I would suggest your doing it wrong. If he uses W to trade, the you should get a very long Cd to farm safely and harass him back, if he holds on to it, then he really isn't that hard to deal with. Same thing with using his abilities to push wave, he uses Q to farm? you have a window where he can not trade very well. I by no means enjoy that matchup with most mages, but it is by no means the "hugging the tower for 10 mins" nightmare you make it out to be.

Not entirely sure if this is what you want, But typically champs fall under one or two of these roles: Mage Marksman Tank Bruiser Fighter Assassin Enchanter Some champs can fall under multiple categories, or be reasonably built into multiple different categories. Each role can also have more specialized sub roles. For example mages fall into burst-mages(syndra, lux) Battle-mages(swain, vlad) artillery-mages (xerath, velcoz, zoe kind-of intersects with burst) and also dps-mages (cassio, azir) The amount of sub-roles is pretty arbitrary and can change depending on what you actually count as a sub-role.

So you'll certainly get more of a skew for the players that were punished. If you want a more accurate representation of the whole boards, you should use general discussion sub-boards instead.

I am well aware that I am polling the boards population, not the population of league player base as a whole. However I am inclined to believe that your analysis is wrong. Just because you hear most from the ones complaining that they got banned, does not mean that they compose more percent here than in the league player base. EDIT : As of now, I agree that its pretty useless because the sample size is small.

There's a reason Riot has been throwing true damage around for durability busting, it actually is healthier than using penetration because it doesn't increase damage to squishies by nearly as much. This rune has way too much at once. honestly the adaptive force is pretty small. 50 adaptive force at 5 stacks gives 30 ad. Also in order to actually get the sustain, you have to get it to max. Keeping in mind that often fights are explosive and everyone tends to dump all the cooldowns in a pretty short span, Im guessing many fighters will end up maxing on stacks after dropping most key cooldowns, and as a result won't actually get much healing because they aren't doing much dps that late into the fight. I understand that this can be counteracted by trying to poke before the fight to charge it up, but many fighters don't have a very good poke ability, and this can usually be countered just by an engagement from the team that is getting poked. TLDR adaptive isn't super significant, healing looks like more than it will probably end up being due to fighters burning key CD's before charged up. EDIT: my ideal version would involve the true damage gone in exchange for more sustain or damage per stack, but I think its perfectly acceptable as is.
