fuck up. Second of all, us low elo players aren't necessarily bad, Huni got placed in bronze when he first played ranked, look at where he is now. Third of all, maybe we just want to comment on, say, the new Evelynn skin. You may be high elo, but you obviously are too dumb to grasp the concept of these forums. So I'm sincerely here to tell you to either SHUT UP . This game is open to EVERYONE, not just high elo players. These forums are the same way. I would tell you to "FUCK OFF" but that would make me a hypocrite, and that is something that I'm not. So for the third time, please, SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!

He's not high elo. He's just a Gold player. That's not saying much, obviously. When I played I was still a Gold player and even then I was absolute trash.

: omg they should play Jhin
Didn't Liftlift play Jhin in the last game of the series? o_O
: Welcome to season 3 worlds: tsm and c9 have to face top 2 teams at worlds (samsung blue, samsung white) in quarter finals. If they'd been in other half vs either 3rd ranked Korean team or the two Chinese teams? Might well have been skt vs tsm or c9 in the finals. But we will never know. Same with Fox and 100T. Regardless, fox should be proud. They broke the Huni curse and won a playoff series which I think is a first for him in NA. And they've seemed to weather a tough slump while staying united as a team. I'm proud to see Dardoch finally having a team where he belongs and can contribute positively. Great to see such a turnaround in the career of such a talented player and I have no doubt if things continue this way for summer, we will see fox at worlds. Rick fox really deserves all the success his team has had this split. From everything I see and read, he's a positive force in the pro scene for ALL of NA - not just Fox. That's the kind of coaches and owners we need.
The SSW/SSB super teams weren't created until 2014, and even then SKT didn't compete in the Season 4 world championships
