: This like almost every thing else could easily be learned if people would read basic abilities. I usually make a beeline for any buff an Ivern takes, but as for the Q I honestly get annoyed by how his Q works because sometimes I accidentally right click and get pulled in their face when I don't wanna be. As for the leash part, maybe it's just that they think you'll smite the buff so they can get the other buff?

: They buffed his W because 90% of Kha zix players doesn't evolve the W so they had to make it more stronger to make a good deal in teamfights or something like that
but they also doubled the bonus ad scaling on his passive. He really didn't need any more damage and then they go and do this.
: I mean, have you tried looking at the pbe boards? They made an update about it like a week ago.
no, how do I get there?

: Rammus did true damage by blinking LuL
Because that summoner spell deals true damage.

: Who should i main as ADC, Draven or Jhin?
I find Jhin more fun, plus I know that a lot of people will either permaban or camp draven every game because they despise him. I don't think hes too annoying, but jhin is also better in the current meta (at least im pretty sure).
: See... you kinda made my point yourself. Hooking people is ALL they are good at. They're basically the same as assassins in playstyle... trying to get picks. Except that unlike assassins (save pyke, but I honestly don't know what rito was thinking with him) they're usually unable to kill someone themselves. So you have a teammate who is good for NOTHING except trying to get kills. Yes, getting a hook lategame can win an evenly matched game... but that is because most of these champs do literally nothing else. When people tire of the assassin meta and things shift, hookers (that is what I DEMAND we call them now) will fall out of power. Not entirely, mind you... but somewhat. It seems like what you are doing is deciding something is broken or a problem because it is good at doing what it was designed to do... because you yourself do not like playing against it or you dislike that type of playstyle.... or you just lost a game to a good blitzcrank or somethin. I dunno. But trust me, there are MUCH more problematic things in the game than hookers. They do one thing very well and usually have clear and obvious counterplay to them. I'd call "well defined strengths and weaknesses" GOOD design. Now, admittedly... each hooker is different and some might be better designed than others (again, pyke... wtf were they thinking)... but since you declared them a problem as a whole, I am refuting they are a problem as a whole. While some might be a little too much and some might be lackluster, the basic idea of a champ that hooks you, pulls you in and sits on you for a second or two while his team tries to kill you isn't a problem. It's a playstyle... and it's fine.
They didn't say hook supports were a problem, they said hook supports _have_ a problem. They shouldn't have a free extra one whole second to keep you cced (plus a massive slow from thresh e) for no skill required while their adc either kills you or sets up their own cc.
: Reworked Akali feels like Zoe 2.0, and I don't like it
I think she was made to counter other assassins considering her shroud and ult makes it easy to avoid a lot of their burst, but with mages shes honestly pretty easy to beat. Just poke her a lot pre-six and try to deny minions. If she ever tries to engage with her e just use any form of cc to stop and possibly kill her, it isn't too hard considering her e forces her to move in a straight line towards you. Once she hits six just play a bit farther back and don't walk into her shroud. Zoe is not even comparable to akali. She has much faster burst, insane range, and one of the longest hard cc abilities in the game while also dealing shit tons of true damage.
: Two junglers showing in champion select in normal game, Blitz mode early or what?

: The Problem With Hook Supports
Plus thresh and blitz can just walk up to you with mobis and/or flash and use e which on blitz is targeted and on thresh is very easy to land which then guarantees them a hook and basically a 3 second stun.

: no, because then it becomes a game of better adc wins if assassins are a problem just nerf assassins (and that's exactly what they're doing in 8.16)
I doubt that will happen as long as they don't buff peel supports by much and leave adcs in the kind of underpowered stat they are in now, aside from assassin adcs like kaisa and quinn. I do agree with the duskblade/stormrazor change they are making to deal with that though.

: Akali Stalling with her smoke is really annoying
Im not saying this is balanced because I sure as hell think it needs a change. All im saying is shes really easy to counter if you just pick any mage with a skillshot hard cc like lux/ahri/xerath/syndra/zoe because she basically cant win a trade. All of them outrange her, at least pre-6 and if she ever lands an e all you have to do is hit her with the cc and burst her. Its not like her shroud can save her if shes forced to stand still. You could also get a Tiamat if you are someone like zed or talon so you can gt the aoe damage to reveal her position. Sweeper also reveals where she is. Again, not saying the ability is fair, just giving some general tips about what I have used to counter her.

: Well, no. It should not have a mana cost. It's already by chance that she even gets an offensive spell from it.
That part doesnt even matter considering getting a defensive spell still lets her do a shit ton of damage with her stronger ahri w that also gives a shit ton of movespeed

: Where Is Bard Mountain?? Where is Bard??
I never really looked too far into it but I always thought he was climbing mount targon and the stone was Aurelion Sol's egg. It doesnt rly fit that well considering Asol is probably old af but maybe it happened sometime really long ago. Just watch the teaser and it does kinda seem like it could fit.
: "Wasn't even good in the first place." Aside from a period of weakness in.. I think s4(?).. Ahri has been one of the most flexible and strong mid-picks since her original release. Tis is especially true post Q movement speed, which I think came about in s5?
I was talking about right before they changed her q and passive around. It was poor phrasing on my part to say she "wasn't that good" but in my opinion she was pretty mediocre . I have played only a little bit of her since the change and she felt weaker aside from the e's new/old mr shred and every time I play against her its like she has no chance to win lane.
