Well you'd have to do some testing for obvious reasons to see how the game would actually play out with these changes. I don't have access to my own League of Legends platform where I'd be able to test everything for you, but off the top of my head this is how I would address these changes and of course would test them out to see how they react in-game. >You say to to remove the bounty system because it adds more rng to the game. The removal or nerfs to bounties would lessen the amount of RNG aspect. You have 3 team mates that are doing good, rarely die, playing safe, etc. Their bounty is worth 3k gold, you lose one team fight and you practically gave the enemy team 2 and a half barons worth of gold. Making the loss of one team fight decide the game. Think about it, you could win 3 team fights and get about 4500-5500 team gold, but then you could lose one team fight giving the enemy 4000-4500 gold. You see how unfun that is? I would increase their overall tankyness so theyre not getting one shot. To do this I would nerf Black Cleaver, and nerf Lord dominiks/Mortal Reminders armor pen by a bit but buff their AD so the item is completely trashed. Once again this part would take experimenting, which I dont have the access to doing. The damage dealers, if they build resistances such as Maw, GA, Mercurial, Zhonyas, etc, wont be as much as a problem and will have a lot more survivalist and outplay potential. CS needs to be more useful by nerfing Cannon minions gold first of all. People dont care about the casters when they only give 12 gp, compared to what the cannon minions are giving. In Patch 8.7, these were the buffs to cannon minions. Cannon Base Gold Value :: 45 >>> 60 Gold Value Growth per 90 seconds (3 waves) :: 0.35 >>> 3 Base Health :: 828 >>> 900 Health Growth per 90 seconds (3 waves) :: 23 >>> 50 Health Growth per 90 seconds (3 waves) beginning at wave 16 :: 32 >>> 60 Health bar size visually increased Giving you more gold, while caster minions gold worth was nerfed by 3. Caster Base Gold Value :: 17 >>> 14 Gold Value Growth per 90 seconds (3 waves) :: 0.125 >>> 0 They need to not put so much gold onto one minion, and balance them out again. Casters should be giving 17, Cannons should be giving 40-45, Melee should be giving 20. Thats the changes I would make to them, and would possibly test out some exp bonus on minions. So when you last hit minions, you get a small exp bonus for last hitting it, once again thats experimental tho. Junglers would practically be the same as they are today, beens its too late to go back to old jungle. The problem with jungling is they get health back on smiting camps, which takes away the strategy from the jungle and allows them to never have to back really. >How would all these changes, together, affect the meta overall? Thats odd. I have never seen so many negative comments on the LoL forums before season 8. Before season 8, youd get maybe 2-4 posts a day about the game being back. Those posts would also be down voted or never viewed because they were mostly "Nerf Yasuo/Vayne/Duskblade/Ardent Censor.", you never really seen posts about the game being bad back then unlike today.

Dont give them sympathy lmao. They havent listened to the community once. For the past year since pre-season 8, almost everyone complained about damage being too high. Yet here we are today, getting one shot by literally everyone still. Where a Janna W does 25% of your health. Give me one instance where they actually listened to player feedback. The only one I can bring up, is when they wanted to make Yasuos R do stupid high damage, but everyone complained so they reverted it. What the community mostly asked for: * Damage Nerfs * Less Snowballing * Akali Shroud Nerfs * Runes Reforged Nerfs * Bringing back old Runes * Nerfing Conqueor * Nerfing Yasuo/Zed/Jax/Irelia * Nerfing Junglers so they dont gank 24/7 * Reverting Ignite * Reverting Teleport * A New Sorcery Keystone for actual mages to use * Nerf Duskblade * Nerf/Remove StormRazor * Nerf Lethality * Less coin flip games * Better matchmaking system * Removal of Autofill * Removal of Duo queue, making it only solo queue And a lot more was asked for from the community. One laner goes 1/9 top/mid/bot/jg, and they screw the game over. This isnt a "Oh the enemy is good at the game, its just unlucky." Its mostly the person who is dying a lot is potentially auto-filled, playing a champion they don't know, or just aren't good in general. In the seasons before season 8, dying 7+ times in laning phase (about the first 15 minutes), would usually mean that person was either facing a smurf, or intentionally feeding. The cs gold isnt even the thing that matters the most, its the Exp you get from the cs, which you dont need to last hit them to require the exp. If Riot wants to fix this game, they need to nerf overall starting damage level one, they need to make CSing a major part of ranking up again, get rid of bounties, and lessen the amount of gold received from tower plating. Farming cs used to be a major skill to require in this game, today I am seeing people in Plat 5 that have ranked up to Plat 2 by only getting 5-6 cs/m. Not only that, I watched a few plat players stream, and they will miss tons and tons of abilities, but yet theyre still ranking up. The enemy team was surprised at how good the Nocturne was at the game. Today, someone is carrying every single game. Point is, everyone is a carry, seeing someone carry used to be impressive before season 8, carrying is boring today.

Exactly, the comebacks are from bounties. The bounties add more to the RNG aspect of the game. "Oh 3 of my teamates died that has a 1000 gold bounty? Thats a free trinity force to the enemy". Its absurd.

As a Jayce OTP, I saw many playstyles to use. Did you want to poke? Fervor with Full AD runes. Did you want to burst? Stormraiders with full Lethality runes. Did you want to poke and burst? Thunderlords with half lethality half ad. Not to mention a lot of people played their champs differently. For instance I took 20% cd at level 18 runes on Jayce so I could build full lethality with no Black Cleaver. Meanwhile today, everyone is running the same exact runes. Does this do more damage? I take this. Does this make me sustain more? I take this. Hell I just went to go check a random champion on LeagueofGraphs.com, picked Eve Diamond+ elo jungle. 84.9% of players on Eve take the exact same rune page, while 13.4% people take the next rune page. There is no diversity with new runes.

I have given constructive criticism, and I have seen multiple of other people give some as well. Riot doesnt respond to feedback at all, so at this point its pointless. I know the reason why the game is so bad today. Its because back in patch 7.22, Riot gave a buff to all champions. Just looking at my main champion, Jayce, this is what they did to him in Patch 7.22. >Jayce Base AD increased 50.78 to 58 Base armor increased from 22.38 to 27 HP growth increased 90 to 95 Base HP increased from 571.2 to 576 To The Skies (Q Hammer) damage increased from 35/70/105/140/175/210 to 45/80/115/150/185/220 >Shock Blast (Q Cannon) damage increased from 70/120/170/220/270/320 to 80/130/180/230/280/330 Ad buffed by 7, Q damage increased by 10. What's the reasoning behind doing this? Now I can start out level 1 as Jayce with 86 Starting AD with Long Sword, Ghost Poro, Absolute Focus, and 12 starting AD. Its completely absurd, and this isnt only on Jayce, its on every champion. Look at AP champions, they can start the game with 40-50 AP level 1. No wonder LeBlanc is 100-0ing enemy mid laners at level 3. If Riot wants to fix this game, they need to nerf starting ad/ap by half. Jayce should be starting the game level 1 with at most 72 AD, not 86. AP champions should be starting the game level 1 with at most 26 AP, not 50.

: First off it is the first patch of the preseason so they have a good amount of time to fix some issues that you addressed and other issues. They did some huge changes that they will need time to adjust to make work. Turret changes are huge and will need adjusting and same with minion changes.

Riot needs to get rid of Ghostcrawler and the balance team if they wanna fix this game. Ever since the man who ruined WoW himself joined, this game has gone downhill. People even called it when he joined Riot, saying that he would ruin the game. Flash foward a few months when PreSeason 8 was introduced, and this game has gone to shit since. Fire Ghostcrawler, get a new balance team, nobody on the balance team deserves their job at this point. People have been complaining everyday about the damage snowball rng games happening, and Riot still has yet to address it.

Dark Harvest gives you more opportunity to carry if youre good at the game. If youre 10/1 top lane with electrocute, you wont be able to carry a 1/9 mid and 2/17 bot lane. But if youre 10/1 with New dark harvest, then you can still carry your team. Especially since Jayce's shockblast can trigger New DH. Electrocute is pretty useless on Jayce outside of laning phase because you never get up close with the enemy in team fights otherwise youll die in a second.

Because mages werent made to be bruisers that deal insane ap damage with tankyness? Why dont AD champions get a {{item:3089}} that increases our AD by a huge amount? Are you seriously suggesting a 700 AP mage with 300 Armor would be balanced? Not only that, but the mage also gets huge health from Morello, Rylais and Liandrys. So youre technically speaking, if you want armor + ap on your precious mages, youd need to give up tons of your AP. No more 100 AP on items, no more Rab, youre now going to have about 300 ap full build instead of 800-1000.

Not really impressive tbh, this season is mostly luck based in the terms of winning. Damage is so high that dodging skill shots barely even matters. Even though I have always wanted NA to win worlds, if they do win this year I won't be counting it. The skill required for Season 8 has dropped drastically. Even Riot said themselves, "We want to make the game more simple for new coming players." Meaning the made the game more brain dead and less strategy required.

: Hi :D There's a few reasons. 1. More damage from new runes compared to old runes. Any damage from new runes (electrocute etc) also has lethality applied to it too. 2. Less defenses in new runes. What does lethality do best? Destroy people with minimal armor, and there is less nowadays. 3. The moment an AD assassin gets a serrated dirk or lethality item, it's extremely easy to kill a mage 100 to 0 considering most will have abilities to jump onto them. If a mage crowd controls them, they should be safe right? Merc treads are effective against the amounts of tank crowd control but they can screw over any mage with only a little bit. MR is also extremely strong so an AD assassin can 100 to 0 with a little bit of lethality while managing to withstand the damage a mage is trying to do while attempting to survive. But, opting into assassin boots would mean they have less defenses and no tenacity, which is the main screw over with those boots as a mage. I hope that helps :D
Mages can just build {{item:3157}} {{item:3027}} {{item:3047}} {{item:3151}} {{item:3116}} {{item:3165}} and be able to stand against assassins easy. Mages tend to think they dont need to counter build because theyre just going to poke. But I guarantee you if you spent one day in high elo, youd find people building health/armor against lethality users. Making the lethality user completely useless and unable to even do anything against them. Rengar for example, build 1 Frozen heart and a black cleaver and he wont be able to 1v1 you even when hes fed. Zed, one frozen heart. Mages, Rod + Zhonyas + Tabis and youd be good to go. You get health and armor, you wont have to worry about dying in 1 second. "But im a mage, i dont build tabis :(", then stick to your normal build and keep losing to lethality users. Riot isnt going to nerf lethality because if they did, then assassins would literally be useless. Why do you think bruisers are so good right now? Its because is a burst meta, but bruisers build health/armor/damage, so theyre taking little to no damage but able to dish out high damage.

I dont understand why people are still complaining about Lethality when they have already nerfed it. Last season you could take 24 lethality in runes and another lethality from Masteries. Youd get about 97 lethality if you built full lethality, now you get like 67 i think.

: the ekko roamed helping other lanes putting your other teammates behind while getting objective gold by helping his teammates push towers and you afk farmed.
The point is an ekko roams, doesnt have to farm, is behind 2 levels but still is able to pick up kills in other lanes because everyone does damage. Im also not saying the ekko is your enemy laner, he could be mid lane while youre top, but your mid laner doesnt followup or know how to counter play. Roaming > Farming. Kills > CS
