Can confirm. I played {{champion:55}} into {{champion:80}} and literally couldn't do anything. You just can't engage on him without getting massively out-traded. I also happen to think having invincibility on a basic ability is kind of busted. I think at least some cooldown/mana adjustments are in order in exchange for some buffs somewhere else.

I kinda get where OP is coming from. While the exclusion of the national Dex doesn't affect me personally, it's a big slap to the face to all the players that did keep up with it. They keep adding cheap gimmicks instead of just making new mechanics/abilities/items/evos to keep the game fresh. I'm still waiting for a true day/night mechanic like all the way back in gen 2. The biggest one for me is that there's so many Pokemon (champions) now that balance for the competitive scene is impossible. OU is full of broken stuff and each tier has their own broken stuff to the point that you have almost no chance to win with an off-meta team.

I think it's fine to have promos between tiers (bronze, silver, gold, etc.), but don't think they are really necessary to go between divisions. I'd rather be able to fluxuate between S1 and S2 and S1 again than be able to fall immediately from G4 back to S1.

Don't worry, I'm sure the Lux buffs will get compensated by a new skin soon enough! {{sticker:slayer-jinx-wink}} I do feel kind of bad for saying this, but I'm ok with Galio being where he is now. When he's viable, he's just a massive offensive and defensive threat with almost no room to punish. I agree his rework was a mistake. Maybe I'm also salty cuz I was M5 with old Galio ;-;

Jungle exp is so bad rn that I actually feel guilty when I farm because I should just be sitting in a bush next to a lane waiting to gank. But real talk, it's just about impossible to carry as a jungler if you have 3 losing lanes. I mained jg for 3 seasons and have had way more success carrying games as a mid main this season.

IMO he needs his base stats nerfed and his W and E cooldowns increased. Not a lot, just enough so he can't escape from EVERY SINGLE bad trade. He has too many defensive tools for the amount of damage he can do, especially considering he usually takes aftershock. Give him those nerfs and give him back his multiple target damage on Q to compensate.

This is also how I feel about {{champion:43}} {{champion:90}} {{champion:517}} {{champion:101}} {{champion:142}} {{champion:74}} Very mana and cooldown efficient and usually end up making your lane super uninteractive due to very small windows to trade.

It is a bug, apparently. I know the presets are there as a failsafe if you don't finish a rune page, but unless you fail to fill your primary tree, I'd rather the system just give random secondary runes and not change your keystone at all. I also wish when you get the pop-up to save your runes as the game starts that your runes, I don't know, actually get saved when you click yes..

Played a game of {{champion:4}} into {{champion:238}} one time. He got a kill on me at level 5. We came back to lane and he was level 6. He just W'd to me and ulted and picked up another kill before I could even start farming again, and that was a 1/0 assassin. Top lane is often worse. A one kill lead can snowball to a few more kills and a 2-3 level advantage really quickly. The real culprit here is damage output. There are too many damage steroids with new runes and pretty much every champ has the capability to 100-0 nowadays. Until that gets fixed, we just have to get used to the fact that League is now a team slayer game.

Pretty much agree with everything. First carousel should be 3-5 seconds longer and the first few PvE rounds should be like 5 seconds shorter. Extra time late game would be useful, but being on that time crunch kind of just adds to the intensity of being in the top 3 or 4 finalists.

Tried a TFT game on my alt account; got DC'd every 10-20 secs. I couldn't even equip my items or see that battles. Ended up leaving the game and went to my main to try a normal rift game. Still got DC'd every 10-30 secs. I don't mind staying away from TFT until that's fixed but if the servers are so bad that I can't even play normals, that's really messed up.

I feel the same way. Last season I became a mid main because I wanted to be able to carry and finally just get out of bronze and I climbed to silver pretty quickly. This season, getting out wasn't too bad, but now that I'm in silver I'm on an 8 or 9 match losing streak, despite winning lane and performing well. I could chalk it up to being unlucky with teammates but after 9 games in a row, it would seem the luck factor isn't applying anymore. I guess maybe the new matchmaking system and position ranks may have something to do with it, but I see it happen to high elo streamers too so who knows.

I've ran it on {{champion:164}} since her Q reset makes in pretty easy to get off 3 autos and thrn you'll get the damage bonus on her 2nd Q. But unless the entire enemy team is really squishy, yea conqueror is almost always better.

I believe keys are linked to honor now. Not sure if there is an exact number but the more honors you get, the more likely you'll receive key fragments. I have like 20 chests in the que but van usually get a key a week if I play consistently.

Honestly, I feel like ADCs are finally in a good place in terms of power throughout the game. I wish more effort was put towards nerfing the pick or ban champs and the champs that bully ADCs early game.

Eh, I see where Stylish and them are coming from, but I actually think Zed is in a good place as he is. Currently he needs to do well early game in order to be effective mid-late (as assassins should) but the re-addition to armor runes makes that a little tougher. I think it's a good balance. If they do end up buffing him, I hope they just lower his initial w cooldown a bit. Damage-wise I think he's fine.

I do think her damage could be toned down a bit, preferably her ratios, but I agree she hasn't been frustrating to go against. Most of the time, if you're paying attention, it's pretty clear when a champ is really Neeko. Thats why the times I get tricked, I'm not salty about it.

I didn't think the previous version was that bad tbh. I like the concept of a farming/scaling "harvest" rune. If they didn't want to front-load the damage, they should just make it so kills or assists harvest a soul and you should just get some adaptive damage scaling with souls collected. At least then you'd have to work for your damage.

I know people are complaining that it isn't enough, but I think it's a pretty good nerf. It opens up a slightly larger window for counterplay. Yeah her damage could be nerfed, but that's true for like 75% of the champs in the game anyway.

Honestly, these are pretty good nerfs. The open up a little more room for counterplay against these guys. Damage nerfs would be nice but damage needs to be nerfed across the board anyway so let's take what we can get.
