: you know his W scales off AP right?
Mundo's W(The Johnny Cash burning ring of fire move) has an AP scaling? I didn't know that.
: Yah, though it's even nicer when the enemy has a fit over it Enemy: "HOW THE F--K DOES AP MUNDO EVEN WORK? Me: It just does.
AP Mundo doesn't work, in anyway. Just like AP Garen doesn't work. Magic Pen works on Garen because his ult does Mg dmg, with no scaling. Mundo's q does % HP dmg so yeah. AP Vayne road to Diamond.
: Can you fix master yi's alpha strike?
No one at Riot posseses the technical knowledge or skill so instead Yi gets a new skin.
: Unwarranted Bans
: just had my jungler say he was going to try to lose the game so he can be placed low in placements
: Kalista is very weak since the last changes. Her winrate is overall under 50% with main Kalista's. She is the worst ADC with Corki. W passive need to get removed or changed. She is the new Yorik.
And Yorick is unhealthy, as is Kalista.
: Things about league you should have learned a long ago, but just now found out.
Didn't know everything was always my fault until 2 weeks ago

Good and moral playing a game where the sole objective is to kill your opponent and destroy their property.
: Thanks for the kind words. :) There are certainly pockets of negativity, but we get tons of positive reinforcement as well. I get to interact with people in games on a daily basis and the large majority are having fun and challenging themselves. I never dread coming in to work because as opposed to other jobs I've worked in, my whole aim is to make people enjoy the game (and themselves) more. Sometimes that means nerfing a champion a lot of people love, but we wouldn't do it if we didn't truly believe the end result would be a better, more enjoyable game.
Time to take my adc's farm because I'm dangerous with the gold :)
: Rework Annie
Let's make it so using her E when her passive is up consumes Pyromania, and stuns everyone who attacks Annie while the sheild is up. This way she can't "sit on her stun" with her e or rely on her to recharge the stun.
: When you lose a game
Ending a game with Rumbles "I don't even have my hand on the controller!" taunt....
: This won't work because then players would just convert that LP into real money when they sell the lvl 30 accounts.
Who would buy the accounts with real money when you could spend IP though
: I made this because it seemed like there have been more recently. It used to be one every two or so months. Now its becoming every other game.
Had a bot on my team in every single co op vs ai match I played last night.
: Up until now, they've been paying me. I'm going for Rank 7 Illaoi this weekend. It's possible my paychecks will stop. I was making a joke with a coworker yesterday that I was having a hell of a good time with Illaoi but I was losing the majority of my games. So assuming everyone on the enemy team was happy for winning (a stretch), and I was happy, it was a net win! Of course, the fun equation is a lot more complicated than that. On a more serious note, feel like we made some gains in the playing against frustration. Still have a ways to go. If she grabs a Vessel and has ult and your name isn't Darius, Trundle, or Irelia, you're going to lose in melee range. I feel like that's appropriate given her kit. Historically I think she's been frustrating, but not actually that strong. Think with the last set of buffs we put her in a place where she actually is a bit overtuned. We don't have anything on the docket immediately to nerf her, but she is on our radar.
Hey look its the Rioter that told all supports to steal their adc's gold and farm and cs because *They're dangerous with money*
: Why is a balance team that made current Illaoi allowed to collect a paycheck?

: Why are you so much more likely to get an AFK or bad connection teammate RIGHT in promos?
Riot does it on purpose to keep people below where they need to be. Every at Riot was some beat up abused and picked on kid at school that got bullied. So in some pathetic twist of fate they think aggrivating other people as adults is excitation for their own childhood trama. Basically the same reason a bully is amused and thinks its funny when he beats you up and takes your lunch money is the same reason Riot thinks its hillarious to give us feeders dc afk's and Diamond tier opponents in our promos.
: I've noticed something.
Riot will ban you for third party systems when you didn't do anything but do nothing about obvious botting scripts and cheaters.
: There's nothing "Dynamic Queue" about this, as the problem has existed for several years and would exist with Solo Queue as well.
That's alright. I'm really fine with you feeling that way. Have a nice day =)

To quote the OP about the player they encountered: "I mentioned that they were really good, and after some chitchat,* they admitted to being on their friends account.*" I italicized the most important part of that statement for you. That part of that statement had absolutely 0% relevance to Dynamic Queue. Account sharing is not the same as someone tagging along while their Gold friend carries them from Bronze to Gold. Sharing an account so that a your Platinum friend physically logs into your accout and uses his skills to physically control your account is boosting, and, I cannot stress this enough, 0% relevant to Dynamic Queue.
Someone que'd up with someone of higher skill then them. And they got carried. Welcome to Dynamic Que. Where people like you are wrong, continue to be wrong, and fail to see the fact that they are *still wrong* ^_^

: I Think We're All Missing The Rather Large Picture About Dynamic Queue
The problem with Dynamic Que has nothing to do with role selections, the problem involves the match making of player MMR, placing 4 man pre mades and a solo vs teams of 2 duos and a solo, diamonds and plats trashing 2 gold 2 silver and pre 30 team, ect.
: fix your fucking matching making system
Riot are smart, competant people. Trust them!

The assumed question of if Riot will fix the state Malzahar is in
: Malzahar is the Rube Goldberg machine of champions
Judging by Riot's pattern of reworking/(ruining) an Item/Champ/Mechanic and not reverting the changes. No.

: Why I'm starting to hate League players slowly
Riot "Lol you're not Diamond tier. You and everything you stand for and represent, are irrelevant"
: Or removing the slow mechanic from his kit entirely. The logic: If you done goofed, he don't need it to punish you It's the most effective 'anti-gank' tool in his kit. (especially combined with his shadow) I don't play zed alot, but I do jungle main, and have had to jungle against teams with zed for awhile, and in my experience, zeds lane is a free win for my opponents team. * He either murders everyone, removing one player's effective contribution to the map while snowballing his own, * He's evenly matched, and pins his opponent to the lane because of his crazy amount of waveclear/poke/sustainability, which still removes one player from my team to effectively contribute. * He's pretty much hozed by my amazing mid laner, but because he never has to 'b' very often he can just hug the turret and farm until the cows come home. Or my midlaner leaves, and he shoves the lane to take the tower before going to buy something and closing the gap between the two laners. So, what who cares? Well, I for one , as a jungler main, hate it when I can't do anything to change the momentum of a lane, just because of WHO the champion being played is. Simply put, zed is too damn slippery to punish for over extending, and can waveclear/towerfarm so well that 2 v1ing him out right doesn't do anything but take pressure away from other lanes. TL;DR I don't ever bother ganking Zed lanes because you can't catch them and they can farm under turret just fine. Time is better spent finding a different lane to help snowball and hope it's enough to overcome the "Zed Effect"

Time is better spent finding a different lane to help snowball and hope it's enough to overcome the "Zed Effect" Not refuting the validity of anything you said, just contributing this bit of advice when ganking Zed. It seems rather obvious, and actually something so basic it could come across as patronizing even suggesting this as "advice" but I feel it's over looked. And it's simply to wait for the window of Zed's cooldown's to gank. Either wait near by or in bush (if no enemy vision) and gank when he has used his shadow to farm/harass removing his use of it to escape. Or ask your laner to force a trade/engage and take the set up time to gank from a bit further behind the mid brush walls. Zed can be successfully ganked, it's just so *arbitrarily* difficult and frustrating to pull off.

A) Legit Question OP is asking B) I can't believe people actually unlock skins for their team. It's temporary, and fuck every random person on this game I don't know.

If only I gave one single dead moose's last fuck about your opinion............... Grow up? Talk to me about maturity when I'm buying your house out from under you kid. You and your valuable opinion, if only it mattered?
: Better yet, make masteries all available at level one. Why do we have this system where it adds stats and game-changing buffs to any champion, but not usable until you've played SOOOO many games? Every time I try to bring a friend into League, they get turned off by one of these things: not having access to important masteries, not having runes that they need for any given champion, and not having all the champions unlocked. Maybe it sounds a bit greedy to want all those things, but especially if you've played dota2 before League (wherein all the playable heroes are unlocked when you start) it feels really restricting to have just a few at a time. Playing a game where you don't have the same masteries or as many runes as your counterpart on the enemy team feels really bad as well. These aspects of the game are extremely unfun for new players; absolutely everyone I've invited to play say they'd play more if not for these limitations.
Riot doesn't want you to have fun, they want you to give them your money.
: It's still adds up to 30. If they were all 5 point choices it really limit the amount of mastery choices available. Likewise, if they were all one point it would drastically increase the amount of masteries. Rito probably decided that having that mix of 1's and 5's led to the best amount of choices. It's the same thing in the old mastery tree and skill trees in other game.
Well guess Riot is always right never makes mistakes and everyone's happy with the game *except me*

Perhaps someday I'll have the strenght to just lay it aside entirely, sure hope I get there soon. my guess, if these guys are ACTUALLY intelligent, they will try to just match you with other solo players to play with and against more often rather than it being a complete coin flip if you get premades or not vs other premades. it still wont solve the problem of boosting becoming legit and nonpunishable because of how dynamic que works tho.
Mech0p (NA)
: just give it some tome and I believe dynamic que will go away... Reason beung is that most pros have turned away from DQ and created their own solo que on some website... With more and more people going to that they continually lose ranked players and in turn que times will get longer which is what theyre tryin to fight... Id guess that next preseason though when they finally figure out that dynamic que can never be a balanced way to determine individual ranks they'll do away with it
Riot is basically a bunch of people fresh out of college where 80% of people in the "company" are just fresh off puberty and have all these amazing ideas and they're all super stoked and filled with testosterone and pride. What it basically equates to is a bunch of pimple faced idiots with pillows for "waifus" that have a direct correlation to their sense of self worth with their job title as a "Rioter" So, no. : ? I'm sorry, I don't believe I said anything of the sort. I did not mention balance or strategy.
No but basically no one present agrees with you
: ^ Pretty much this. Riot has somewhat addressed this over the years, but overall Riot prefers "Generalists" like {{champion:64}} that can do a ton of things and are always at least marginally useful even when behind. They've stated before that they do not want players to ever feel helpless or like they cannot meaningfully contribute if they lose lane. This has led to 2 things: 1) Champion kits being "normalized" like {{champion:55}} where their min damage is raised and their max damage lowered with changes to make them somewhat reliable and suck less when behind, and 2) Champion kits with utility added to make them useful in team fights even if they lose lane phase hard...which can make some champs feel impossible to beat since you literally cannot prevent them from being good in some cases... {{champion:99}} , {{champion:115}} , and {{champion:101}} all fill the same role and since they are generalists they pretty much replace one another since they are basically the same. Whichever one has gone longer without nerfs is almost always the one you want if you want a long range siege mage. ***Riot's efforts to give reasons to pick champions is great, but ultimately doomed to failure due to their champ design philosophy - the gimmicks are kind of neat, but since most champs are generalists the gimmicks are either too underpowered or situational to really change much or too overpowered and cause them to always be picked.*** DOTA 2 balances around most of their Heroes being "Specialists" that have one completely amazing trick and can carry the game or drag a team down depending on if that trick is needed or if the enemy team has countered it through other Heroes or items. Some Heroes are allowed to be bad in like 90% of games because in the other 10% they are God-Tier and exactly what your team needs. There are general "goals" but enough diversity in play styles and abilities that players are intended to gauge the situation and pick the Hero that best suits it, rather than just pick whoever is the generic "strongest" in a given class. ***Also, DOTA actually has mechanics like turn rates and attack wind ups and stats like the derived attributes system to balance pretty much whatever they want without having to resort to nuking a kit completely...***
Your comment is everything I wish an opinion to ever be.

If you cursed at him, called him a scrub/noob or told him to git gud/kys/uninstall/etc, then that is why you got a chat restriction.
Nope, if your cursing in team chat makes me uncomfortable, offends me, or detriments my gameplay experiance I *can* report you and you *will* lose account health. It's in the Service Agreement. I don't agree with it but that's Riot's policy. My opinion of Riot still stands. Hypocritical lil bastards. *Edit* The Luden's Echo senario was a hypothetical. I've never seen Lee build that before. : Sion's passive is still useful even when not dying because it creates the threat that if he dies he has to be dealt with again. Thats something for a massive frontliner. Kogs passive only deters assasins a bit. And still they would be happy to trade themselves for a fed Kog (1 for 1 ofc). So its borderline useless, even when dying its pretty weak.
I like Sion's passive. In games where I die as Sion I have about a 45% chance of picking up a kill I couldn't because I had *died* I like his passive. But I don't think its *healthy*
