-Do not poke with W ever. It's a waste of mana. Only use it for actual fights. -When you're low health in lane, RW a monster in the jungle and get both ticks off. -RE is only effective if you have at least 2 other allies. -RQ can 100-0 people lategame -Don't RW an enemy champion thinking you'll be able to heal again before they kill you, you will likely die if you're low and trying to heal off them. -Movement speed buff should not be underestimated early game

(As much as this is gonna get downvoted) I agree, I hate Annie players. She is a broken and braindead champ. Her abilities aren't dodgeable and she can easily twoshot anyone. Her Q is ridiculous as it gives her free cs making it literally impossible to have any less than 90% of the cs in the lane. Her R can have one: incredible AoE burst damage (with an 2s AoE stun possibility) OR an incredibly broken summoned unit. ONE NOT BOTH. Her E literally makes her unkillable by ADCS and returns 100% of the damage and then some from their auto attacks. People say to "cc and burst her before she can do anything." What the f*ck do you think Annie does? Excactly that. People say "just use a gap closer and kill her quickly" Nope she stuns you while simultaneously dealing literally thousands of damage and dropping a broken bear on you. Say bye to your dreams. "Waste her burst combo on a tank and then kill her" 1. Her cooldowns are like 2 seconds so there's no "wasting" her abilities 2. She can easily stop you with a 40% damage reduction that also serves as burst damage Go ahead and downvote this I want Annie removed from this game and I don't care who knows.

Because reducing base armour and magic resist is a bit finnicky due to every enemy champion having different armour and magic resist, maybe make it a % factor instead. So say it was something like: **4% + 0.25% per level, up to a maximum of 8.5% reduction**. This would allow for more diversity in it. Or perhaps a flat amount *accompanied by* a percentage amount. For example: **Reducing enemy armour and magic resist by 5 (+0.25 per level) plus 7.5% of their maximum armour and magic resist.** Just for a thought! **First Ability:** I honestly love everything about this ability! I would put some thought into whether to make it *Invisibility* or *Camouflage*, but either way I think it'll be a great idea. Perhaps: If out-of-combat, becomes *camouflage* and increases the invisibility duration by double. If in combat, becomes *invisibility* and keeps the invisibility at a normal time frame. **Second Ability:** I must say I like where the concept for this ability was at, but it is a bit finnicky. Riot decided to try remove % Chance for most things that they could except for Critical Strikes, so adding a *% To Hit* ability might not go over well. So no I did not forget fizz. He's behind her. Also, there is no downside to her W. "Can crit, extra damage to minions, multi target" are not things. He is not invisible, he is just untargetable. That's 3 on one ability. W: heal, damage reduction. The passive does not count in this particular situation, and the other stuff you said goes with damage reduction. That's 2 on one ability. The other stuff you said is right, but it's not 5 like Fiora has. Nothing has above 4.

W: not really. Quinn completely makes them blind. This just reduces their sight range by a number of units. E: in urf, nobody can lose mana, so there. This ability doesn't do any damage. R: how is it broken? It pushes cooldowns back by 2-3 seconds. That's a less-powerful version of silence. Plus, that's all this ability does. It doesn't do damage or have any other effects. So no it's not broken.

: Its pretty cost efficient, but you can't judge it just on that. The ap and health cost like 1000 together, so you're getting the 15 mpen for 500 ish gold. Most champions don't make {{item:3151}} , and just about everybody can just make a {{item:1033}} to make ur buy worthless. Now you're 1500 gold in, and you haven't even started a core item lol. Haven't made a {{item:2049}} . A {{item:3098}} {{item:1001}} ? nope lol It's especially good against ADCs that dont make any MR lol. There's alot of gold efficient items like {{item:3191}} {{item:3101}}{{item:1058}} . And all the starting items. {{item:1055}} {{item:1056}} {{item:1082}} . I don't see an argument for {{item:3136}} withough looking at the other cost efficient ones.

: Yeah, her damage is pretty good but also very avoidable. Champions like Xerath does surprisingly well. Her chain is her main damage by now and its very easy to dodge. She just got nerfed once again, and she seems like shes in a pretty decent spot right now actually. I'm diamond 4, idk if you consider that high elo.

It's a similar interaction to Thresh's Q with the black shield. Thresh's Q "binds an enemy in chains" and also stuns them. The binded chains are not contingent on the target being stunned. Since the binded chains are not an immobilizong effect, they still happen, which is why he stays tethered to a target that has a black shield. Also, trapped doesn't directly mean "physically immobolized". For instance, you can be trapped in a marriage if your spouse refuses to sign the divorce papers, so there goes that argument too. And it clearly says in the description it reveals the target, so idk what you're even getting at.
