I would watch the anime: "New Game" if you wanna learn anything about game design etc. ALL teams have to work TOGETHER. To make sure the game is properly running. They have thousands of employees. And none of them are competent enough to do their jobs. Its not just balance. Its also playtest, lead devs, engine, art/skins now (with epileptic seize skin of Ez and the art work for the finishes that were out for a short time.) The "different dev teams" means nothing. Its just no one wants to speak up and do their jobs properly. They wish to half ass instead.

You're telling a Riot Games Mod to watch an anime about video games so they can understand video games? You cannot be serious

What he did wrong, was griefing his team. You see, when you implement a strategy that needs your team to play around it a ton to avoid large negative impact without telling them ahead of time.....you are causing them a lot of frustations, headaches and sorrows just for your own fun. Which is griefing them. There were a singed and nunu player who similarly did this kinda stuff before and got banned for a time as well.

But that's where you're wrong. The team didn't need to play around him. The team just needed to _play_. NB3 and Sivir inted at 10. All they needed to do was to keep playing and it could have worked. But they didn't because they weren't willing to try something new and blamed Nubrac.
: NB3 and Nubrac both deserve to be ban, LOL
Nubrac did literally nothing wrong. This strategy works in his games. His win rate is 48% with the roaming Teemo strategy. Is that good? No. **But it's not trolling.** At high ELO, if he was trolling, he'd a much lower winrate than almost a coinflip. Have you guys actually watched the game? He does not "sit mid," he does not "afk," there is not a point in the game he's not helping a lane. Applying map pressure in all the lanes is not inting. I argue the game was easily winnable if NB3 and Sivir hadn't afked. Why are you banned for roaming Teemo support, but not for afking because you decided that's not how you want to play. It is off-meta, and it is not trolling. Nubrac went in the game with the mindset to win. There's no argument here. Nubrac was trying to win, therefore it's not trolling or griefing. Furthermore, the way he was banned is atrocious and unforgivable in my eyes. NB3 publicly said he could get someone banned for 2 weeks to thousands of people if they didn't play right, and he did. Why? Why is he allowed to instantly essentially access a ban button when he wants to, yet all of us in SoloQ have to put up with actual griefers? NB3 was even bragging about it! How can people honestly defend this? My man got banned for one game where he went 0-2, playing the whole time. One game. Let's say he was inting. Banned for one game? Big name youtubers regularly and openly afk games they don't find winnable with no repercussions. Do you think every person you've played with that decided to int got banned within 24 hours for 2 weeks? No, because you're not a big-name content creator, and you don't have friends in Riot. So you're SOL. Unequal implication of the law is the same as having no laws at all. But no, you're right. Ban any strategy that isn't 1-1-1-2, because that's how we've all decided to play the game. Never allow any different role assignments, picks that don't fit the meta, let's just cement the meta and play the same champions for 3 years until people get bored and move on. That sounds healthy for the game.

: But that's the entire point.. If you're NOT Bronze skill level, you'll climb out of bronze. If you ARE Bronze skill level, you're right where you should be, by being there. There's no reason someone with a bronze skill level should be climbing above bronze. You're not kept down by smurfs, nor am I Intentionally playing in bronze to level up - I'm just passing through after a bad set of placements. If you're a higher skill level, you'll climb out. You SHOULD need to be a higher skill level to reliably carry games in any skill bracket, that's the point. If you're in the bracket where you belong you SHOULD have trouble and have to grind to advance - That's called improving. When you're higher skill, you climb through whereas when you've reached your own skill level you'll plateau/slow down and struggle more. That's what rank is.
I'm not saying you have to be a higher skill level, of course you do, I'm saying you have to be at least two skill brackets ahead to consistently carry your team without just getting lucky with teammates. While I'm sure the occasional game in Silver+ you have coinflip bots, feeders, or smurfs, it's not uncommon to have multiple of them in a single bronze game. I would not be mad if you had to be silver skill level to get out of Bronze, I'm mad you have to be at least Gold skill level to carry out of bronze. I'm fairly confident in saying anyone who can get out of bronze could hold their own in a gold game, and it's just a matter playing enough games in silver and not getting dicked over with teammates to do so. The skill it takes to get out of bronze is about the skill it takes to play consistently in gold.
: While I agree with you, he's likely also talking as someone who has been in bronze. Most have been bronze, I was bronze and his initial passage is right on the money. You are the only common factor in your games, you are the only factor you have 100% control over. So focus on you and every single teeny tiny mistake you make instead of the mistakes your allies make.
Yes, you are the only factor you have control of, but you alone cannot consistently carry bronze games without being significantly higher ranked than bronze. Especially as roles like Support. Aside from the meme that "bronze is so fucking bad a silver support can carry a game," I've played with my friends on smurfs in bronze, they are actually gold and plats, I'm actually bronze, and we still would lose. You cannot bet on getting out of bronze just because you deserve to be in the next tier, I wouldn't bet on someone consistently being able to carry a bronze game unless they were at least gold 1+, purely because of all the trolls, feeders, and smurfs.
: The point of bronze is to get really good at mental chess. Not joking - in bronze your main enemy is your team, not the enemy team. You're not fighting the enemy, you're fighting tilt, A.D.D, and gamer fatigue (what I call "just not feeling the game right now") so your goal in bronze is to help to keep your team focused, motivated, and calm. Try to give out really vague things to do (ex. "someone go top") that gets everyone to react (like, "someone go top" without fail send my entire freaking team up there, and I'm not even in Bronze anymore) until they start respecting your shotcalls enough they can listen to more advanced ones (ex. "Yi, go splitpush while the rest of us take dragon") And if anyone starts raging at you for trying to shotcall, simply ask them "what's your plan then?" If they have one, great. Go with it. If it's a bad plan, everyone will stop listening to them and stick with your plan, and if it's a good plan, just let them plan. If they don't have a plan, reinforce that they need to follow your plan. If they just straight up refuse, they're gonna get reported for intentionally trolling the game at that point, because they're not working with the team and blatantly showing their refusal to in chat.

This is hands-down the most naive thing I have ever read.

: Personally I've never been in bronze for more than 5-6 games at the start of the season after placements. Stop blaming everyone else and matchmaking and coming up with all of these crazy theories. Either you're better than the rank you're in, and you climb - Or you're not, and you don't. Stop with the conspiracies about riot "Fucking people over" - Bad games happen to everyone, on both sides of the map, from time to time. You'll climb if you're good enough to do so. I've taken 4? 5? Accounts up to gold so far this season, and every single one of them I blew through bronze with no problem at all. Carried 4v5's, Carried games with hard feeding teammates(With 20+ deaths each) - If you don't belong there, you'll climb.
I like to think you wrote this thinking this proves him wrong, but you're proving his point. People like you, who are actual gold, play in bronze to level up. I, an actual bronze player, have to play against you, and lose. Because you're gold and I'm bronze. Not because I'm not trying hard enough, because you're a skill bracket ahead of me. It's like a middle-school team playing a college team, and when the middle school team loses, you say "stop blaming other people, just be better and you could have beat us." And you're not the only one who does this, a lot, I'd almost go as far to say the majority of high-elo players, smurf at some point or another. And a poor team of actual bronze has to play against a team with at least one smurf, I'd say statistically half the time. That's not based on actual numbers, but my experience in Bronze. I'd essentially have to reach gold-level skill to reliably beat most of the "bronze" teams with smurfs and get out of bronze. And people do do that, I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it hurts newer players, and turns a lot of casual players off from playing ranked. You know the reason you're never been in bronze for more than 5-6 games on your smurfs? Because you're not bronze-level skill. You're gold. So your "experience" in bronze elo is kinda not relevant at all.
