Minions receive this "purple glow" because of Baron Buff. Baron spawns at 20 minutes in the top side river and gives the team that defeats it a buff that strengthens minions, giving them additional damage and health when someone with the buff is near a minion wave.

If you buy the chroma, you will be able to use it once you purchase the skin. Additionally, Prestige Edition skins are **NOT** chromas. They are standalone skins like the original True Damage Qiyana.

Have you asked your friend whether he received a skin or not? Check in the receiver's Purchase History/notifications to see if the skin shows up there. A client restart may also help in revealing the skin if you are unable to find it.

If you are unable to transfer your account to Turkey due to a language barrier, you have the second option to transfer your account to EUW or EUNE for a better, but not best ping. Both EUW and EUNE support the English language and are located closer to Turkey than the NA servers. As far as I know, Turkey servers only support the Turkish language. Account Transfers can be purchased in the client Store for 2600 RP.

If you are having trouble opening the client, you should take a look at Task Manager and check to see if there are any League Client instances running in the background. If there are any running when the client is closed, it could prevent the League Client from loading up. To fix this, just end the League Client instances in Task Manager and reopen the client. If the client still is not loading correctly, download and run the [Hextech Repair Tool](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool). When running the HRT, select the "Reinstall" option and click Start. Once the reinstall is complete, restart your computer and try to open the client. In the event that nothing is seeming to fix the issue, send a [Support Ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) over to Riot Support seeking assistance as they have better technicians that can check out your issue. Make sure to provide the HRT logs that were generated after the reinstall which should be on your Desktop and attach it to your ticket.
