: conqueror is better on mages
I think precision is the tree that is supposed to be good for dps, not specifically autoattackers, even though those are often related. I think conqueror is supposed to be good for fighters (aka bruisers), which includes both AD and AP champions. {{champion:82}} {{champion:68}} {{champion:131}} {{champion:79}} {{champion:31}} {{champion:3}} ap {{champion:102}} ap {{champion:75}} etc. I think {{champion:13}} {{champion:69}} are not intended conqueror users though. As dps mages, they might make sense for press the attack to work for them or some other precision rune though. The trees aren't purely bound to classes/champions so much as playstyles/roles, though class/champion is usually related to that. For example, some marksmen have been known to use comet, dark harvest, or hail of blades at certain times, which is fine. A specific marksman might be more poke + ability-centered and less dps or autoattack centered, in which case they should be allowed to spec into a different tree than precision.

It is a jambiya to complement his Arab-inspired aesthetic. In some Arab communities, all of the men are expected to carry a jambiya as a status symbol and receiving a jambiya is part of their rite of passage. They are mostly decorative nowadays but they were historically carried for self-defense like Europeans would often carry a rapier or other light arm.
: Save Trundle
Trundle Mini-Rework: Passive: Same but also units drop special currency that Trundle adds to his troll hoard. At 100 nearby cs. Trundle hosts a feast for his tribe and he gains maximum health by eating, meanwhile a troll smith shows up in the base and starts working on an armor set. At 200 nearby cs, he buys a finished royal troll armor that visually changes Trundle while increasing his defensive capabilities. At 250 nearby cs, he hires two slinger mercenary trolls (they hide behind Trundle and hurl stones at nearby enemies) that assist with fighting (can be rehired for 25 currency each if they die). Q: Same, but lowered cooldown (no attack speed on W encourages using Q for auto resets) W: Enrages and begins charging wildly in a target direction, dealing AOE damage and taking reduced damage during the charge. Self-stun for 0.5 seconds to recover afterwards. If interrupted by CC that would last more than 0.5 seconds, the CC is reduced to 0.5 seconds E: First cast unchanged, re-cast available after 2 seconds causes the pillar to shatter as an avalanche that stuns nearby enemies R: Stronger but tethers to the target and the target can escape Trundle's range (reactivates when re-entering range within its duration)
: revert malzahar (and aurelion sol) I
I think that instead of a straight revert, they should both be mini re-reworked, which could include reverting some aspects. I think {{champion:90}} could be tuned more towards DOTs and DPS. His voidlings could have their health scale with mana, get their AD scaling returned, get attack speed scaling (causing them to frenzy quicker), and could deal 1/3rd of Malzahar's on-hit damage. This would let Malzahar build like: {{item:3042}} {{item:3115}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3124}} {{item:3148}} He could trade his shield passive for this new power. His burst would be reduced by the change in his build encouraged by his altered scaling. His new passive could ramp-up his DOT and voidling DPS on a target over long fights.

He's still perfectly strong, people just don't like playing champs that don't do crazy damage. I don't think he really is perfectly strong. He has a below average winrate even while at ~1% pick rate. He could use buffs. Even if he had +3% winrate, his pick rate would probably still be low but it wouldn't be as low.
: YouTube is planning on banning everyone who uses Adblock software
*If* google actually starts to ban accounts for using adblock, I will stop logging in on google services except when checking my email so as not to risk being banned. I don't always use adblock, such as when I am on my phone (I haven't bothered getting adblock on it) or when I am watching youtube incognito and have extensions disabled. So I do sometimes watch ads, but there are times, like when I am listening to an audiobook or music, when the interruptions greatly detract from the experience. If adblocking becomes bannable, I won't stop using adblock, but I will stop signing in so that the adblock usage isn't tied to my account... I think google can realize that banning users for adblock usage won't result in the behavior response that they want, so I don't think they will do that any time soon. To force people to watch ads, they would need to force people to sign in to watch youtube and they would need to make it difficult to replace banned google accounts... Creating hassle would make them lose users and would give other companies the chance to overthrow them.

It shouldn't be allowed for a visa holder to represent a host nation in a prestigious international competition. Countries that care about a given competition should develop their own talent to compete in it, not just import talent from elsewhere. Rich countries shouldn't corrupt the competition by outbidding others on an 'international auction' for contestants. The rejects who can't compete in their native country shouldn't try to defect to a competitively weaker country either.

Except it turns out that where the bias is entering into the process is actually via the original reporter, and the moderator is actually just not even checking the context of the posts at all before taking action. The moderator's carelessness *is* allowing the report system to be abused by people who want to silence opposition to misinformation. By not checking context and automatically moderating both sides of a conversation, the moderator is allowing themselves to be used as a beating stick by people willing to report a posts because they disagree with their content and don't want to be opposed.

My part is to create posts and participate in discussions. I did not volunteer to help enforce any of the boards rules. You volunteered to enforce rules. I would rather you did nothing at all as far as enforcing the ban on political discussion, but because you take it upon yourself to enforce the rule, it becomes purely your responsibility to ensure that you enforce the rule fairly and do no unnecessary harm in the process of enforcing the rule. That means it's your responsibility to look at the context and moderate all sides of a discussion equally, regardless of which party sent the report. It is your responsibility to not allow post reports to be abused. If you can't be bothered to check the context at the time that you are considering action, then don't perform an uninformed action at that time. If I disagree with a tax law, it doesn't become my responsibility to spy on my neighbors and report them for lawbreaking. Me refusing to help enforce the law that I disagree with doesn't mean I can't complain if the tax collector is carelessly setting fire to buildings while performing their job. Sure, I could make the tax collector's job easier by becoming a rat, and maybe the tax collector would set fewer buildings on fire if they weren't overwhelmed. That still isn't my duty. It's the tax collector's job not to be setting fires.
: How do you feel about Gnar?
I think his strengths are strong enough that he can't be buffed without making him overly frustrating, but if he gave up some power in the areas that make him annoying then he could get greater strengths in other areas. To reduce his annoyance factor in top lane and free up power budget, he could have Mini-Gnar attack range reduced to 350 (Urgot level) at all levels instead of scaling up, he could have his Mini-Gnar W damage changed to physical and the movement speed reduced. Gnar would still be able to poke decently well with his Q, but that offers counterplay because it is a skill shot, and his shorter basic attack range would open up the possibility for melee retaliation/aggression when he pokes or tries to free farm. In exchange, he could get considerably stronger base defenses and base AD for both Mini-Gnar and Mega-Gnar, and he could get to spend more time overall as Mega-Gnar (see R change below). His Mini-Gnar R could be restricted to use only when at least 50% rage, and it could be changed so that casting it causes Mini-Gnar to leap high in the air and instantly gain 50% rage, transforming into Mega-Gnar while airborne and then pile-driving back down, damaging and stunning targets in the area for 1 second. This would form an interesting engage combo when used with his other leap. The cooldown on his R could be reduced at early ranks also, allowing him to transform even more often. This would give Gnar more control of his transformations lategame and would open up more opportunities to engage teamfights as Mega-Gnar. His increased base defense scaling would help him survive on the front-line more effectively, which is fitting because his reduced attack range will also require him to position farther towards the front-line also. He'll fit better into team compositions which rely on top lane providing a beefy front-liner for proper teamfight formation.

If you are going to delete a lot of related posts, at least check the context of the thread they are in so that you do not devolve into a tool used by other people with the bad intention of silencing opposing thoughts. Silencing half of a discussion and leaving misinformation is worse than not enforcing the rule at all. If you delete around half a dozen replies, written by multiple people, to a post without even checking the context connecting all those posts, then you're a tool. You are a tool used to silence opposition against the spread of misinformation. People report posts in order to silence discussion, not to protect anything but their own lies. : Interesting concept, but oh my jesus that passive is so many brands of broken it's not even funny
It's his core strength and consumes a ton of his power budget. To pay for it, he has no mobility, unreliable CC, and is melee ranged except with his ult or with his W snaring himself in place (making him even less mobile than zero mobility ability champs). His passive is super strong, no doubt about it, but he pays for it by being the least mobile champion in the game by far. He's essentially a Juggernaut-Enchanter hybrid.
: I haven't read this all the way---it seems solid enough----but something about his E seems very odd. "Enemy champion basic attacks against idols deal a minimum of 25% of the idol's maximum health." So, if it always, ALWAYS breaks in four hits, what's the point of giving it extra health? I must assume it's a typo and you really meant to write 'maximum of 25%'.
Heya. The point would be that champions can clear it within a maximum of 4 hits (25% min damage per attack), like clearing a ward, but it can be used to tank extra damage from jungle camps or minions. If it was destroyed within 4 hits from minions and monsters, then camps like raptors would clear the totem before it even finishes constructing so the fear would never go off. The idea is that he can use the totem to fear camps/minions to help clear them without taking a lot of damage. He would primarily be a support champion, but I wanted to leave open the possibility of other positions. Tanking camps with the totem would allow him to clear without losing much health, but his clear speed would still be rather slow until he finishes a bami's cinder or possibly runic echoes. The totem's health pool is also relevant when considering how much damage it could block from incoming ability skill shots if it were constructed as an obstacle in order to hide behind it. It needs to take no more than 4 basic champion attacks to clear the totem for a couple reasons. 1) low-damage supports need to be able to remove them at a reasonable pace during ward-clearing roams. 2) placing a totem in the middle of the enemy team needs to allow counterplay (immediately focusing it down during construction) to prevent the AOE fear. If the totem is too tanky, then the AOE fear could become 100% consistently reliable, which would occupy too much of the champion's power budget. It's better to make the fear only semi-reliable and rely on either following up on ally CC or punishing an uncoordinated/unfocused enemy team.
: I miss season 5
Season 5 was good. I think players like 'tank metas' because what certain people tend to call 'tank meta' on are actually just reasonably diverse and balanced metas, without tanks even being overplayed. I would need to do some digging to pull up the historical statistics, but the most popular champions in all lanes were not even tanks during the climax of 'tank meta'. For example, the dominant junglers were {{champion:254}} {{champion:64}} {{champion:121}} if I recall correctly. {{champion:113}} was good too, but tanks still had lower play rates than fighters and slayers. In top lane, Riven was still the most popular. Ahri and Zed were the most popular mid laners. Morgana and Thresh were the most popular supports. Tanks didn't take over the game even when they were actually tanky. {{champion:245}} {{champion:84}} {{champion:105}} were building {{item:3068}} and playing like skirmishing divers, but that doesn't mean true tanks were dominant. Also skirmisher {{champion:84}} was actually the healthiest iteration of the champion, and it fit thematically because she fits between {{champion:98}} and {{champion:238}} in the lore. She trained under Shen and learned his defensive tactics before she left the order, and even though she has gone rogue, she never openly betrayed the order and switched to forbidden offensive tactics like Zed did. Therefore Kinkou order: warden-slayer (Shen: core tactics, calmly disarm, protect instead of kill); diver-slayer (Akali: rogue use of core tactics for passion-driven violence); slayer-slayer [assassin-skirmisher] (Zed: disdains core protective tactics, misuses other Kinkou teachings, augments with forbidden assassin tactics). Their paths form a spectrum with Akali in the center, so the tankier than Zed, more aggressive than Shen gameplay fit.

: Horror themed Volibear Is Better: Bring It Back, Or At Least Do Something For The Fans Who Loved It
Perhaps we can get a brand new champion that uses the "many-slain god" concept. It doesn't really need to be Volibear. It could be the "Ildhaurg Warden of Sacrifice" that Ashe mentions in her new voiceover. Ildhaurg could take inspiration from Odin, in that he gained knowledge by sacrificing himself unto himself, or perhaps he was a god who was executed by the other gods. Ildhaurg could be some sort of immortal abomination made up of countless sacrificial victims, executed criminals, and warriors who died dishonorably (any who attempt to flee or who are traitors/oath-breakers). If the Freljordians do not give him sufficient sacrifices or do not offer him the execution of any criminal who has broken the laws commanded by the gods, then Ildhaurg incites war, strife, and scarcity among the people so that he can claim the dishonorable souls among the many who inevitably die. He could be a massive, towering totem-like, spectre robed in burial cloth, with several sets of mismatched horns from various different types of animals. He could have several sets of arms, and his number of legs could be obscured by the hem of his draping burial cloth, but his lurching, gliding movement could suggest an uneven number of mismatched legs/hoofs. Like a totem pole, he could have several faces along his torso, and he could have four masked faces on his 'head' looking towards the four cardinal directions (like the Slavic deity, Svetovid). His body could be a living 'pin cushion' of weapons that were either used to kill the people his body consists of or that frightened people attacked him with as he waded through battlefields to collect the souls of any slain cowards. Edit: I made a kit. [p] The Many Slain Upon taking fatal damage, Ildhaurg revives after 1 second of stasis. This can occur 2 times for each time that Ildhaurg spawns. After reviving once, Ildhaurg has 50% reduced maximum health and deals 15% increased damage. After reviving twice, Ildhaurg has 75% reduced maximum health and deals 25% increased damage. After taking fatal damage a third time, Ildhaurg will die normally and this effect will reset. Additionally, Ildhaurg has 25% reduced death timers. [q] The Warden of Sacrifice Range: 175 Ildhaurg slashes with a sacrificial blade, dealing 100% AD physical damage [this is a basic attack reset] and causing the target to bleed for 0/30/60/90/120 (+0.3 bonus AD) (+0.5 AP) magic damage over 3 seconds. Ildhaurg heals for 25% of the bleed damage over its duration. If the target dies within the bleed duration, then the sacrificial ceremony is successful, and all nearby allies instantly heal for the same amount. [w] The Keeper of the Well Range: 700 Passive: Ildhaurg harvests the lifeforce of units he kills. Monsters and minions restore 10 mana. Champions and epic monsters restore 30 mana. Ildhaurg locks himself in place while channeling to unleash and control a stream of wisps at a rate of 2 per second, costing 20 mana each. The wisps revolve around Ildhaurg once and then follow Ildhaurg's target commands (left-click or hold left-mouse-button to give movement commands). Wisps have 150 (+5/7/9/11/13% health)(+0.5 AP) health and can collide with enemy units and projectiles. If a wisp collides with an enemy unit, it sacrifices itself to deal 35% of its current health as magic damage. After 3 seconds from being released or if a soul touches the perimeter of Ildhaurg's control range, it escapes from Ildhaurg's control and fades away. When ending channeling, Ildhaurg will recapture remaining active wisps, refunding mana, except for the first wisp released. If four active wisps are in play, no more will be unleashed until an active wisp is consumed or escapes. [The projectile control is similar to Yuumi's Q, but as a stream of projectiles. Gameplaywise, it's kind of like Xerath ult but with a shorter range and steadier damage output. The wisps can be guided to intentionally intercept enemy projectiles.] [e] The Watcher of the Way Range: 600 Radius: 600 After 1 second of construction time [this is not a channel and Ildhaurg has freedom to act during it], Ildhaurg places a four-faced idol that provides vision and demoralizes nearby enemies, reducing their Attack Speed and Movement Speed by 10% (0.1 AP [capped at +15% at 300 AP]). Immediately after being placed, the idol fears nearby enemies for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. The idol has 150 (+8/11/14/17/20% health) health. Enemy champion basic attacks against idols deal a minimum of 25% of the idol's maximum health. Enemy champions can also target the idol during its construction in order to prevent it from being built. [r] He Who Taketh / He Who Spareth Ildhaurg summons a cairn wraith to either haunt an enemy or protect an ally (cannot be self-cast). The wraith has the same attack speed and movement speed as Ildhaurg and has 30/50/70% of Ildhaurg's maximum health and its health decays by 5% of its maximum per second. Enemy Cast: Ildhaurg summons a wraith to haunt an enemy, stealing 10% of the target's AD and AP and granting the same amount to Ildhaurg. Each time that the wraith attacks its target, it deals 10 (+0.3 AD)(+0.3 AP) magic damage and steals 3/6/9% of the target's current health as magic damage (healing Ildhaurg). Ally Cast: Ildhaurg summons a wraith to protect an ally, redirecting 15% of incoming to the wraith instead. The wraith will attack nearby enemies who have recently attacked the champion under its protection, dealing 10 (+0.3 AD)(+0.3 AP) magic damage. If the protected ally would take fatal damage, the wraith sacrifices itself to grant a decaying spectral shield equal to the wraith's remaining health.

I think a Rioter should create two threads, one on the boards and one on the Aurelion Sol mains reddit, and ask for players to join in a discussion to brainstorm an Aurelion mini-rework (not full vgu) / powershift to a more satisfying playstyle. In brainstorming, they should also reach some sort of agreement on what Aurelion's core power fantasy, team role, and class is. Is he an opportunist diver / slayer? Is he a frontline battle mage / ap-brawler? Is he a squishy backline ap carry? That information is helpful in order to realize an ideal vision to shape him into.

: Can you guys add an HP Tear Upgrade?
I want {{item:3110}} as a tear upgrade. After completing stacking, it could become "Heart of Avarosa", and gain a toggle effect that continually spends mana in order to create an enhanced blizzard aura. Awe could grant either health or a slowly regenerating shield that gains maximum capacity with total mana. A shield instead of health would prevent interaction with health-scaling items like Titanic Hydra. The recipe can be {{item:3070}} {{item:3024}} {{item:3028}} 850+900+800+550 = 3,100g 70 Hybrid Resistance 500 Mana +10% Cooldown Reduction +100% Base Mana Regeneration Unique Passive - Awe: Grants a shield that regenerates at twice the rate of your Base Mana Regeneration. Maximum shield capacity is 25% of your maximum mana. Unique Passive - Mana Charge: [same as usual] Unique Aura: Reduces the Attack Speed of nearby enemies by 15%. [After stacking Mana Charge, transforms into Heart of the Avarosa and gains a toggle effect on aura to increase aura size/visual-effect and increase the Attack Speed reduction to 25%.]
: Marksmen really deserve more disengage, even if it's at the cost of their damage.
I support lowering the average damage output of marksmen in exchange for giving them better survivability and teamplay utility options. I wish there were items that marksmen would use to mark and debuff targets for allies to attack, reveal the map {{item:3185}}, place traps (marksman/ranger has a similar connotation to hunter), and ramp-up themselves up over several autoattacks to create an 'inspire morale' aura that is shared with allies. I would support toxic burst being lowered across the board if marksmen also did less burst and couldn't drain-tank to full health in seconds due to lifesteal favoring ranged damage and scaling directly with itemization like crit. As it is, instant 100-0 burst without counterplay is sadly necessary as a requirement to deal with certain champions like Vayne.

I own it too. I own all Omen of the Dark except for the Nocturne one, but I own other Nocturne skins and I don't play him that much (waiting for a rework to make him more "creeping nightmare" and less "dive bomber").

: Okay let's be real, who honestly likes playing against X champion?
I like playing against non-meta stuff and rarely played champions. For example, it's pretty exciting to see an Ivern, and I also think he's pretty healthy and fun. Playing against uncommon champions keeps things fresh, and I hate when certain champions are allowed to be strong while occupying like 20%+ pick rate... It creates a boring game. I like playing against or with bottom lane APCs since they provide a fresh experience and I think they're a healthy shift away from ranged marksman ADCs being 100% mandatory. Some champions, like Heimerdinger and Kennen, are also much healthier as bottom laners than being meta top laners. I like seeing tanks and enchanters too, since utility classes create a more teamwork focused game. Immobile juggernauts can be fun too, since it's pretty exciting coordinating to CC and whittle down a hulking colossus. It's like taking down a raid boss when they're actually beefy and can survive in the fray. I don't like most assassins. They're balanced around snowballing and instant burst that usually feels unfair for opponents. What can a squishy player do against a mobile assassin who gets fed early and starts running people down? If it's too early to group, the counterplay options can be very limited. I don't like slayers or most divers. These two classes don't feel distinct from eachother and also overlap with assassins but seem even more snowbally. They need real identities. Marksmen as a class feel too homogeneous. There are only so many ways to explore shift-right-clicking as a core gameplay. Bot lane ADC marksmen have also been mandatory for way too long, even in situations where other laners are usually AD. They make the game stale and champions like Vayne and Kai'sa are the justification for other classes to have toxic 100-0 burst. To start with, lifesteal really shouldn't be multiplied by crit. Marksmen should be continually adjusted until they have distinct power fantasies... The idea of an entire class all offering 99% the exact same thing and ranging between having good lategame to having hypercarry lategame power scaling doesn't work. Marksmen need a variety of power curves, with some having actual bad lategame potential, and not just only bad when compared to other marksmen.

: Best 520 RP skin?
I think for 520 rp, Infernal Mordekaiser is a really good value. It even has animation changes. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=z7w7KURz00Q Then there is also Undertaker Yorick for 520 rp. https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Yorick_1.jpg Up one price tier, at 750 rp, we have the other Omen of the Dark skins, which are some of my favorite price-to-quality points. : Do you have that one Skin you want most but you can't get because it's unavailable?
Victorious Morgana: had gold rank near season start, got busy with real life, got rank decayed, lost season rewards... Victorious Maokai: tried to get gold near season end instead of start, played vs a flood of smurfs and boosters for the last week of the season, got to gold promos many times, had afk teammates (and a few 'gatekeepers' checking if allies were in gold promos and then intentionally losing if they were), was in gold promos literally up to the last minute and didn't make it through... A similar situation also happened on my first account and Victorious Elise. I really wanted Victorious Elise and Maokai but I wasn't victorious enough. Glad riot got rid of ranked decay because it was overly harsh at punishing busy people. It is too bad they never retroactively compensated people who were denied by it though.

But that's how mechanics like animation canceling make their way into the game. They start out as bugs, but if they're difficult to fix and champion mains get accustomed to abusing them, then they get excused as 'skill expression'. Looking glitchy and seeming unfair hasn't stopped unintentional mechanics before. So the main question is how hard is this bug is to fix and how abusable is it? = P Edit: Almost forgot the other factor, how popular the champion is. If it's an unpopular enough champion, Riot will disable them for a while as they rip apart the kit and delete the hard-to-fix mechanics before taping the champion back together and leaving it dumpstered. Or, they'll just ignore the bug, but dumpster the champion so that their play rate is so low that the bug is hardly ever encountered in games even though it still exists. If they're a popular champion with profitable skins, then the dumpster solution isn't an option though.

: Death realm is stupid, and cheap, and I say this as a Morde player. Revert Morde's ult.
I think Mordekaiser's new ultimate is an improvement and the death realm is really good thematically. Maybe the old ghost mechanic could come back on a new champion with an actual cohesive kit designed around summoned units. Maybe Yorick could get better control over his Maiden of the Mist. Maybe he could also bind the Maiden's fate to an ally, tethering the maiden to the ally, and if the ally takes lethal damage then the Maiden is consumed to grant a temporary revive, like his ultimate used to do (maybe slightly different in function to make it less glitch-prone). During the temporary revive, it could make the ally appear gray-opaque as a ghost, so that would bring back champion ghosts to the game but in a somewhat different form than previously existed. Obviously, Yorick would need to pay for this utility in his power budget somehow, so the Maiden could have its stats reduced and binding it to an ally could cause it to fade away automatically after a brief time limit.

: The Blitz: when Blitzcrank uses Overdrive to run by the minions for a clear shot on enemies who are too close to dodge, dash, or boost away. Q range buff: increase to the safety of the Sniper Hook tactic. Armor nerf: decrease to the safety of The Blitz tactic. Fantastic job Riot balance team, for moving some of Blitzcrank's strength from a zero counterplay tactic into a tactic that one can counterplay. Edit: To directly respond to OP: Blitzcrank's tankiness is a problem because he can't be punished for executing The Blitz tactic. Even if he screws it up (misses the easy hook) he gets to walk slowly away thanks to his high armor and low health shield passive. It's a problem when a champion brings eat-one-skillshot-and-you-die kill pressure to the lane and gets to do it _safely_.
So Blitzcrank needs some strong point of uniqueness to be distinct from other hooking catchers. It is debatable which is healthier, 'the blitz' or a reach long enough to make proper positioning impossible in many cases. I prefer a strong blitz as his point of strength. I think he was better before the recent changes. I think if he needs anything to be more distinct, he should be changed to rework his ultimate to do less burst combined with a silence (maybe give it an ohmwrecker/turret-overcharge utility in exchange).
: Are stimulants considered cheating?
It's fine. People are also allowed to consume alcohol and other substances before/during play. It's a game that is intended for entertainment. Some people enjoy the game more strapped to their seat, white knuckled, while hyped up on stimulants. Others enjoy the game more while relaxed in a stupor of booze and sedatives. Unless you're playing professionally, it's all fine and the primary concern should be if you're paying for your entertainment is being paid for with your health or if you're spending too much time with it.

: Lack of Aura Support Items
I actually like aura items in theory, but the way Riot has implemented them historically was problematic. They are undervalued because they aren't very visible and they tend to be weak because of their 100% uptime. Allies and enemies can't really play around them very well because they can't see their radius or whether they are effected by them. They also can't be too visible without cluttering up the game if they have 100% uptime. I think {{item:3110}} would be better if it had an cooldown-limited active effect or mana-costing toggle that would allow it to create a stronger and more visible blizzard aura around the user. Because it would have either a cooldown or a cost, it could be much stronger and more visible. I would also like to see something like the old Zeke's Herald come back, as an item for the marksmen to buy if they want to buff their teammates. It could have an inspire morale effect, where the user gains a ramping up buff as they autoattack enemy champions or epic monsters. After 5 stacks of the buff, they would inspire the morale of nearby allies, creating a buff aura effect. I would also like to see a new tank item with a lightning rod aura effect, somewhat similar in purpose to the old {{item:3105}} aura. It would protect nearby allies in the aura from some incoming AOE magic damage, but it would redirect some of the intercepted damage to the owner. All of these would be very visible effects, so it would be easy for players to recognize their impact.
: DeathDance self damage should not be blocked by shields.
This is actually brilliant. It's fitting, because it doesn't really make sense to be able to block damage that is coming from within (poison, internal bleeding, festering burns, etc.) via a shield anyways. What if all DOT that are applied via debuffs went through shields? It would create the kind of counterplay to shields that Riot was trying to get with their Irelia and Renekton experimentation, but it would also be itemizable with {{item:3151}} and possibly new items (Old spirit of the lizard {{item:1400}} or something entirely new). It could open up bot lane to DOT APCs as an alternative to marksmen and a counter to shielding enchanters like {{champion:40}}, which could allow them and their shield % itemization to be buffed in return. It could bring diversity to bottom lane, which has long been monopolized by the smallest champion pool. {{champion:63}} could have his supporting capabilities nerfed in exchange for stronger DOT scaling with items, and he could be shifted into a proper APC. {{champion:17}} could be shifted out of the top lane (requiring small kit changes), where he is either weak or creates frustration. {{champion:29}} could have his poison buffed in exchange for his Expunge being nerfed, making him less bursty and becoming somewhat anti-shield and more hit and run (letting his poison whittle enemies down). {{champion:69}} could also find success as a DOT APC, and she'd also thrive in mid lane against self-shielders, like {{champion:99}} {{champion:61}}. {{champion:90}} could get a mini-rework to allow his voidlings to apply on-hits with 1/3rd effectiveness and have their health scale with his mana, which would allow him to become a DPS APC in bottom lane -- because he doesn't use on-hit builds currently, these changes shouldn't increase his overall power much, but he could pay with some power from his passive or ult if needed for the voidling mana scaling. {{champion:96}}'s could gain a DOT somewhere in hit kit, which would fit because he sprays corrosive acid on targets which should eat away at them, and he is supposed to have an identity as the highest DPS living artillery in the game. Shield sources like, {{summoner:21}} {{item:3114}} {{item:3155}} {{item:3046}} {{item:3190}}, could be buffed if ample DOT counters exist.

So instead of accepting the small poke at your typo, you are actually going to insist that you were correct when you said that he got level 3 before most laners got level 1? "before most of the laners even got **level 1**" - I am calling bull shit on this part... = P He did get a ridiculously good leash in that clip, however, I think he should be limited to fewer boxes at early ranks, with potential box quantity sharply increasing with each skill point. That will fix some of that early clearing cheese. If that isn't nerfed, then the rest of his kit might be nerfed until that's his one gimmick, and that doesn't sound fun. As an AP Shaco fan, I like the box playstyle, but it does need tradeoffs. Shaco should need to max skill points in boxes and build CDR + AP in order to get really good boxes. I am worried that AD Shaco players with too fast of jungle clears will out-level opponents and one-shot them, resulting in Shaco nerfs across the board and destroying AP Shaco viability again.

I vote for these {{champion:60}} {{champion:57}} {{champion:154}} They're each 4800BE. Zac and Elise are decently easy to gank with (Maokai needs to flank or counter-gank). They have cool themes. They're underplayed and need more players. They have fun kits... They're just not meta because there are other champions that are easier to pick up and win with...
