You've had specific rules, laws, and logic shoved in your face by dozens of people across multiple threads. What are you trying to prove here? I’m trying to prove people make mistakes and deserve another chance, if they really and truly mean it. I know what you going to say, you going to say “ they gave you many other chances” , well no... it wasn’t many and second I learned my lesson..... I definitely have. Once you lose something, you value it that much more. I know that’s sad, but that’s how I feel. Why can’t riot either give me my stuff and have me one more chance to really prove myself. Don’t speak past tense, I’m speaking present and future tense.

: Why can’t you transfer your skins and other things you worked for?
Also another thing. Any lawyer will tell you. Just because you can’t feel it, or smell it. Doesn’t mean it’s not yours. By law any virtual currency that you buy, hence the rp, is then therefore yours.
: Then the ban would have no real consequence. If you don't deserve the account, you don't deserve the contents on it. That's why in the Terms of Use, Riot says no refund. It's a good thing really. Because toxic players should learn the consequences of their actions.

Ban or no ban that’s agaibst the law. And riot just can’t make a new law of their own. That’s business 101. What you pay for is yours.
Jo0o (NA)
: It would sorta defeat the purpose of a ban if you could simply transfer everything to a new account. Beyond that, just because you acknowledge the obvious counterpoints in your OP doesn't make them any less relevant. Your RP purchases are available for use as long as Riot allows you access to your account, which they no longer do. They're hardly the only online gaming company to treat customers in that way.

See how that makes no sense. For something you paid for. When you pay for something, it’s yours. That’s how money works, if league wants to own your money and the stuff you pay for. That’s against the law. It’s called money transaction.

: Permanent banned should be a last resort thing. Hear me out.
I know there should be more chances. Being perma banned now..... I can honestly say I won’t be toxic ever again. I’m scared of losing all the hard work and money I spent on the game.... guess what it’s too late because I am banned for life. So, yes it worked. If riot wanted it to work, it did. But the case, with league, there is no reason to come back and start from scratch. Everyone on here make it seems like I’m saying I shouldn’t of been banned, because I did. It was wrong and I should of never said those things in the first place. I learned, by giving me a perma banned. So, I’ll take what I learned and put it towards other games. Seems like that wha riot wants. I’m sorry for what I said. I truly am, league was my life since season 4. Countless hours and money wasted on to a game. Please don’t comment on here anymore unless you truly want to help me. I learned and what is done is done. Game is done for me, with no other choice for myself.

He defending the perma banned. You can defend a outcome from doing something bad. If that outcome is too harsh. And it is harsh. I deserve a month banned. Words have different measurement of bans? It's not supposed to. The permanent ban is Riot's way of saying "okay, clearly you can't follow the rules, so we want you to leave." And again, it works pretty well. If you leave League of Legends for a while after your 14-day ban, then come back, play five games, and flame in the last one - have you really shown any improvement from the 14-day ban? They're not going to throw in umpteen more suspension tiers just because some people couldn't control themselves. : The permanent ban (as many others have told you already) _is_ a last resort. When you get a 14-day suspension, you're warned in the reform card (whether you read it or not) that your next punishment _will be_ a permanent ban. Ignorance is not a valid excuse. The standard punishment track is as follows: - 10-game Chat Restriction - 25-game Chat Restriction - 14-day Suspension - Permanent ban You were escalated to the 14-day ban for the first offense due to egregious behavior. Riot does not tolerate people telling others to kill themselves, which is what resulted in your 14-day ban. After that, your account was on extremely thin ice, and you were expected to be on your best behavior - or on your way out. > What I am saying is that, specially with guys, we can be rude and crude. That's not even close to a valid excuse. : It actually says "your next punishment will be a permaban". But ultimately, it's the same thing.

But ultimately, it's the same thing. Don’t even remember seeing this. Still doesn’t mean it’s fair.
Modi (NA)
: It *is* a last resort. For mildly negative behavior, you are given three chances to know that your behavior is unacceptable before you are permanently banned. This essentially means you get four strikes. After that fourth strike, you are done. Anything more than mild negative behavior can accelerate you to receiving (essentially) extra strikes for one behavioral incident. If you get to the point of a 14 day suspension, you are *supposed* to take that as a wake up call. Your behavior as absolutely not acceptable. and **must** change. If you choose to not heed that warning, then the "last resort" punishment happens and you are done. It's tough, but you lay in the bed you made.

I leaned but as I said we have our bad days once in awhile. Are we not entitle to this? We all have emotions, so please don’t come at me high and mighty where you don’t have your bad days and can be very toxic. I agree I should be banned. NOT PERMA BANNED.
: The typical punishment progression goes: 10 game chat restrict 25 game chat restrict 14 day ban Perm ban. Now, you can skip punishments. Usually this is a result of zero tolerance. Which you admit to at least using for your perm. Examples of this is hate speech (f*g) and encouraging self harm (kys).

You not making any sense when you say “ 0 tolerance” so, if you not going to try and see where I’m coming from. Please stop commenting. We just going around in circles. I’ll agree to disagree.
: When you got a 14 day ban, it said your next punishment would be a perm. So... It did that.

: thats not the 1st time. its the 2nd punishment . it goes 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 2 week ban, perma ban you can skip tiers based on what you did. if you had a 14 day ban the next is perma
> [{quoted}](name=MrFawknSunshine,realm=NA,application-id=ZGEFLEUQ,discussion-id=Vwm5Y7qA,comment-id=000000000000,timestamp=2018-09-09T04:55:18.775+0000) > > thats not the 1st time. its the 2nd punishment . > > it goes 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 2 week ban, perma ban > > you can skip tiers based on what you did. if you had a 14 day ban the next is perma I literally did not this. : The white knights are just here to tell you how they think they're better than you and that you deserved this. Riot is over the top. Don't play anymore. Play a different game with a better community. This place is filled with people that get off on others getting banned for life. They are insecure and words hurt them. They actually think that calling intentional feeders "mentally weak" is grounds for a ban. Its actually crazy. These people have nothing better to do than to try to ruin the lives of fellow gamers to get their rocks off. There's a mute button and the chances you'll ever see that same player again is astronomical. But nah. You want them to never be allowed to play again because they had a bad day. This community is elitist and holier-than-thou. Don't try to reason with them. They don't care about anything but themselves. They just virtue signal to LOOK good. They don't actually give a fuck about the actual human beings they are effecting with their fake righteousness.

That’s how I feel, no interactions with real people cause it’s a game. It’s a shame. I love this game but looks like it’s the end for me.
: I'm sure you've heard of cases where people get perma-banned. but then you don't take precaution and continue pushing your limit, so too bad.
> [{quoted}](name=ChocolateCupcake,realm=NA,application-id=ZGEFLEUQ,discussion-id=Vwm5Y7qA,comment-id=0004,timestamp=2018-09-09T04:50:51.678+0000) > > I'm sure you've heard of cases where people get perma-banned. but then you don't take precaution and continue pushing your limit, so too bad. Continue to push my limits? You implying that I’m toxic everyday and trying to see what I can get away with? With is no where near the case. I said I have my bad days and my good days. But my god days and helping people on league is 100 times to 1 than my days of being toxic! I’m actually a super nice person in league. But those two days were in ordinary for me. I made a mastake, I learned from it. We grow, we get better.
: > When did we become so hurt to words in a video game? When you got so hurt yourself that you have to tell someone else in a **video game** to kill themselves. Your ban's deserved. You already had your 2nd chance.

You already had your 2nd chance. I’m just saying ban me for a month or two months is more than an acceptable punishment. Not forever and ever.

Like you get a message that says “ okay listen if you don’t straighten up fast! The next time you are toxic, you will be perma banned”. Now that’s a fair warning.
: after your 14 day ban the next punishment is perma it was the last resort. you got banned and punished before this and didnt learn
> [{quoted}](name=MrFawknSunshine,realm=NA,application-id=ZGEFLEUQ,discussion-id=Vwm5Y7qA,comment-id=0000,timestamp=2018-09-09T04:33:24.029+0000) > > after your 14 day ban the next punishment is perma > > it was the last resort. > > you got banned and punished before this and didnt learn 14 day was the first... second was perma banned. You really think one chance is fair and then you get perma banned for life? Think about it... there should be no such thing as a perma banned in the first place unless you were hardcore cheating. But riot doesn’t seem like the 3 times you out... for me it was one time and you out. By receiving a perma banned, definitely going to make me change. But I don’t want to start a new account without all my money on skins? I just don’t see how people can rationalize this?
