A drastic decrease of ~40-60 ping for east coast players doesn't alleviate for a west coast player. Taarki (NA) : Just stop. Having 50-80 ping is fine. But right now players on the east coast sometimes have 150+. That is not fair, and by moving to a central location, ping will be more even. Zênith (EUW) : Varus or Diana IronWasabi (NA) in > Varus or Diana {{champion:110}} is one of those "hipster" picks for the mid lane. While {{champion:131}} is one of those pub-stomping champions that counters lots of good mid laners. They're two different types of champions {{champion:110}} is a poke and AD assassin mid laners which can come very handy if you require a lot of AD on your team. {{champion:131}} is a bursty AP mage/assassin which can truly delete someone in the blink of an eye. If you're looking for a very safe laning phase, pick {{champion:110}}, but if you're looking for a champion that can carry into late game and become a true horror, then {{champion:131}} is your pick.
