You just quoted flex queue, no one plays flex. We're talking about solo queue. where most of the players actually play. SIlver and gold make up the largest majority of the player base, thats where the bell curve exists. You should stop spreading mis information and learn to read the graphs you provide.
: thats not true at all. right now bronze alone contains players between 0-1200 mmr a difference of 1200. Silver 5 to MASTER is like 1201-2900 a difference of only 1700. You have almost as much diversity in bronze as you do in the whole rest of the ranking system combined. having more tiers would make sure you are getting matched more closely in mmr. the difference between s5 and s1 is only 200-400 mmr.... thats a big difference compared to the 1200-1400 between b5 and b1.
Most of the playerbase is in silver - gold. If you're in bronze you're almost as rare as a plat player.

You're +/- points you get each game (LP) IS YOUR MMR GOING UP AND DOWN.

You must be retarded, its a simple front facing system with a back end that is supported by our MMR. MMR means nothing other than -/+ #'s. If you're losing more points than you are gaining you have shit mmr, if you are gaining more points than losing that means you have good mmr. Your rank reflects your MMR standing. How is this hard to understand?

The ult will be cleaned up, don't take it for what it currently is. It is though an execute that scales largely with bonus AD. If you build properly you can do some substantial amount of damage.

Access to both lanes is a double edged sword because now anyone can gank you at any time. and if 2v2 mid is a thing it doesn't matter if you have a support. ADC's traditionally need time to gather cs / gold from small scale skirmishes and farming till they can hyper carry late game. tldr harder to get $$ when ur getting ganked by all sides.

The PBE changes are drastic, and will likely change. But it's just disgusting to see Riot is willing to go THAT FAR DOWN in numbers to see if shes balanced. Leblanc has always had the same problem, teamfights. Her rework made them worse because of the W 1s delay on returning, 2sec burst window.(?) Why is Leblance the only assassin that has a 2second burst window? Every other "assassin" does it under a second. (if you don't kill your target in under a second then its likely unsuccessful.) The reason LB is so strong right now is because her passive deal 80% of her damage. It makes casting Q + W seem pointless because the either the target is already dead from your chain+chain+passive proc or they're not even close to dying and q + w wont kill them. I'm going to get downvoted, Don't give a rats ass. But if you're gonna nerf LB reduce her W return time and let her proc her passive after a second of a spell landing on the target.

If nothing else, it jives with the kit better in that regard.

I'm not comparing lee to any other champion, but his whole entire point of power is front loaded into his Q. Shaco needs to out play you, he needs to q in behind and use his W and E, he needs his R to diffuse the attack against him. In other words he needs all 4 buttons rather than just Q and R. Quinn is in a weird spot right now, but she still needs to use all her abilities to kill you, Lee doesn't.

Annies burst at lvl 6 is around 680 damage roughly before MR. After its around 580~ So if you reduce someones MR by 10 flat their MR will be roughly 23~ which is 18% resistances. If you're using exhaust offensively you're gaining around 5% damage.

Rewarding players for playing normals not only makes it so they don't have to put time into the game (as is the reason for only Golds and up getting ranked end of season rewards) where you choose to put your time should be entirely dependent upon the player. Rewarding casual players over competitive ones is not only flawed design, it's pandering to one league community over the other which is blatantly unfair. The reason ranked players get rewards if they are gold and up is because they take the game more seriously than somebody playing ADC Leblanc in some low elo normal game. They have to actually WORK for their rewards, whereas queing up in some game where it's a casual mess is hardly considered "work."
The ranked "competitive" environment should be about ranking up and playing serious. A win in itself should be the reward, as well as the nice goodie bag at end of season! But There should be more incentives for casual ranked goers to play normals > Ranked so we don't get toxic situations of playing with people that are just "trying to have fun". I get it, we're all trying to have fun but playing the game to win, and to have fun are two different things. Winning to me and many other is the most fun part about playing league.

Thats not what i said. Im saying there should be incentives to playing Normals over Ranked. Currently as is, you get everything you get from normals in a ranked game but in ranked you can earn points which lead to your victorious skin (if you get gold) So whats the point of playing normals other than to play your first game with a new champ?

Could also press tab and choose not to fight someone who has exhaust, if you have TP. (top lane)
