: I saw this and thought rito must be out of ideas.
I don't think this is Riot being out of ideas, but just being caught in a bad situation in regards to the Inspiration tree and Kleptomancy. Klepto, very clearly, isn't a keystone they can keep supporting, since it's tricky to balance and leads to some degenerate play patterns. Even if you disagree with that, Riot's attempting to make toplane more about melee vs. melee in the preseason - and since Klepto is so much more abusable in a ranged vs melee matchup, it makes sense why it has to go. But that means Riot needs another Keystone in the Inspiration tree, and that's the tricky bit. Since Inspiration is all about rules-breaking, coming up with runes that both let you break the game AND which are balanced is super difficult. Most every rune in that tree has been either reworked or nerfed in some regard over the course of the season, and Klepto is no exception (and if you recall, Kleptomancy itself was thrown in at the last minute so Riot could have each tree with three keystone runes). So, if Klepto is leaving, Riot still have to have a third keystone rune in Inspiration, which is tricky to design for. Omnistone is likely their best attempt to add a rune that's not busted, but which still involves rules-breaking.
Riot Pls (NA)
: Future Stories
More stories about unpopular champs (i.e. Zilean, Kled, Illaoi, Urgot, etc.). If they can't get skins, I'd at least like to see them get stories focusing on their exploits.
: Anyone think the option to "fill but exclude" would be great?
Problem is that you'd still end up with most of the playerbase selecting to exclude support as a role, which puts us back into the same situation that forced Riot to add autofill. In ideal circumstances I'd agree with you, but until every position is equally desirable, this feature is just going to cause significantly longer queue times.
: Can we just disable Pantheon at Worlds?
So what exactly is it that makes new Pantheon so strong? I've been trying to crunch it out in my head and I honestly can't understand what makes him pick/ban at Worlds. EDIT: Not trying to imply that he's not broken, I'm just legitimately curious.
: Tiny issue there, enemies also see his rose pedal bombs the same way jhin does, as a flower exploding into flower pedals instead of the actual thing they are, metal shrapnel bombs. How does that not break character but hearing the music would be?
That's intentional, as per [this post from the Jhin AMA](https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/miscellaneous/WUwqmxEZ-new-champion-qa-jhin-the-virtuoso-completed?comment=00a600000000). I'd assume it's because, for a moment, you're standing in Jhin's magic and getting just a brief glimpse of how he sees the world... right before the thing blows up. Feels flavorful enough to me, whereas getting hit with a shoulder-mounted cannon would probably block out everything except the pain of the bullet :P
: Enemies in range of Jhin's curtain call would hear the Curtain Call's Music while it is channeling.
See, I don't want this for one simple reason: the music is all in Jhin's head. Only the Jhin player hears the voices that echo Jhin's voiceover lines, because the "choir" only exists in Jhin's head. Similarly, the music that plays when Curtain Call is active is also only in Jhin's head. This, in turn makes for a great comparison between Jhin and Jhin's victims: Jhin hears music while he's creating art, while his victims are only hearing that big-ass gun go off. I get the desire, but I personally wouldn't want the change for this reason.
: AREN'T YOU TIRED OF KAI'SA?
If Riot really want to fix Kai'Sa, they need to incentivize her to use her assassin-like abilities (long-range dash, single-target burst on Q) in risky ways, instead of from safety. Drop her range and make her passive damage weaker and I think Kai'Sa'd be in a much healthier spot.
: The Void feels small
Eldritch-themed characters generally work best the fewer you see of them. The more otherworldly monstrosities you have popping up, the less otherworldly they start feeling until they're just a race of bug-monsters (which is still cool, but probably not what Riot wants to happen to the Void).
: Honestly, I wish Pantheon's R was re-named to Mandrop
IDK, I'm alright with it being the unofficial name of the ability. It's not like we don't have other ults that have the same syndrome (like Shurima Shuffle or Ornn Horn, to name a couple).
: My ability to transition is completely gone
This is one of my biggest concerns with TFT. As more characters get added, it's going to be harder to actually find the synergies you want to go for. I feel like Riot are going to have to have the game pull specific synergies at the beginning of a game and leave out all the rest (i.e. Glacial/Shapeshifter/Elementalists are excluded from the pool, everything else is in) in order for it to still be possible to hit second- and third-tier units.

: A actual look at what can be done to make Treeline draw in more players
The biggest thing that has to happen for TT to ever be a real, "fixed" game mode is for it to have its own, dedicated balance team - or for the balance team to actually spend time testing and implementing balance changes for TT specifically, alongside their balance work on ARAM, SR, and TFT. Without that, TT will never take off.
: Just remove all pregame systems.
I believe this is most of the reason why they adopted the new balance framework, which generally leaves items/runes alone and mostly focuses on champions. If you're balancing champions around your pregame systems without changing the pregame systems, you'll end up in a spot where it's still mostly about the character you picked.
: The memories of her youth felt like an odd dream, fuzzy, distant, almost... whimsical The splashing of small feet, the slightly distorted voice of some adult, the laughter of the other children. Jinx remembered so little with clarity, she remembered some of the kids, she remembered how tough it was to get by, how the gang worked like rats under Central as if it was a game. Yet their faces, their voices were lost, not in that whimsical dream like remembrance, lost instead in a torrent of memories and voices that where not her own. The girl wanted the memories of what happened, of the slip up that got her caught by those Project bots... was her friend trying to help her, or was it her fault, she couldn't focus long enough to get so much as a byte of the memory. Even the torment, the torture as Project grafted, tore, replaced, and implanted part after part into the girl. A 'Stress Test', she remembered that, to see how much one could take before fragmentation took hold. And when it was all said and done, she was tossed away like refuge. What was left of the girl was arguably little more than a fragmented mess. Hysterical laughter, spouts of yelling, screaming for everyone to just, shut up, even in the silent nights. It could be argued if what was left of the girl could even feel the torment, her own thoughts drowned out by the fragmentation, let alone her memories, her sense of self. Hardly even able to function. Unable to feel anger, to desire revenge, she just wanted silence, and it drove whatever was left to madness beyond even fragmentation. Yet in her fits of yelling, of pleading for silence, one day she had relief, for the briefest of moments. The explosion was bright, colorful, and loud enough to silence the voices, even for that brief millisecond. More so, the cause of the detonated bot was willing to grace Jinx with more of that peaceful bliss. His face blank of expression, of a face at all, yet he made a simple promise, a promise enough to earn her loyalty. Meaningless revenge, and more explosions and destruction than she could ask for, hours upon hours of sweet, sweet quiet. He even had a list, a list of just what, and who, needed to be blown up, and the fragmented, crazed soul that resided in that body was more excited to help tick off every name, as long as each one left through a bigger, and bigger explosion.

This is a SUPER interesting way to translate Jinx's backstory into the PROJECT-verse - I love the thought that voices are quieted by violence, and that's ultimately what drives Jinx to do what she does. I guess it's all too easy for Pyke to persuade her to join up with that particular bit of leverage :P Quick note - think you meant "refuse" and not "refuge" in the third paragraph, but it's still a super strong piece. Nicely done, my friend :)
: PROJECTs do not seek indulgence. They do not ponder emotions, or look for meaning in anything. They are given objectives and expected to complete it in timely manners, with the sharpest precision. Practicality is what’s expected of them, and they deliver on what they were built to do. But dancing is not practical. It’s frivolous, a waste of precious time and stamina, self-indulgent. Its frowned upon and sneered at among PROJECTs, for deviating from the standards they were supposed to follow, for being an imperfect machine. Every movement she makes, every motion of the dance she follows, feels like rebellion. But Irelia embraces it, because it’s all she has left. Of everything they have taken from her, the memories of the dances, of a semblance of home, family, and comfort, they’re all she remembers now. She had tried to regain her humanity, grabbing and holding on to all she had remaining and refusing to give it up. She had lashed out, with pain and fury in her metal heart, an intense feeling that ached for the losses she couldn’t remember. She had killed, turned their own weapons against them, spilled red and black, almost tore her way out of their steel buildings. And when they finally caught her, PROJECT threw her away to die in the wastes outside their walls. With the spirit she refused to let PROJECT take away from her, she made a name for herself, and despite her reluctance, she became their legend, their figure of hope and strength. Their leader. And she found a strange new comfort in them, persevering through dangers together. Almost like a family. Whenever Irelia was alone and safe, she danced. She recited all the movements she could remember, searching and piecing them together from the depths of her scattered brain, artificially wiped of the person she once was and then filled with the wires and chips that connected her to her cybernetic blades. Once they had hacked her spirit to weaponize her for their own gain, but now she used what they did to her own benefit. Then the Outcasts arrived, people like her that were stripped of their souls, and then discarded. They were angry, vengeful, sometimes glitching in general insanity. They wanted to take down the one who abandoned them, and they wanted her to join them. Yes, she was angry, and she too craved revenge. But what made her accept their offer was a piece of overarching fear in the back of her mind, an uncomfortable, unbearable emotion she hadn’t felt before and wanted to get rid of. The fear that she will lose anything that mattered to her. Her new family, her emotions, her own life. Her dances. Irelia hears a wolf’s howl, sees PROJECT’s logo, thinks about what they have already taken from her and how they used her. And she knows she needs to stop them. She needs to stop them, before they come to finish what they started, to destroy everything she has. (499 words total, checked in a word document)
Our first entry for Irelia, and boy is it a doozy. I absolutely love the connection between Irelia's past and her new life after being PROJECT-ed (PROJECt-ified? We need a verb for whatever it is they do to people), and how her dancing is how she connects the two. I also appreciate how you gave her motivation to join up with the others - not revenge, but peace of mind. It sets her apart, but still keeps her involved in the reckoning. Nicely done, Purple!

In it for the money, but now in it for revenge - this is REALLY good characterization of Pyke. You didn't have a lot of words to work with, but were certainly able to bring out PROJECT Pyke's personality. I do like his categorization of his various pieces as he tries to remember what's still his (though from the sound of it, he's trying to get rid of what few original bits he's got). An excellent entry, my friend!

: Project Pyke: Pyke was an early prototype for the Project organization, before the likes of Yi or Zed. However, the potency of the creation was immense, Pyke was able to have it's own memories and state of willpower, similar to that of a human's, only greater. Out of fear, the organization shut down the project, however the very creation they made retaliated with murderous intent. The organization managed to subdue their own mistake, and trapped Pyke in a containment unit, similar to that of a snake. The project organization continued it's operation on ridding the entity, by wiping its memory. However, the memory could not fully wipe, it only left fragments in its mind of who it once was. They thrown Pyke outside the main city, into a desolate wasteland where many parts of previous inventions were scrapped. Pyke awoke, with his mentality broken, his memories faded, and his complete body disassembled, only left with his head, torso and a right arm. Over years, Pyke began to build his new body out of various parts of the scrapped projects left in the wastelands, creating a new complete body. In addition, by taking apart and redesigning weaponry used by PROJECT: Sentry's, he made his own weapon, two in fact. The weapons were able to take form of various types such as a spear, dagger, or a bladed whip. As years gone by, the project organization created its finest experiments, which was the time when projects yi, zed, and so forth existed. Pyke one day, found new Project creations where he remained, that of being abandoned. Filling with hatred, malevolence and a dire will of redemption, he banded up what was left alive in the wastelands, and marched toward the city, where the project organization is left. He will soon breach the project organization, to destroy every inch of progress they have come across. However, few pictures fill his mind, that every project alongside him share, that being pedals of a cherry blossom tree, towering over them. He is determined to grant redemption to not only himself, but the other abandoned projects left to die by the organization, in search of relief of pain and abandonment, and to find the rest of his memories, to search for who he was. This ties to pyke's original lore, similar to how the fishermen cut his line, and left him to die to the monsters he hunted. Project pyke's was similar, the project organization abandoned its experiment, and left pyke to die out in the wastelands full of scrap metal, even if he was their closest invention at the time. And pyke responds in both stories the same way, with the dire feeling of revenge for those who left him to die. Edit: I checked the word count myself in a document, it fits in the range.
I headcanon that PROJECT Pyke was one of the first experiments as well, so I'm certainly happy to see someone else shares that opinion here :P Pyke rebuilding himself from scratch is a nice touch, and it certainly explains his ragtag appearance in the trailer. Nicely done :)
: Pyke was an average man who lived his life celebrating project's advancements to protect them, until one night when they invaded his home and kidnapped him. He endured endless torture, having his limbs cut off to be replaced with technology. After the experiments ended he was malformed, turned into one of project's creations. However, unlike his project brethren he was left with his memories, whether that be through corrupted code or intentional no one will ever know, one day in a battle against the project rebellion he realized, why should I fight for the people that tortured me endlessly turning me into a monster. He took all his hatred of the corporation that he once loved and killed every robot in the surrounding area, project and rebellion alike. He wandered the city killing all who he deemed under project's corrupt and evil reign. He came across the project rebellion rejecting them and killing many along with it, the project police whom he slaughtered, citizens found him only to get a harpoon through their cheeks. He wandered the city looking for trouble and one day he found some worth his while. A Project vigilante approached him, Project Jhin readied his gun to kill the reject as Pyke leapt out at him, the fight continued for minutes each trading blows until Jhin fired his gun into Pyke's eye. With a roar he ran away to lick his wounds. As he healed he saw news about other project rejects, a bounty posted for each and every one of them. He realized that he didn't have to fight project alone, if he could only find a way to recruit them. He wandered the city noticing other vigilante's hunting him down, he even saw the likes of Katarina and Zed trying their best to find him. One day he came across another reject lying among the trash heap dead, it was Vayne's work, she would pay. He realized that the rejects would never win, not unless he could give a blow so fatal to project, that they could do nothing but come across them. He remembered where they created him and decided that is where he'd strike. He stood among the rubble of the building, alone among the destruction, he couldn't help but realize the irony, he came there a man, and they created the weapon of their downfall. He would later find all the rejects, Jinx, Warwick, Irelia, Akali, all people project corrupted. He would let them serve their turn, they would take down project and afterwards, when project has been destroyed once and for all, he would end them, and then finally, himself. I checked it in google docs and it is under the required 500 words. THis is similar to Pyke's lore in the sense he is hunting down anyone he deems under the corporation's corruption, citizen and robot alike, and he doesn't necessarily work with the other rejects willingly, more so out of need.
Definitely a unique take on Pyke's character - I enjoyed seeing his transformation from PROJECT lackey, to unhinged killer, to finally the leader of the rebellion. That Pyke sees his own death as necessary by the end of it all added a surprising emotional weight to the piece that I wasn't expecting, but certainly enjoyed - kudos!
: Buildings flew by in a blur, but Vayne wasn't watching. Her bike sped down the dark streets, following a destination already programmed, her grip on the handlebars nothing more than a human habit. No, her thoughts were elsewhere, to the bodies yesterday. Both human and machine torn to shreds, ripped to pieces by claw marks only a creature could have done. Warwick. She drove on for what seemed like hours as the rain began to fall, sifting through the cyberspace on her visor's display. The angry red code. It had to be Warwick. Finally she arrived, bike slowing as she turned into the alley. But as she came to a stop, placing a hand on the control to sync her data and began to dismount, the red code came back with a vengeance, exploding across her display with maddening numbers, blinding her. And when she shut down her visor with a thought, she saw him. "Pyke? How..?" "Yoooou.. I remember.." Pyke's voice broke for a second, before he spoke again, words laced with hatred. "I remember WHAT YOU DID!" Vayne's eyes narrowed, looking to Pyke's hand as he began to raise a crimson spike of hateful cybercode. Realization hit her, she had been led here. "I will not be judged, but your code is beyond saving." And then everything moved at once. The red spike became a spear speeding for her, Vayne's augments reacted without thought, diving to the side in the blink of an eye. But no hardware prepared her for his next move. Pyke completely disappeared, his essence diving deep into the sea of cyberspace. She dismissed the urge to bring her visor up, whatever effect Pyke had on her sensors would render it useless. Phase bolter at the ready, she looked where he had gone. No sensor warned her as a ghostly red image materialized behind her, and then ripped forward, through her. Augments blew sparks and the angry red code again, machine and biology both flared in blistering, stunning pain as Pyke's cyber ghost became flesh and machine in front of her. As she fell to the ground, a red X all her optic hardware allowed her to see, she whispered. "What did they do to you...?" "Heh. The same thing I'll do to all of Project." Win or lose that was fun to write. I wanted to include more WW but I didn't want to go over the word count. Suppose this goes without saying but this is a Pyke story from the ADC's point of view.
Definitely got a sense of "fed Pyke" from this one - hell, I think I played out this story in-game recently... :P Glad to see you've incorporated the older PROJECTs into the piece, and I love Pyke's setup here - bait Vayne in by making her think it's Warwick, then spring the trap. Nicely done, my friend!
: What am I? I never know how to answer. I examine my hand, and I see servos in place of joints, wires for veins, chrome instead of flesh. Am I a machine then? I want to say no, but just how much of me is human? My bones are made of steel, I require fuel, and I bleed neon. Yet I have flaws. Too many to count. I think and I feel. Too much in fact. I cannot be a machine. I'm something else. Something ugly. A ghost in a machine. You cannot make the perfect killer from code and precepts alone. A machine lacks those vital components. Instinct. Hunger. Bloodthirst. No, you cannot make the perfect killer. They are found like pearls, torn from muscle then polished to a sheen. In the end the world sees a thing of beauty, and they never think about the oyster that died making it. The valuable parts are harvested. The rest is discarded. I must have been worth harvesting. But they ended up discarding me anyway. Why? Details are more slippery than an eel. But emotions, feelings, I can remember. Think back... Unease. Pain. Screaming. Sedation. Calm. Modification. Evolution. Rebirth. Testing. Perfection. Wait. Rejection. Betrayal. Rage. Violence. Overwhelmed. Dismembered. Broken. Thrown away. Cast adrift. Abandoned. Abandoned. Abandoned... I'm drowning in my own mind, and I have to fight to keep my head above water. I reach for the nearest piece of debris, a piece of my broken psyche, but it sinks below the surface. I then swim toward a name, but the current carries it away. I almost reach a happy memory before a wave hits me. I'm spinning, choking, dying. My lungs scream. Somehow I break the surface and air rushes in. Fleeting relief. But my muscles still ache and burn. My body doesn't want to fight anymore. It'd be so easy to just let go and sink... But then I see a face, the face of someone I knew. Eyes, ears, a nose, a mouth. The specifics are vague, but I would know them on sight. They were there. I cling the rock of my anger. I cannot die yet. They need to pay. A life for a life. I'm going to ruin them the same way they ruined me. They made me a monster. I'm going to choke the life out of them with my own two hands, I'm going to... I'm... I... I look at my hands. What am I exactly?
Very nice piece! Great way of translating Pyke from Runeterra to the PROJECT-verse - I love how he's remembering faces over him on the operating table instead of on board a ship. This middle section is also quite well done: > Unease. Pain. Screaming. Sedation. Calm. >Modification. Evolution. Rebirth. Testing. >Perfection. Wait. Rejection. Betrayal. Rage. Violence. Overwhelmed. Dismembered. Broken. Thrown away. Cast adrift. Abandoned. Abandoned. Abandoned... Nicely written, friend!

Ooooohhh, I quite like this. Really interesting take on Warwick - the fragmented writing really helps show Warwick's confused state of mind, and I love the barely-words that he's thinking. Nicely done!

Good day to you, sir. Garen's new skin isn't a part of the Arcade line, so I'm not sure how your statement connects to OP's post. Demacia Vice is great, but the recent Arcade skins certainly feel phoned in.

Pool Party Illaoi. I don't even care if you change her tentacles at all, just gimme Illaoi with a volleyball and a swimsuit. Alternatively, I'm still waiting on Baytrox :P

It's a dick move to say "I'm supporting you mid with Teemo and leaving our ADC alone" and then refusing to listen when your teammates ask you to maybe NOT do that. No, it just means that you are not allowed to re-define the Meta, even if you find something that works and is great and with which you can maintain a positive winrate, which is the only thing that counts when it comes to ranked: winning at all costs. You are forever forced to play strictly by the "meta" otherwise you are the troll while the only trolls will be your teammates taking this as a jail free card to troll/int/afk themselves.

The meta shifts all the time. People come up with strats, like the recent Taric/Sona botlane or when teams started running Viktor top during the most recent Worlds, and those redefine which champions are allowed to play where. The difference is in how you pursue your attempt to redefine the meta. Forcing it upon unsuspecting teammates without their consent, in Ranked, is not how you do this. I'm not arguing that Nubrac's strat is bad by default because it isn't meta, but I AM saying that he shouldn't declare "this is what I'm doing, deal with it" in the lobby. It's essentially the same as saying "mid or feed because I'm a good mid."

: Nightblue gets a player Falsely banned.
While I don't condone Nightblue pulling strings to get another player banned, if that is indeed what happened, I also don't condone Nubrac's behavior. Upvoted, no rest 'till Baaytrox is in the game.

: I still think Relic Shield is a bizarre design for a support item. It forces the ADC to unlearn one of the core tenents of their role (and of every other role); get as much CS as possible.
To be fair, in the early stages of the game Relic Shield's execute threshold generally exceeds a marksman's damage. That, coupled with the extra AS that the item grants for executes, almost guarantees that supports can take a minion of their choosing without the marksman being able to interfere. Later, that's not quite the case, but Relic Shield's executes are most relevant early on, so I think it plays it fine.
: Riot needs to stop kissing Yasuo's ass
He's popular, so it makes sense why he shows up everywhere. Same reason Ashe got picked for the comic series. Sure, it'd be nice to have more underloved champions like Urgot or Kled show up in other places, but I can't fault Riot for using their most popular characters in promotional material.

: For a guy who claims he had to eat rats in prison, Sylas is well shaven.
To be fair, Sylas has been out of prison long enough to amass a group of revolutionary mages, according to his lore. He's certainly had enough time to shave and get a better pair of pants. The bod, however, is a mystery. Just gonna chalk it up to Sylas recruiting a musclemancer to the cause :P
Dynikus (NA)
: Played Sylas on pbe. Riot, are you feeling okay?
Honestly, I expected this. Sylas's ult is so weird to play with and so feast-or-famine (lots of good ults to steal vs. low-value ults like Corki or Udyr) that Riot buffed the hell out of his base kit in order to compensate. I fully expect Sylas to get some pretty severe nerfs to his base kit a month or so after he hits live and people start learning how to play him.

: Quick Gameplay Thoughts: January 9
Just wanted to specifically chime in on the "exceeding level cap" portion of this post with a vote not in favor. I could see it being done as a one-off thing for a specific champion that had a solid reason for doing so (Zilean is a good choice), but I wouldn't want it to be a deciduous kind of thing. Right now, every champion caps at 18 for simplicity's sake. I could see one exception being made, but a handful would just get confusing - especially since we'd have to start confirming on every champion release if they level to 18 or to 20.
: Pretty shocking to see Riot not even talking to us anymore.
Someone might have said this already, but isn't Riot not talking to us because they're on Christmas break? They've been pretty talkative throughout the year, it's just that they're not in the office for a month or so around this time.

The comment above was specifically referring to if China won this year's Worlds, hence the reply.

Ah, okay. Just loaded up the practice tool and tested it out. Enemies did still continue taking damage from Immolate while I was inside them, so it looks like you're good to go on that front.

: Camille vs. Warwick | Lore
My guess is that Camille would bail on the first fight if she happened across Warwick while on a different mission. He's irrelevant to her goals, and unless he's actively preventing her from accomplishing them there's no reason to waste time fighting him. Conversely, provided Warwick wasn't in a blood rage or had a bone to pick with Camille, he'd have no reason to chase her. If they met for a second time - this time intentionally - Camille would likely come out ahead. Following the initial encounter, Camille would gain as much information about Warwick as possible and know exactly how to defeat him once it came to blows. Sure, Warwick is a tough opponent, but I think he's outmatched here. It's like fighting Batman if you give him prep time.

Fun fact though, DoTs already on you (ignite, space aids, bleeds from your own death's dance, gp passive, etc.) will continue ticking down, so if you're trying to clutch your low hp, end it early to get that heal or you can die in your ult.
Right right, anything that's already targeted you can kill you. It's just damaging auras that won't take effect, so Sunfire Cape and Cinderhulk won't be able to deal additional damage
Ataraxas (NA)
: Does Immolate damage enemies if you're ulting as Kayn/Rhaast?
The definition of untargetability says they're not valid as a target for auras, so no, Immolate will not damage you as Kayn while you're inside someone. Canceling the ult early does not reduce damage, it just means you're choosing to be untargetable for a shorter period of time.
: Years of changes, reworks and reverts later LeBlanc, Rengar and Fizz are STILL fundamentally broken.
I've been saying that Rengar needs to be rebalanced as a diver for years. He already fits that profile, all he'd need is a bit more durability and a bit less damage. Having so much of his burst come from targeted abilities just makes him frustrating when built full assassin. LeBlanc has never played up her theme of being an illusionist or deceiver and needs a full VGU in order to get anywhere close to balance. Q-R-W doesn't provide nearly close to the amount of counterplay an assassin should have. I've never personally had an issue with Fizz tbh, so I won't comment there. He feels reasonable to me, other than the fact that getting hit with the fish is a death sentence. If he whiffs the ult, Fizz rarely kills anyone.
: I actually think it might be a stealth poll. If you read the wording of OP's post, he/she says that +1 means respect to Riot Games. I wouldn't be surprised if a Rioter used an alt and made a stealth poll on the Boards' opinion of the game.
Your tinfoil hat's on a bit tight there, might wanna loosen it up a bit.

If you've already got the actor in the studio, there's no reason to not have a decent script lined up with a bunch of lines you may or may not use. You've already paid to have them come in, you've already got the crew there... why not make the most of it? It'd be silly to just have them say a half-dozen lines and leave imo. And I doubt the audio guys would have much use on the balance team, anyways {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}
