" Kog'Maw's basic attacks against debuffed targets deals bonus magic damage equal to 6/7.5/9% (+1% per 100 AP)" Holy Hell that's a lot of damage. That proposal would mean if he had 500ap (Not at all unreasonable) That he would do 14% -Per Hit-. AP kog with nashors and BotRK would be THE meta for every team. Not to mention a decent kog would have that debuff on his target until either his target or himself died. Those numbers are unreasonable.

Long games are fun if it's close. Short games are fun if you win. I have probably equal parts 20min ff and 45+ minute games. Just depends on the match. I don't care for the 15 minutes of lane phase though. It's boring.

Essence reaver should just cost a little less in total. Maybe up the lifesteal a couple percent. If they're gonna rework it they'll probably get it wrong like they do with all their other reworks lol.

He's perfectly fine where he is. I think maybe his shield should heal whoever it's placed on though, to make him more viable as support.

I would say {{champion:45}} but he's suddenly Meta again. I would say {{champion:69}} but her E costs so damn much rn. I would say {{champion:34}} but I don't play her that often. I guess the way I play {{champion:53}} is pretty unpopular. I always start {{item:1027}} and rush {{item:3110}} and {{item:3158}} with the 5% cdr on masteries for maximum pulls and knockups. People always call me bad until I land pull after pull and don't run out of mana. Through my many blitz games this is the best build I've found on him.

Seeing as it's the most unfun class to play +1 to this. I wouldn't mind getting crit for 1.5k by graves as long as he only got to do it once a second as opposed to 800 crits every 2.1-2.5 seconds.

Calling Veigar op is not ok. Not only is he sub-par the way he currently is, he's only really able to take out 1 person in a teamfight, if the enemies he's facing are good. If they all stand under even horizon idk what to tell you though, other than it's their fault.

Idk, I'm leveling a smurf with my buddy, and I tend to just mess around. (teemo bot, full ad gnar, etc...) I try to make the experience as good as possible for the actual new players. Thing is, it seems like 90+% of the >30 players are smurfs, and they don't do the same thing. I think players that win more often then not should be matchmade with other people of the like.

: It's the opposite, higher mmr( in the sense your mmr is higher than your division) means you play with higher division people. If your playing with people below your rank then they are either very good, they have a higher mmr, or your mmr is trash. For example my smurf was placed in s1 but I play against g1 and p5 players because my mmr is so high.
