To still have incentive they'll add something to the shop, in the same fashion they added the chromas this year. As to what I don't know. It might end up being more chromas for the same 2 skins lmao. You don't really build locket or redemtion on morgana. Get Spooky Ghosts, rylai's crystal scepter. You re really gonna want those slows so your team can get them easier, and your ult with stopwatch you basically kinda run into the middle of the enemy team ult and stopwatch when you drop below 50% a lot of the time nobody on the enemy team even notices you. & a Haunting Guise for that magical burn with your Q and your Puddle. I can't see what runes you took but take summon arey hurts more than arcane comet + it helps with your black shield - After those items, it's mostly just your preference.
