Ranked is a separate MMR than your Normal MMR, one does not intrinsically effect the other at all. So again as someone stated you could play a lot of ranked games and few normals and go into normals with a high rank and possibly get owned even in normals. I've played over 1400 games in normal as compared to ranked, two totally different.

While this is a fantastic and great idea and throughly enjoyed seeing a way to earn more IP through playing with friends or even new people through random games, there's still that issue of players who already have all the runes they want/need and the champions who have nothing that they can do with said IP. I'm currently sitting on over 60k after a name change. I'd like to see other things that later we can spend IP on be released like alternate skin color for the defaults.

I think it's a fine change right now, reduced to 450 from 700 unit range. It's a non linear ability that doesn't require a straight line. The use of {{champion:38}} Rift Walk will still allow him good escapes because in comparison to the range on {{summoner:4}} (400 units) he'll still be able to clear walls but just need to position better. (Yes I even included some other examples that are even less, as far as Lissandra her's has the max range of 1050 but can be interrupted from 2nd cast to gain that distance.) This change to his R range will EFFECT his game play but create a healthy counter play measure in the long run so as allowing him to not just hit R twice and easily get away. Keeping it in line with Flash creates for healthy non linear gap closer/distance game play. IMO.

While you should be at least versatile in at least 3 roles (which actually makes for the best, because being good in all 5 isn't easy most the time, some can do it) I think the idea of Rank Team Builder is a fine thing. You go in and select a Primary Role with a Secondary Alternative, it'll try to queue people up based on their Primary Role preferred then use the Secondary if they need to once in group to allocate for that extra needed position that hasn't been filled yet. When I go into Ranked I always (copy-pasta) the following phrase "Mid pref! Sup/Jung Secondary" so then people get the idea that my main is the Mid which is where I'll be best fit at while I can also perform decently at Support or Jungle. I would go into adding "Least Pref ADC/Top" but that's a lot but it should be up to players to communicate their 1st/2nd/3rd roles at least so then people can work it around. If a player doesn't communicate anything in the time of banning then that is on them for being stuck with a role they cannot play if they are at the bottom of the pick order and not talking. The one thing about Ranked is that people need to get through their head, it's a game about team communication, if you lack it you're going to hinder yourself a lot. It's a Team Game and everyone needs to work together to win.

Congrats, I was posting something that is currently on the PBE right now....yes after 4 uses if you wanna use it a 5th time it'll cost you 960 mana... 1st cast = 60 2nd cast = 120 3rd cast = 240 4th cast = 480 technically to cast it 4 times cost 900 mana right now... 5th cast = 960

It's currently harder to nerf Lee Sin than J4 because with the changes to J4 on his Demacian Standard it doesn't hurt him too much, but it's still PBE and changes will probably come, not everything on PBE goes Live, as far as for Lee Sin it's hard to change him without effecting his kit too much.

His damage isn't changing, they are making it easier to keep a gap close because his R moves further than ezreals blink and flash. It's balancing, also they don't have to refund you anything because you don't own the skins, the skins are just extra content to play with.

Nerfs and Buffs are always going to be a challenging thing to do, it's never going to be perfect because when you nerf one champ, another steps into position to take the spot light. Yeah Syndra really didn't need a nerf but they are doing their best to fix her hit box so it feels fine and not too wide or not too narrow. Her Q damage early was honestly quite high and strong that she had pretty easy harass; take it from me, I played her the most Season 4. It's okay now but her early game now needs to focus on farming to build up that Q to later level.

: Actually, very little is tested on the PBE in terms of balance (coughreleasedianacough). Mostly bugs and the like, though many PBE testers just use it for sneak peeks at new content. Azir for example, was absolutely loaded with gameplay bugs on release. And Syndra's E is still bugged; they've yet to fix the awful hitbox. And like I said in the OP, I really don't care about his turret pushing. I can accept that they're nerfing that. I don't particularly *like* that they're removing his little niche pushing ability, but I can accept it. What I cannot accept however, is the range nerf on his soldiers. 400 to 325. That's a loss of 75 range. Imagine if you took 75 range off of Caitlyn. She wouldn't be Caitlyn anymore. You play her **because** she's long ranged, otherwise, she's just another ADC with no unique role in the game. Like wise, you play Azir for his *long-ranged* zone control. That aspect of command that enforces his theme of sovereignty and power. Sure, hit his base damage and reduce his lane bullying. Make him a bad pusher if you have to, whatever. But do **not** destroy the one thing that makes Azir what he is.

Everything goes through elaborate testing both on and off the PBE, then things roll out to live and if something happens that really shifts it too much (as PBE often doesn't catch everything, sometimes bugs slip through) then they go back to see how it's shifted and change it. Remember Syndra's E nerf to the width? Yeah it really goofed up her stun ability and often hits weren't proc'ing stuns at all, so they went back to widen and fix it more now it's better but still has issues. In his current state he could procs off 3 W on turrets and shred them pretty easily, Azir should be more of zone/team fight control instead of having the power to push turrets hard. He isn't a siege based champion, right now his power is pretty high and poke/zone is awfully high as well scaling really well into mid to late game. His current W - Arise is "80 + (25 × Azir's level) (+ 60% AP) magic damage to the turret" which was first compensated by reducing the 25 to 15 while shifting the other 10 over to the base. Now we're having it shifted lower as it seems to have not done enough, personally as someone who's played Azir it shouldn't effect him too hard in the early to mid game, just lowering his power a bit more in the late game..for turret pushing, doesn't effect his fights. Take it this way, if you had say 480 AP at level 18. Current = 818 before MR PBE = 648 before MR PBE#2 = 432 before MR Early game (level 1) W, 15 ap Current = 114 PBE = 114 PBE#2 = 76 As far as the Q, his early is barely effected but they are only nerfing his late game. (I'm not going off any stated equations but MY understanding of how it would work, feel free anyone to jump in to correct anything here or such.)

: how far was yasuo standing from his wall? if hes right behind it, I could imagine the wall stopped projectile , but knockup was casted right there and yasuo still got knocked up since its an aoe knockup dunno though , if the projectile actually traveled a distance from the wall and knocked u up still then yes, it sounds like a bug
The distance is irrelivant as it has a travel speed of 0.5 seconds no matter the distance from Vel'koz to cast point. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Yasuo/Projectiles Shows on here it should be blocked but is apparently bugged.
: That's my point. The wording of the abilities can some times be very poor, but that doesn't change the mechanics. Vel'koz's E has always gotten past, as far as I can tell.
