: Gnar Is A Mistake Who Should've Never Been Made
Why not just learn the match up instead of bitching about how broken a 45% winrate champ is. Gnar has among one of the lowest range for a ranged top laner, making it easy for him to disposition and punish. Plus due to his abysmal base stats as mini gnar, you'll punish him super hard as a lot of champions rn. Play around his E, it literally has a 22 second cooldown and he maxes it last. It gives you a huge window to abuse him since he cant walk up anymore.. Opting into sustain like Timewarp Tonic/Corrupting pot or Doran shield/second wind will essentially make Gnar's poke meaningless. If you make a lot of mistakes or play like an idiot, he'll destroy you so i recommend learning how to not make those mistakes.
: Some questions about Gnar
Hey i want to drop another question pertaining to Gnar's old life, specifically on the stuff he hunts. 1. Is Gnar's skull hat one of the hunting trophies he acquired or did he pick it up off somewhere? 2. What kind of things did he hunt, does he eat them? And if he does, does he know how to atleast cook or does he eat them raw? 3. Is Gnar's boomerang kept sharp or does he throws it bluntly at his prey? 4. How long did it take him to track the yetis 5. And lastly does she share his hunting exploits and trophies/rewards with his fellow tribesmen?
: Out of interest, in what way do we know less? Are you saying something has been removed that was explicitly stated in his previous bio?
Well seems like you answered the questions i had in other posts, thanks for clearing things up. I'm looking forward to see what else you guys put out {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}

: Quick Gameplay Thoughts: August 29
Hey Meddler do you have plans to revisit balancing some of these champs for solo queue once world's patch is out? I love playing Gnar but it still pains me to see he's getting hit with nerfs again when he's already rather weak in solo queue. Do you have any larger plans for Gnar coming preseason or the future? It's really depressing seeing him join the ranks of ryze and azir?

Sorry for the late reply, I'm currently working. I recall one big thing that I remember was gnar's family. I can't recall explicitly but I remember gnar going mega to protect them from the watchers then. I was kinda surprised to not hear much about them. I figured the questions I'm left with besides the obvious mysteries are. 1. Did gnar leave his old life behind to learn more about the yetis? He's always been curious but I figured tracking them is no easy task. 2. What was his old family like? I don't believe it was explained in the old bio either. 3. Would the mega form still be some sort of genetic trait or was it gained through Gnar's interaction with the yetis since yordles are spiritual beings? 4. Did his fellow yordle tribesmen have tails too? I guess turns out my complaint was rather misleading sorry about that. I'm hoping I could learn more about gnar himself though since I'm a big fan myself.
: Gnar's Bio has been update
I was super excited for Gnar's lore update to come up but I am really dissapointed by how it turned out. I feel we now know even less about him than we did before. Is there any plans to flesh him out a little bit more? While I loved the story and got to learn more about his personality. It felt like it flavored the frejlord and yetis ( I assume) more than Gnar.
: I'd honestly be on board with removing Mallet. It makes very little sense to me to have it in the game. If people want that playstyle, they have the option of Glacial Augment at this point (though it could probably use some tuning), and with the exception of maybe Urgot, it's pretty obnoxious whenever it's built on anyone else.

I would love to see the removal of mallet too, The issue with that i see though with champions like {{champion:150}} and {{champion:6}} is that there are not very many options for itemization for us due to a melee only restriction for bruiser items. Our typical core is always Cleaver and Mallet and it's pretty boring to often be building those then opting into tank. I'd love to see some way were we can have some sort of ranged bruiser friendly tank items to help our itemization. Mallet is not very fun to play against but it feels like we're forced to build it with a lot of items being out of reach for our champions.
: Urgot's itemization is horrendously limited
Amen as a {{champion:150}} one trick. It feels frustrating being forced to build {{item:3071}} and {{item:3022}} every game into tank items. I feel horrendously limited as well. Also falling out of meta as well due to conqueror. Gnar suffers the same or atleast an extremely similar issue to urgot in itemization and honestly we'd love to see some sort of items pop up for these tanky ranged fighter champs.

: Current Thoughts on Marksmen
Anything for {{champion:150}} ? Most of the changes for Season 7 hurt him. alot ({{item:3022}} nerfs, Fervor changes, Colossus). Gnar suffered a lot from these changes really impacting his ability to trade in game, making punishing a lot more difficult. While Mega Gnar is in a good spot, Mini Gnar just seems a lot weaker due to a lot of these marksmen nerfs/changes. I find myself unable to really trade effectively at all.
: New free champion rotation: Blitzcrank, Gnar, Lee Sin and more!
Maybe now Riot will see that {{champion:150}} really needs a buff. plz rito
