Except the combo you want to use (from range) is Q to slow them, auto them 2-3 times, eat them, and then spit them out when Q is off cooldown. Being able to move after being spit out is irrelevant when he just slows you with Q again anyway.

At least in the upper tier of ARAM where they've climbed with high win rates. I had a top 0.7% ARAM MMR according to 3rd party (not exact, but still gives an estimate), and there were accounts in nearly every game. It's easy to find them just by looking at the match histories of people that roll free week/OP champions in your match. Riot won't unlock all champions in ARAM, because more accounts = more skin purchases. Adding bans makes it look like they care while stilling pulling in the money, which is all they want anyway.

: Can Yasuo Ult Stop Taking Him Out of Turret Range?
People act like Yasuo would be taking turret shots as soon as he ults under turret. His ultimate doesn't do damage until the end of the animation, so if the turret is aggro on minions then it won't make a difference to Yasuo. He gets to start moving as soon as he takes aggro. If there's nothing else under the turret, then he takes aggro when he gets in range and his turret dive works the same as literally every other champion in the game. There is absolutely no reason based on Yasuo's ult animation or the interaction of any other champions for him to be put outside of turret range.

I play a lot of Jax. Dont chase for kills without knowing where the jungler is, because you DO have a target on your back to keep you from scaling. You're also super hard to dive under tower when your E is up, so abuse that power if the enemy jungler is coming.

Yeah, tanks tend to rush components before full items which is unique. Cowl and Vest/Cinder + T2 boots are usually standard before an item is completed. This is completely different from any other champion except the ones that build tiamat first, which is also rare nowadays (is it just Trundle? Lol idk).

I would include CDR and movement speed, since they're typically used as enablers for damage, but you're right to call me out on that one lol. A lot of the recent changes to utility runes were to add damage so it felt a lot more one sided in my head.

But... they're working on it. We see changes ot runes every ~2 patches. And it can and will get better. So yes... I consider it an upgrade over the old system, in every possible way... even in its current flawed, 'work in progress' state.

Keystones are a nightmare, and nearly every defensive or utility option has a damage component tacked onto it.
: Honestly, I don't think it is possible to do it in a different way. We are talking about a game with almost 150 different champions with differently working abilities. These kits will always synergize better with one keystone than with the others, you can't balance every keystone to work equally on every champion.

Why use win rate if you have access to patch notes and can just see if they were buffed? When a skin is released, people that dont play the champion often are more likely to play them, making win rate a poor variable to use. If buffs make a champion 2% stronger but a bunch of inexperienced players drop the expected win rate by 1 point, it will show no change (50% win rate to 49% is a 2% change, and a 2% buff brings it back to ~50%).

This is not a game that supposedly the "Chinese" or "Asian" wanted. #This is the game that **WE HAVE ALWAYS WANTED**. The game has been made by no other than us. **WE MADE THE GAME THIS WAY.** We finally got our perfect toy, but I guess now we don't like it anymore. Because we're just a bunch of brats, who have no idea what is good and neither do we know what we actually want. And it's better, because we blame our failure on others, too. We're the gamers. In the US, a slur against gay men has probably been the least common use for that word in like 15-20+ years. Not defending it, it's just weird how language changes.

: Game would be pretty boring, less unique playstyles, everyone would be playing the champion the same as everyone else. It'd make the game more balanced for sure, but the game would be less fun because you wouldnt be able to play your champion the way you wanted to
