: Why is Zoe a viable burst champ when Viktor will never be?
Why would you like viktor to be a one shot man, it doesnt even fit him. His ult is full dps, his Q is undodgeable, and his E being such a fun ability you really want it to be an ability you only cast to oneshote someone. What Viktor really needs is less Cooldown on his abilities (though less powerfull) , to make Q less frustrating for the enemies, and his E more fun for Viktor himself. People may not agree with me, but i have this fantasy of playing Viktor spaming Lassors 24/7, but it dont have to be this far. The only thing i dislike about viktor is his W, it should be more of an instant CC, less powerfull again (maybe a stronger slow, or a tiny pull) rather than his delayed one, because in the current one viktor has no way to keep his enemies inside, it is actually up to themselves or your own allies.

: I think new Swain is a bit older than Graves, like I would say, 45-50? I don't think his full white hair is related to his age. It should either be stress or magic. Also, I expect him to look younger than he actually is (and live longer than an average person), due to demon contract. Current Swain is legit 60 btw.

Any thoughts on Glacial Augment, the rune is not that great for itself (unless youre building 3 slow items) i have saw very few people playing this in specific champions. And with the inspiration tree being nerfed so an on i dont know if it still be playable. i personally find it a conflictive rune but a very fun one.

For me there are: Diana: I used to like her gamplay, as hybrid and offtank. But now she has a weird playstyle, being an assasin that only one-shot you in a second (she literally uses Q, W, and R at the same time) or just get ccd and die cause lack of escape. Janna: youre right in this one, pro player just playing her because of shield + ardent cencer was really boring.

Being an item that gives AS, OH damage and MR pen makes it depend on your champion. Usually items depend on your champion or the enemy champion. This item does on both.

I liked almost every game mode except for URF (no hate, i just get stressed by playing it, its too intensive to me). Ok straight to the point my favorite Game mode its Ascension, but i feel it need some improvements. These are some of the problems i feel needing some help. -Weird strategies that sometimes hurt the game style: (People going 5 vs Xerath at lv 1), (Champions wich are strong in some toxic way: teemo, shaco) -Bad game design and/or bugs: (Only the first champion capturing a relic adquires score, when the whole team are helping), (There is no way to escape when all of your teamates are dead. -> no safe place) -Problems with game fantasy: (Sometimes the game its more focused in killing the enemy team rather than capturing relics. -> relics are not that attractive)

Ok i forgot about Azir (and it is good on teemo too), But Diana and Ekko are not on hit fans (maybe Diana), they usually go Off-Tank (Tank-AP-Rylai) or burst AP (AP-lichbane).

I like the idea (and second the motion), but doing maths {{item:3115}} cost is 3000. Being paid 900 from {{item:3108}} and 1100 from new {{item:3101}}. There's only 1000 G left wich isn't so much (100 G lesser than {{item:3285}}). {{item:3115}} needs a touch tho, its only bought on hybrid builds, wich makes sense, but you will only see it on Hybrid Kayle, Hybrid Yi, Hybrid Orianna, Hybrid Shyvanna, and bassicaly every AS-Mage troll build (wich i like, but its not the game intended).

I like the concept about the new jungle encahncement. {{item:3930}} Bloodrazor now has a clear purpose; support AS junglers. Champions like {{champion:19}} {{champion:203}} {{champion:106}} {{champion:24}} and maybe {{champion:133}} should be grateful. However champions like {{champion:11}} {{champion:77}} and especially {{champion:102}} will be negatively affected, a direct nerf to them. They're champions who need to farm (or its just their strong) and just removing {{item:1403}} Devourer will bring them out of the jungle. I dont mean to bring Devourer back (removing it was the best idea), but these champions need help. My idea its a jungle item that help farming junglers (not enchancement, smite-item) increasing the gold they take from jungle monsters. Like: +X% gold vs monsters. This would help farming junglers to reach their power spike before the others while it is unnatached to the AS junglers. That could be an extra to the gray smite-item {{item:3711}} wich is good for farm jungler cause it provides wards wich help them to not being disturbed.

I Just noticed theres another problem, the most annoyign might say: When you help an ally to capture a relic it doesnt gives you score (only your ally receives it all). So it turns in to a team internall fight for the relics (not a fight at all... just figurative).

So despising values and maths, by logic armor ones are better cause in jungle you will only take physical damage, while health ones are supposed to be balanced for both physical and magical damage. Its like the AS runes over the AD ones cause you will be attacking the whole time. -Second question: I guess it works.

Its seems very fun to play, and it looks like an agressive support. I really like champion kit concepts so i will do a pro-cons list. Pros: -Q its something new, a short range and if hits grants a medium range one, so its fun. -Same with W and i really liked this ability concept. -Q, W, and E seems to fit with each other. Cons: -I didnt understand the pasive (I just dont know if the champion is ranged or melee). -E its likely the same as Nautilus. -R its just a reset, it doesnt even fit. -It has a lot of CC Things that i would change (These are just my ideas of what i catch of your champion concept, im not a champion developer tho): -I would make it melee (in case it is not). -Q its very fun so a 3rd cast with more range could be K (only procs on champions). -W seems a bit toxic cause it can CC a lot of people, also it would be hard to land when you just need it. So i thought this: - -- w: places a trap in the ground wich can be destroyed by enemies (likely 12 sec CD). - -- e: closest trap shots a whatever thing that stuns the first enemy it hits. It has like 7 seconds CD, but can stack 1 time for each w trap in the ground (it has a little intermediate CD tho). -R something AoE with DPS could fit here, like a Super Morganás W.

I dont think we need the purple one back. I mean currently every champion can clear the jungle (ok maybe not everyone). For example i can {{champion:103}} {{champion:43}} {{champion:99}} {{champion:81}} jg being lv 18 (i mean account lv) ; so clearing the jungle its not their problem. The point is if that champions can clear the jungle, normal junglers can do it better. (I also enjoyed that smite with out meta-junglers in my main account, but i guess it wasn't well developed) What we actually need is a farm smite. (Wich it likely was suposed to be) We have devorator right now, but i think is not a great idea. IMO it should be divided in two items: One for farm junglers (Colour smite level) And other for AS champions (Enchancement level)

No arguments with any points. {{champion:45}} : This one is simple: look at W before anything else. That spell either needs to go or it needs synergy with his kit. {{champion:85}} : Basically same deal as Fiddle, no objections. I will note that although I don't play Kennan I think he has a lot of potential, so good luck. {{champion:115}} : You hit this one right on the mark, yet again. Please make this champion viable, I want my Master Arcanist Ziggs to see the light of day and get the recognition as the best 1350 skin it deserves. {{champion:101}} : Warning: I am a Xerath main. So here we go: * Agreed on ult. Again, give it better visuals. It needs to be League's Sunstrike, not a water balloon of pity and shame. * I feel Xerath Q is actually quite fair, and that it only hits perfectly every time when someone is just flat-out bad at dodging it. I am biased as a Xer main, but I can immediately tell the difference between someone who sucks at dodging Xer Q and someone who actually knows what they're doing. * Although, I will say that the exact maximum range of Q (specifically the tip) isn't displayed well by the ground indicator (and I get a lot of shots off on the exact tip of the spell due to this), so even something as simple as fixing that could help a lot with counterplay. * If you guys are really intent on making mages work with flat mana instead of mana regen (I disagree with this but that's beyond the point), make Xerath's passive restore a % of his mana pool, and possibly add mana scalings to his kit (perhaps ult and W) Tear Xerath has potential, but it needs help to get it off the ground. {{champion:50}} : No objections here. {{champion:34}} : On usability, maybe improve animations? I don't see a lot wrong with her from a mechanical standpoint TBH. {{champion:112}} : Honestly, I feel as if Viktor's core issue is that he's so generic. Some AoE damage, bit of CC, targeted spell that acts as a defensive ability as well. He was picked in the LCS for instant waveclear, but that isn't really his job anyway. I mean, what IS his job? {{champion:134}} : No objections. Minor visuals at Rank 5 of abilities could help with feel.
I have an objection with Swain {{champion:50}} . I like his Tactician theme, but i think his kit does not feel like that. His gameplay is just doing Dps (as said above), only his W barely meets that niche ( Wich is a good spell and has great potencial, but need other interactive ones).
