If you're going to play support, play a support. Don't use the role as an excuse for an additional AP carry. See, I disagree with that notion (with me being someone who regularly plays "off-meta" supports like ekko/lb/maokai). If your support builds a sightstone/helps the team get ahead, does it really matter who they're playing? While I do get that there are some people who will take the support role just to troll around with things like zed/yasuo, that doesn't make all non-standard support players evil.
This x1000. Lux, Orianna, Brand, etc. support are all legit. Even tank lee/elise are valid supports. But the minute you dont do your job (sightstone, supp item, and SOME utility item(s)), gtfo the support role.

: pugna is a counter to swm, not a hard counter unless swm doesn't realise that there is pugna's ward and doesn't destroy it.
except for the fact that a good pugna player will make sure his ward is unseen and skywraths, while they usually don't start with their ult, they use it in moderately quick succession to their other abilities. Kinda like when Centaur maxes his W (i think? thornmail basically, it's been a while since i've played :() and a WR comes in with ult and kills herself so fast she can't react (which, is hard to do, but it's happened. it's also happened where it happens slowly and the WR is just dumb)

: I work in corporate tech for a global company with over 1000 employees. I earn my money helping others with all of their computer issues. I saved up my money until I was comfortable dropping 2 grand on my machine. Spent a lot of time picking out custom parts and after they all arrived spent 4 hours building it. After everything was put together I was able to overclock my GPU and still keep my machine running cool with 4 fans and a liquid cooling unit for the CPU. The only issue my computer has ever had has been with drivers causing crashes because Windows 10 didn't quite support them until recently. I know this concept is foreign to you, but some people actually do something with their lives and are able to provide for themselves, their family, and have enough left over for luxuries. Instead of "begging" for money. You may want to pick your fights more wisely before jumping to conclusions on the internet my short sighted friend.
"I know this concept is foreign to you, but some people actually do something with their lives and are able to provide for themselves, their family, and have enough left over for luxuries. Instead of "begging" for money." This statement pisses me the hell off. So much. I'm a white male who lives in the suburbs. I still live with my parents because I have to pay a monthly payment for my car, my phone, school, my own food, AND help my parents with bills. I only give my parents about $50 after everything then I have about $50 for myself for 2 WEEKS. That's including gas money to get to and from work. My parents have THREE mortgages on their house, my dad is chronically ill and disabled, and my mom works 50 hour weeks as a nurse (an underpaid and overworked profession). I'm going to be $200,000 in debt my the end of my college career if I keep going. I will make, at the start, around $30/hour, but that's after SIX YEARS of college. A lot of people, even people that grew up in the rich suburbs like I did, have so many financial issues. The US is absolutely AWFUL and wealth inequality is ridiculous. Don't you dare fucking throw around that we're not doing something with our lives and aren't able to provide for ourselves, because we're fucking trying and there's not much we can do about the financial issues we're facing.

Phobias are irrational fears. People know they're irrational. There is no cure for phobias. You can take precautions to avoid triggers, have preparations if do happen, however there is no way to fully cure phobias. My friend has entomophobia and I have claustrophobia, the best we can do is avoid bugs and tightly enclosed spaces. Crowded elevators quite literally send me into a panic attack, which is very similar to what happens with people with trypophobia.
: Cass' New Miasma might as well be Renamed to Magikarp's Splash
It's not useless. People need to relearn her kit which will take ages.
Zennoth (NA)
: I mean, I'd rather they have a solid idea than just rework because people want it. We really don't need any rushed, incoherent reworks. *shudders
The community has given Riot plenty of ideas for Karma. All of which would have made her more interesting to play as and against, especially the current one floating around. As for the others, Riot doesn't give a damn about rushed reworks. Shen? Fiora? Current Karma? and that's just 3 examples. Riot doesn't seem to give a damn about the players, they just want to give the players placebo patches to make the game more interesting through change rather than making it interesting because the game is good.
Zennoth (NA)
: While this is true, they at least have a far more solid idea as to what they want to do with Ryze, unlike these other champions.
Karma mains (old and new alike) have made numerous threads on how they want her reworked. Everyone wants her fans back, everyone wants the twin dragons aspect put into her kit not just her lore, etc. There's a LOT of community feedback and potential kits floating around the boards. Warwick had the same, and they just finally gave him an official "hey we're doing this" As for Karthus, Nunu, and Aatrox, none of them really have much of a theme. Aatrox has SOME lore, Karthus has lore that doesn't match his kit very well, and I personally don't give a rats ass about Nunu (and neither does anyone else, it seems. he's at a constant 38-43% win rate so why would anyone care?) They're a LOT harder to rework, and I get that, but they DESPERATELY need it. Karthus should have been one of the immobile mages to get a big update.. VelKoz, Brand, etc. were fine.
: Seriously, we don't need more of these uninformed threads. Yorick isn't being pushed back _because_ of Ryze. He's being pushed back because there are two teams working separately on these champions and the team doing work on Yorick needs more time due to the size and scope of Yorick's rework. For Ryze, they already have a lot to work with. They know what's making him overpowered and know what abilities need to change to give him a fix. In addition, they do not need to do a complete visual update/overhaul for Ryze because they've already done that. It's just about abilities and balance for Ryze, so his update can be done _faster_ than Yorick's. For Yorick, a separate team is tasked with rebuilding him from the ground up. A total visual overhaul combined with completely new abilities (akin to the size of the Sion/Poppy/Taric updates, not the Mordekaiser/Sona/Soraka/Mage updates). Yorick also has (and may still have) abilities that heavily interact with minions/other unit entities (such as ghouls) that may need a lot of coding work. Same goes for old ultimate. Depending on what his new abilities are, they may need to do even more work on that front. So please, be patient. Taric didn't take any longer because of other work, it's just a matter of the team working on him needing to make sure everything is up to snuff and that he's ready to go live. The process is not a simple job to make things like this happen.
I edited stuff into the main post. I'm responding to all of the comments (since they're all the same) with this comment. Basically, I'm more upset that Riot is reworking Ryze for the 6th damn time since his release and there are so many more champs that need it so so much more than him that haven't even had any announcements or talk or anything.

: Creep Scoring Problems
Like the others said, practice. Go in bot games, go down mid, and try to hit every cs until you get to 100 cs. The average goal is 100 cs by either 10 or 20 mins (someone give clarification on this, I can never remember lol). If you're a bit late, that's okay, but that's your goal. Other than that, pick easy cs champions to start out with. Mages are especially hard to CS with so picking non-mages to practice is a good idea. I recommend Irelia (her Q execution), Kayle (AOE, helps you learn wave management too), and basically any ADC (Miss Fortune and Sivir are good ones for practicing, imo). Nasus is an especially good one to practice csing as because when you CS you're doubling the effect because of the damage from stacking Q. Makes it a lot more valuable to hit every CS than most champs.
: My "little" rant about soraka and supports.....
The thing I hate about League and supports it that League in general (Riot and the community) treats them like they're useless just a filler role... If you look at any other game, MOBA, MMO, etc. it's clear that supports are one of the most important role. TERA, WoW, and basically any MMO that has class specialization and is dungeon-based... You NEED a healer and someone who can draw aggro to complete most dungeons, especially end game. These are the support classes. The healers and tanks are the supports of MMOs and they're more important than the DPS most of the time. In DotA, despite supports not getting gold income items, the game and players make sure they can still get items and function. Crystal Maiden is a PERFECT example of this. She can take jungle camps to get gold, ALL supports can pull creep waves into the jungle to help them take camps (damage and resets wave requiring the enemy to play too aggressive for a bit, then in the end allows you to play aggressive once the support is back and you have an extra half a minion wave), and even though wards have to be bought individually, supports can still afford their items and aren't reduced to buying a few items that you get on literally EVERY support. (Locket/Banner, anyone???) Hell, most supports can even solo lane in DotA if wanted. It might not be the most effective thing, but they can hold their own. Supports are allowed to do damage. Supports are allowed to heal. Supports can be a lot less one-dimensional than they are in League and it's sad that it's like that. Hell, if you brought Dazzle from DotA into League EVERYONE would complain about him. Chain heal/damage, slow/dot/stun, death-prevention on a basic ability (think Kayle ult but you can get to 1HP but you don't die), and an ult that's a HUGE AOE armor buff/debuff. He's picked in DotA but last I played, he was considered AVERAGE. TL;DR: Other games, MMO and MOBAs alike, treat supports like a meaningful role that isn't a secondary/useless/filler role. League needs to instead of taking ideas from other games in terms of design, they need to take ideas from other games in terms of balance.
: Remove Kindred's stupid W passive. Give Nidalee a meaningful nerf in her jungling (a really meaningful nerf, not just "lower damage by 10 at rank 1, increase damage by 5 at rank 4"). Lower (or remove) the knockback from Graves' autos on Large monsters (since these are heavier than the small guys).
Kindred's W passive is what keeps her alive levels 1-3 and is a requirement for her jungling. The issue with it is that it's a life STEAL not a life gain, like it should be. You get extra damage off when you proc it, to the best of my knowledge. Either way, this isn't what needs nerfed and they did give a meaningful nerf to her early game (Q cooldown soft-reset (old cass E style) when W is active) Nidalee got a meaningful nerf a few patches ago, they removed most of her ability to kite and fucked up lower-elo nidalee mains and higher-elo nidalee mains alike. I'm not good enough at kiting yet so I have to grab my E second because I just take too much damage. It used to be W-Q every time, no matter what. Even some higher-elo nidalees have to do this from time to time... Her clear got drastically less safe because of this. Invade her at level 2 when she's low hp and has no smite (so usually her bot side buff) and you can get a free kill, steal her buff, and set her back far. Graves... just fuck graves... no AD Caster in League has been this fucking bursty... not Varus, not Urgot, not Ezreal. None of em... ADCs, carry or caster, should be sustained dps not burst and riot has stated this themselves...

"There are definitely some that don't matchup, but when there's a majority that fit, it's a good statement. It's like saying republicans are bigoted. Some aren't, but a vast majority are." Horrible example. That is so subjective...and a person's definition of bigoted varies. Some people think that I might be bigoted for citing FBI statistics that show more than 50 percent of murders are done by blacks, yet they make up only like THIRTEEN percent of the total U.S population. Unlike deciding which group is bigoted which is based on personal experiences and definitions and perhaps assumptions, the data I just gave you is researchable and not disputed by anyone. So, my example much better than your snide way to interject your politics into my post, by saying something that probably isn't even true. The KKK was comprised of southern democrats, if you don't remember...and those southern politicians are the ones who created Jim Crow laws. And then you had Woodrow Wilson, a progressive liberal democrat, who ran saying he would help blacks and then shit all over them once he got into office. I've only listed the tip of the iceberg. Yes, the Republicans are the ones who are bigoted. Clearly.
You don't seem to realize much about US Politics, but this isn't the place or time to go into it. The only thing I'm gonna say is the KKK was most definitely not modern democrats. Even fucking ABE LINCOLN, who is considered one of the best Democratic presidents, was a racist shitbag. Times change, the democratic party's views change, as do the republican party's... My point still stands, though... generalizations are acceptable, and that's what my initial statement was.
Fovere (NA)
: @FF Do you understand the absurdity behind claiming there is something wrong with an entire population? There is nothing special about the League community. We are a diverse group of people encompassing virtually every possible demographic. The players here are simply reacting/dealing with the environment. We queue into a game with 9 other people. Those people have power over us, to shape our game experience. Generally, people are willing to follow the rules, so they stay in their game and when someone trolls/feeds/plays poorly, they keep quiet about it. They might do this many times, calling out a teammate is "toxic" now (never used to be). Those feelings of helplessness build up, and eventually they are going to find an outlet. The person might rage/tilt and go off on a teammate, they might start feeding or trolling, or passive aggressively getting their mates killed. But most of your "trolls" and "toxic" players are just people got fed up for whatever reason. If we aren't going to be allowed to expect a basic level of sincerity and effort from teammates, then the toxicity issues will always be there, or even worsen over time. There should be an expectation that when you go into a game, you are 100% present and focused on the game, and there should be a social consequence for those who are not. Continuously lowering the standard of play, as Riot seems to want, is going to result in greater frustrations and subsequent reactions.
It's not absurd to claim there's something wrong with an entire population. There are definitely some that don't matchup, but when there's a majority that fit, it's a good statement. It's like saying republicans are bigoted. Some aren't, but a vast majority are. Also, literally a tl;dr of what I said was "take out your frustrations in a healthy manner rather than on others." You seemed to miss the point of my post completely. Toxicity will always be there, but with education it can be drastically reduced. Also, calling out a teammate isn't toxic. I've said my fair share of "god, you suck," which is vaguely toxic, but a lot of people are extremely toxic. There comes to a point where it's excessive, toxic, and uncalled for.
: ***
When did they remove ranked 5's, I've never heard this. Source it. Dynamic queue is completely necessary for a ranked environment because of the fact that it's a team game. DotA's ranked environment is perfectly functional and they have 4 different MMRs that they track instead of just 3. (Normal, Ranked Solo/Duo, Ranked Trio/Penta [no quad queues], and Ranked Teams for DotA. Normal, Dynamic, and Teams for League) Riot claiming that adding additional queue options will result in a community split is either bullshit or they know their game is going down the shitter, too. A comparison would be RuneScape, which released the "oldschool" servers, split the community down the middle. The issue being though, the game was already dying. It had plateaued YEARS before and was on a decline since. Unless League already plateaued, then them not doing this is stupid. It'd satisfy the entire player base. But tbh, I do think League plateaued because they don't release statistics publicly anymore. RuneScape's peak was at over 1 million players active per day back in around 2006-2008. League's last numbers release was 2014, which instead of an active daily player count, was an active account count, which included smurfs (which are EXTREMELY common), players who haven't played for a couple of months (active meant within 3 months, plenty already quit) and included accounts that only played 1-4 games (new smurfs that people gave up on, ad bot accounts, etc.)

I'll reword that - I'm not used to the gameplay boards understanding or using humor or sarcasm. But yeah, I agree, Wit's needs a buff to actually become usable. Like, it seems like it'd be PERFECT for Kayle yet I barely ever see Kayle built it because other items just function so much better. Even old rageblade and old gunblade were better than it.
: Human Nature and Toxicity
I'm a current psych major in college, have bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder (so I know how mood swings go... and extreme emotions...) Basically, the League community acts like I did when I was 13-16. I was angry. I was almost always angry. I let out my anger in unhealthy ways, sometimes on others, sometimes on objects, sometimes on myself. This is VERY similar to the league community, they're letting their anger out in unhealthy ways, in this case, on others. The issue being, just because you're angry doesn't mean you get to act on it in this way. I'm a firm believer in excuses aren't bad by default, but they don't justify actions. These are excuses, and yes, while they are totally valid excuses, it does not justify the behaviors. I understand the League community is primarily younger kids, high school aged. I'm still pretty damn young myself and I do still struggle with my anger from time to time. The thing is though, I know it's wrong to take it out on others. I know to not do that, and I've implemented ways to NOT do that. If I feel like yelling at someone in chat, I type "/mute all" and just play till the end. After the game, I get up, I go for a walk, and just defuse. If I had a game where I'm mad about the outcome but didn't wanna rage at people, I just get up, get a glass of water, stretch, etc. Basically, you're just trying to use excuses to justify your actions, which isn't how it works. You, and the rest of the community, need to figure out healthy behaviors to get out that anger that you feel. It'll make you a more functional League player and a more functional person in general.

: Taliyah, a ranged mage that does phys damage?
I know literally nothing about this champion, I've seen stuff on the boards but this is the first thread I've actually clicked... People complaining about not having pen with the AP-Does-Physical issue, either add a pen passive (Kayle?) or just leave it. AP Fortune doesn't need pen to do shitloads of damage, neither does AD. Just give her high scalings but basically remove the ability for her to penetrate and she's pretty balanced. If you don't build against her, you're fucked, but if you do, she's not TOTALLY useless but is manageable.

Someone else brought up DotA first, I just continued in with the convo. DotA forums aren't a League free zone. Smite forums aren't a League or DotA free zone. All MOBAs are in constant competition for players, so both the developers and the players will look at the other ones for ideas that would be good to implement in the one they prefer. Every single game has its upsides and downsides, and without being able to see both, you're never going to be able to make accurate judgement about how good a game actually is. League has pleeeeeenty of flaws, but the flaws aren't big enough to shove me away like with DotA's. I'm definitely NOT okay with League's flaws, and Riot has some shit to do (and some drugs to get off of) but it's better than DotA for me.
: This tilt is killing me, man.
Take a couple days off of League. Go for a walk, hang out with a friend, watch a movie, go on a date. Just get off of League for a couple days. Once those couple days are up, come back. Playing during the day or middle of the night is the best option for climbing, do whichever is more accessible while still being good. (Don't play late at night if you normally go to bed by 11pm. Basically, don't play past your normal bedtime by more than 1 game.) The times stated for playing, if possible, are the best for avoiding ragers/flamers/feeders/trolls, as more often than not, they're going to be in school during those times. Weekends and any time school isn't in session (summer/spring/winter break) are AWFUL. Stick to norms during those times. Do anywhere from one to three warm-up games before going in to ranked, EVERY TIME. The warm-up game will get your juices flowing, will get you all lubed up and ready to go. If you tilt during this game, take a break. Get up, stretch, grab a glass of water, maybe a sandwich, and come back. Wait at least 5 minutes. Basically, what this'll do is get you untilted and have a fresh mind, league wise. You'll be set to go, in the best mindset possible at that time, and you'll have a higher chance for winning. If you want proof of this working, check out my op.gg (EllenTheGenerous). I got seeded Bronze 5, got to Bronze 1 within the first week after provisionals, then got to Silver 5 a couple weeks later (I got super busy after that week, haven't played as much.) I'm currently Silver 1, almost Gold 5. Last season, my peak rank was Silver 3. Lastly, bronze and silver are a MINDSET. By removing any sort of mindset at all (my only mindset is that I'm playing league. there's no strings, my team doesn't suck ass, im not the savior of the game, im not better or worse than anyone. im just playing.) you will quickly climb out because you'll be able to point out your own mistakes easier.
: My worst experience in league is still from when I was lvl 7ish
There's also an option of a forced sensitivity training type thing, which would either be a thing like a required tutorial or would be done upon a players first punishable offense. I think that doing this instead of giving players a time out (3-day ban) would make it the community a lot less toxic. You could even do it so it's completely automatic, if it catches certain phrases, it forces it. Stuff like "kill yourself" and "fucking noob" would trigger it. //before you say something about "fucking noob" keep in mind that most players that call you a "fucking noob" end up also saying really nasty things, either before or after\\
: From what I've heard LoL's player base is A LOT bigger.
Just because a game is bigger doesn't mean it's better... I left DotA around patch 6.82, so that's 5 major patches ago (just about a year now!) for League, and let me say, there are only two things keeping me here... the constant updates (every 2 weeks is a looooot better than having to wait a couple months for major changes, fun wise. balance wise, not so much...) and the community (DotA's NA servers are FLOODED with non-English speakers and people from Brazil, Russia, China, etc. I'd be fine if they pinged or spoke any English but more often than not, they don't communicate in a way I can understand. On top of this, a lot more of my friends play League than DotA, and a lot of my friends from DotA ended up switching over, too.)

Same goes for Shyvana. Warwick with devourer + wits end as his only damage items would do 90% magic damage to champions. Now he's going to be split 50/50, and if you run fervor you can only pick armor pen or magic pen, not both (as far as masteries are concerned)
You can split it by splitting the points between them...
: 3% max health phys damage kinda sucks actually 30 damage per 1000 health or 15 dmg vs 100 armor 120 damage per 4000 health or 40 dmg vs 200 armor well... crits may do way better now. But I am glad that afk jungling is over now heres a question - {{item:1415}} Razorblade vs {{item:3153}} Ruined king - better jungle item? {{item:3715}} vs {{item:1039}} +{{item:1053}} --- {{champion:77}} Udyr can combine Tiger and Phoenix for max damage which not many people do. Tiger 5 / turtle 4 / bear 4 / phoenix 5 - 18 level points he can still go {{item:3124}} rageblade if he desires to do major damage like he used to do with sated devourer and to pay extra gold. This item would be actually way stronger than devourer cause it gives AD, AP and AS on top of all other effects. Top dyr can be quite strong if he builds that as it buff both phoenix and tiger at the same time
3% max health being 30 damage is exactly what an unstacked devourer did. This item allows for these junglers to shred tanks earlier on, too, which with tank items being overpowered (being toned down WOO!) this is a needed change. On top of this, devourer doing magic damage was awful for balance because it did magic damage. You had to build 3 stats against all of these junglers instead of just 2 (mr, armor, hp instead of just armor and hp). Overall, it's not as good of an item, but thats GOOD. It allows for the champs to be tuned a LOT easier and makes them a lot healthier as well. A huge issue with devourer is that champs are balanced AROUND it rather than keeping it in mind. They have to be balanced so that they dont get OP because of that singular item, and its a juggling act that riot fails very often. This will make their job a lot easier and will just generally be better for everyone.
: Why do the boards hate yii anyway? Do they hate just getting outplayed by a "noob" champion? As a (former) Yi main I never understood that. And I honestly really am getting to like the Manbearpig. But yeah, I'm excited for the new enchantment. But then in about a patch or 2, they're going to have the bloodrazor and {{item:3153}} share the same passive and make it unique. Or so I'm guessing knowing Rito
I don't hate yi as a champion, I really don't I hate the overpowered tank items that progressively got worse and brought TANK Yi into existence. I've ALWAYS been fine getting outplayed by glass-cannon Yi because I know its just that, an outplay. But Tank Yi had NO downsides and NO counterplay outside of using all your cc on him or shutting him down early and ending pre-25. It was bull and I'm glad they're taking the steps to not only nerf the out of control tank items, but also the out of control damage items that allowed them to go tanky too.

WW is actually going to get BUFFED from this is the thing I'm noticing people not flipping out about. % Max HP on hit, NO STACKING. Literally farm till 3 or 4, take drag, farm till 6, gank with the item, free kill. He did need the buff though, but this might be much. Not sure yet. He benefited more from phantom hit combined with a blade of the ruined king. Now, for the same benefit, he needs to get this with a guinsoo's rageblade. This combination is strictly worse than the former, since blade provides a very useful active and lifesteal as well, whereas rageblade just provides a laughably puny on-hit. I guess his Q will hit a little harder?
Well, considering as of right now, botrk and bloodrazor stacks, he'll like it. Instead of getting 9 total procs of botrk on his ult, he'll get 12. He'll also have his early ganks be more impactful (more damage) and won't have to worry about taking pre-devourer dragons (which he's capable of doing at level 3.). On top of this, if he needs buffs, they'll be able to buff him. He, and a lot of other junglers, won't be stuck in the "im a devourer jungler ONLY!" box that they've been forced into, which allows them to be balanced for jungle and lane, not just jungle. Shyvana is a prime example of this.

Idk if people still do tank yi Two tank items isn't enough. It'll either be botrk, Maw, deadman's, (fill item) or guinsoo's, titanic hydra, sterak's, deadman's Outside of that, he'd probably end up glass yi again.
Glass yi is healthy yi. Make tank yi gtfo and suffer.
: It's going to hurt the magic damage ones (like Warwick) because they generally take magic damage penetration masteries, build wit's end, etc
The only thing is though is that WW can now get AD, attack speed, or armor pen runes/masteries, can still reliably build wits end, but have much more impactful early ganks. Same goes for Shyvana.
: I once had 5 support mains in season 5. Now THAT was awkward. But damn, that map was lit up like a Christmas tree.
I had this. Except everyone's secondary roles matched up perfectly. It was a match made in heaven. All of us played extremely well, massive objective control, so much map awareness, and like you said, the map was lit up like a christmas tree. Jesus christ I'd kill to be able to have that experience again...
: its a terrible item for anyone that doesn't buy runnans. its terrible. its a RETARDEDly gimped version of botrk. the max health passive roughly equates the double current health damage botrk has. meanwhile botrk has lifesteal and ad and an active. bottom line. it a terrible item for everyone but kindred. it might be okay for master yi but thats about it. this item is only good on kindred and kayle. thats it. its not good on jax. its not good on xin. its not good on udyr. unless they give it more base stats. right now I'd rather get wits end.
if it ends up gimping them, which I HIGHLY doubt it will, then riot will buff them. they will VERY specifically be looking at them because of the new item to make sure they still function. Kayle, Kindred, WW, and Shyv will love it. Xin will hate it at first, but will end up getting buffed then nerfed and will eventually balance out to love it. Yi, IDK, he'll still definitely get it. Probably pretty indifferent, will cause a playstyle change on him too.
: Xin is fine. You can't play him as an AS champion but other choices exist (people forget AD Xin?) These champions needed the nerf, and this one's a good one. If their lane counterparts still want phantom hit, get ready to pay for it.
A looooot of them did need the hit.
: {{champion:10}} {{champion:24}} (dev and guinsoo's ((I think?)), {{champion:11}} {{champion:102}} {{champion:77}}
Kayle is in the top 5 win rates in top and mid (was #2 last I checked, in both) so only Jungle was nerfed. Jax hasn't gotten any major ratio nerfs/buffs because of devourer and he still performs better in top lane overall. The Guinsoos nerfs will "hit him" but they won't hit him too hard because he functioned perfectly fine before the rework of it. Yi needs to burn in hell, the entire boards agrees with me on this. Shyvana will get buffed a bit to get more power, top lane shyvana will become viable again. I totally forgot about Udyr but all things considered, it is Udyr and he's fucking Udyr... Does it matter when he gets nerfed...? He's a low-elo stomper, it's his kit mostly. I'm sure a new, inventive build will come out soon enough that utilizes this new item will be out within 2 weeks. As for Udyr, as of right now the new item stacks with BotRK. I can see a Bloodrazor + BotRK + Merc/Swifties + Wits End + Deaths Dance/Gunblade + even still Guinsoos, tbh build working extremely well on him. Shred tanks with the %HP from Bloozrazor and BotRK, shred tanks with the Wits End, and survive with DD and/or Gunblade.

: yes i agree totally if these 2 are allowed to stack it kinda defeats the purpose of removeing devourer and will be abused to high hell and back. yi with this might acually be worse than rageblade devourer.
build armor. done. you only need 2 stats vs yi now instead of 3. armor and hp, don't need mr anymore.
: Only Shyvana, Yi, Xin and Kayle take a huge advantage from it. And on everyone else it's confusing.
Shyv, Yi, Xin, Kayle, Warwick, and sometimes Kindred and a few others. From this change, the only ones being hurt by it are Xin and Yi. Shyv and WW can now Jungle till 6, take drag on their own time (level 3 dragons, anyone?), and gank post-6 whenever they have ult. They don't have to worry about stacking anymore, which is great for them. Kayle and Kindred didn't ever get devourer for the on-hit double-proc, it got nerfed to the shitter for them. They got it for the attack speed. They LOOOOOVE this, especially Kindred who is focused on early ganks, which this item allows for. (more so than Devourer, at least) Yi needed this nerf, but he'll still love the physical damage. The nerf to this means you only have to build 2 stats against him instead of 3, now. HP and Armor, he won't do enough magic damage anymore to matter. (Guinsoos being super expensive, Bloodrazor doing Physical dmg) Xin will suffer for I estimate about 2 patches from this. They'll buff him, he'll be op for 1-2 patches, then he'll be fine in both lane and jungle. So 3-4 patches from 6.9 (so around 6.12) Xin will FINALLY be viable in lane again and not just jungle. Overall a huge plus for Xin. So basically, overall, Yi is the only one who got truly hurt by it, which makes me SO happy because I'm sick of seeing him...
: You Aren't Crazy, Silver Is Just A Shiny Bronze.
Silver is Bronze with more game knowledge. Low gold is Silver with an Ego and slightly more game knowledge (not much). High gold is low plat without the ego. Low plat is low gold with more mechanical and game knowledge and a massive ego. Mid-High plat is where players actually start getting good. This isn't from my personal experience (only up to Low Gold is) but I've heard it from quite a few people.
: What Keystone is Optimal on Xerath?
With Xerath being a bursty poke mage I can see him grabbing Stormraiders Surge to be safer. His Q+W combo will likely hit the damage threshold most of the time and the added safety is something I feel Xerath would really like. I don't play him personally, but from a theorycrafting perspective, it seems like it'd be pretty good.
: Or just replace Dynamic Queue with Solo Queue and solve almost every single problem with queues right now.
And go back to the major amount of issues with the old solo queue? Aight. I'd rather have what we have now, issues and all, than go back to that. The issues now are a loooot less noticable than the issues then.
