For the Swain changes, at one point it was mentioned that the Circle showing his Ultimate area of effect would be offset so it was more forward. Is that still in? Also swain already had mana issues with the earlier lower Q cooldown why no changes to his mana-pool, or the refund on kill etc?

: Yeah, Swain does look on the weak side at this point. Didn't want to do much in 8.4 (avoid over reacting) but will likely give him a bit of power in 8.5. Think it's likely that includes on the W, we were pretty cautious about making it too strong given its long range, but may have been overly careful.
Have you thought of buffing his Health and Resistances, or putting some sort of DR tied to the number of Soul Fragments he has? He seems very very squishy for a mid range mage that needs to be in combat for a long time to get his full potential out. His Q is still 2~ seconds at max ranks with CDR, much longer than say a {{champion:69}}.

I'm not sure what his mini form AA range is, but I think that could be a good place to hit. Would make his trading riskier.

Feature/Suggestion Name: Team Stats at end of game Opportunity/Problem Statement: We have individual stats at the end of game such as damage dealt and vision score, but no combined team stats, and I don't want to do the math. Brief Description: Team vs stats, such as vision score, damage dealt, objectives taken etc. I want to see the difference between how my team warded vs the other team without having to personally do the math at the end of game, same for other stats. Could be a toggle. Target Audience: All league Players

Feature/Suggestion Name: Normalize impaired vision/remove blind Opportunity/Problem Statement: We have several champions who cause the condition nearsighted but I think only 1 with a blind. Blind is much more oppressive than nearsighted as it can cause you to miss out on CS due to a condition, not a choice. . Brief Description: One of the biggest issues with the blind mechanic is the ability to actively deny CS. I can make a choice to go up and get CS and take harassment in lane against any champion and know the risk/reward, most often done in Ranged vs Melee match-ups. I will take around X damage but I should get Y CS for taking that damage. Blind is the only non movement impairing condition that can actively affect your ability to CS. I suggest 2 options, 1 normalize impaired vision, or make blind only affect attacks versus champions. Target Audience: All league Players

: Ranked SR: 7.21 - 30.05 7.22 with matchmaking bug - 28.57 7.22 with bug fixed - 29.26 That also includes the -10s from earlier game start too. I don't have standard deviation to hand, though as above that's something we'll be looking at shortly. Looking at a snowball measure we use games are somewhat more snowbally, but the data being looked at for that includes pre bug fix games, so not putting any weight on the numbers there until we've got those filtered out.
What about the number of game that surrender between 15-10 minutes? I know I have had more of those since the pres-season patch.

: Yes, that’s the intended behavior. It makes it relatively more appealing to champions who don’t build CDR but value their ult (Shen likes primary Resolve and splash for this), and makes the cases where champions who are already stacking a ton of CDR less “degenerate” of always having ult

Yorick and his allies do not treat his wall as terrain so condem would not work. Try it in a custom with Yorick on your team to see if it works then.

We may end up moving mana costs around in other ways, but Cho's total kit mana costs should still feel equal in the final version. Anecdotally, he hasn't had mana problems in internal playtests.

Any thoughts to changing Ekko's expected role to diving fighter? With the prevalence of Tank and TriForce ekko this year and his kit, he is seeming more like a diving fighter that wants to get to the back line instead of an assassin. With issues in making him fit/be played as an assassin would a shift in his perceived role help in balancing him?
: Hi Legendsofthedark, Item sets currently doesn't really deliver on how we'd like to manage in game item sets. It's kind of cumbersome to use, it's difficult to create builds for different combinations of maps, roles, and champions and in many cases just isn't really used very much. Instead of recreating item sets as they currently exist we're much more interested in exploring new ways for how players manage and take things into game with them. What are some of the ways/things you'd like to be able to setup? Item sets? Runes/Masteries? Spells? Regards! ABV
I would like to be able to modify rune pages just like I do Mastery pages in champ select. For some champs I use very slightly different rune setups and it would be better to not have individual rune pages for them.

Never ask for someone to be reported. Asking for that is actually one of the things riot bans and places restrictions for. I find the ones asking for people to be reported are doing so for what they see as non-optimal game play for a champion. When there are multiple ways to build and play a champion. I always tell myself I am not the be all authority of game play nor is anyone else I am playing with, and then ignore whomever is calling for reports.
: Yep, just like Randomonium described, there is a border around the champions on the Champions page. Also, if you hover over the champion, the tool tip will have a gold chest in the lower right hand corner if you have earned one for that champion.
It is nice on our champions page but can we also get the border in Champion Select? Small QoL change that would be awesome.

Does Bastion act like {{champion:429}} 's passive where if you walk back in range it reactivates or do you have to reactivate it on a champion after being out of tether range?
: Because it allows him to have a ton of split-push pressure when built tanky enough to escape collapses.
It also gives movement speed when you are near turrets, good for ganks/chase.

Can you add the gold border around champions that you have already received a Chest for in Champ Select please? It already exists in my summoner profile so I hope it would be easy to do. It would just be a nice feature especially if you think you have a good chance at a chest because of yourself or a teammate.

: We currently do not support or optimize for tablets. So you _can_ technically download the iPhone version for your iPad but it _may_ be wonky as heck.

Why have any AP scaling on {{champion:98}} ? To me having that be Max health or armor or AD would be more in line with being a tank.

How do you see these ward changes affecting the use of the Teleport Summoner Spell? The chance for an invisible ward being placed in lane for someone to TP to would seem much decreased and could affect teamfight/gank situations.
