I would have preferred at least a 2 second or more nerf to hextech. Maybe have each item disabled for 4 seconds, so they come back 1 by 1 every 4 seconds. I've had many games where I 3 stack a carry, then put random items on 3 or more other units, and somehow it splashes my carry. 8 seconds is way too punishing for a 1/4 chance of occurring. Hextech also ruins team composition, and pretty much forces you to only have 1 back liner with items.

Pyke will definitely still need a gold boost. When he gets behind, he is utterly worthless since his build is double the price of a regular support's build.

Yeah, the game is already RNG enough with mystery items. Getting a fucking chain vest while someone gets a BF sword already puts a huge gap between the two players. The only thing worse is not getting anything. A chance to get RNG items is putting double the RNG the game should have.

Once again we get to see how pro play really dictates the entire game. {{champion:113}} is already an ok pick at best but giving her this huge of a nerf completely butchers her solo queue potential. Then the {{champion:13}} nerf. Honestly that champion needs another rework at this point. He is completely busted in pro play, so he gets so many nerfs, yet he is completely obsolete in solo queue. His R is simply a quick way to throw but in pro play it could be game changing. It's unhealthy for a champion to be so strong for such a small scope of players yet completely trash for everyone else.

These buffs really aren't going to bring marksmen back into the game... This game has become more and more driven towards early game snowball, yet the marksmen buffs are targeted towards mid and late game. The damage values remain unchanged early on, which is where most marksmen struggle against mage and bruiser bot lanes. Reducing death timers so marksmen can feed faster into a lane of oppression in the current meta won't help them either. Also, giving Kalista a simple damage ratio buff on her e is not going to rescue that champion from F tier.
