So if I want to play regular SR during Wintertime, I’m fucked because everyone’s going to be playing the missions for Poro King? Missions would be organized in a way to prevent high queue times. But playing regular SR has its own rewards. Some people really just want to climb the ranks, so SR will still be a very active game mode. They could also have daily SR missions to keep people playing.
: The problem with keeping around a lot of gamemodes is that it kills every other mode's queues. If all of the smaller modes are up it would take forever to get into a single match on any of them.

: Luden’s shouldn’t apply spell effects
{{item:3085}} is more effective. On hit effects are applied to the additional "bolts" every single attack. {{item:3285}} requires using an ability after charging the Luden's, and I'm almost 100% positive Luden's doesn't work the way you say it does. I'll use {{champion:17}} as an example because I think it's immediately obvious how Luden's would work. You seem to be suggesting that- if an Ally of mine walks into a Teemo shroom, I will get poisoned if only the Luden's splash hits me. But again, almost 100% positive that this isn't the case. Runes like Ravenous Hunter obviously apply because the bonus damage from Luden's is still "damage dealt". So after ALL damage is applied, then the % Healing is considered. Another equally silly argument would be "The extra shots from {{item:3085}} shouldn't apply Lifesteal."

: Heimer turrets aren't good for supporting as they CS. His rockets aint bad though.
I understand why people think this, but it's a common misconception. Heimerdinger's turrets attack random enemies within the AOE _initially_*, meaning they will attack CS. However, the DPS is pretty low and it isn't hard for your ADC to get the last hit. As long as you aren't trying to clear minions, the turrets won't steal CS. Another factor is that Heimerdinger's basic attacks command his turrets to attack the same target. His attacks and abilities mark an enemy with a little lugnut, and charge turrets, and turrets focus marked targets. So if you aren't attacking and casting on minions (which as Support you shouldn't) then your turrets will either charge too slow to clear CS, or will focus Enemy Champions anyways. Another important thing to consider is how you upgrade abilities. Heimer Support might benefit by putting Q at lvl 2 quickly, but the poke from W and CC from E are the real utility. So: ( Q , E , W , Q , E , R , E , E ...) might be an optimal build. Getting a quick lvl 2 turret, then maxing E, W , Q in that order. I feel like the fear of Heimerdinger Supports taking CS falls short when AP bursts like Lux or Brand are also capable of insane wave clear. But we rely on good teamwork and sportsmanship to trust these players won't steal the ADC's cs. But the point of the post is that Champions who are restricted to playing "strictly support" need to have more noticeable influence on the game. I don't see a heavy impact from these Champions.

: Hmmmm wow a post that is nothing for bs getting upvotes great. I love that your only reason for her being strong is basically winrate showing you clearly don't understand statistics. Her heal isn't good especially early game so idk why you think she has good sustain o I actually do know why you think that just you haven't even seen or played her and you're just looking at her abilities since you want to complain about something. Like I'm even going to go over more since most of it is you saying them should remove something for no reason other then you going reeee. Guess what her playrate is shit, she is statistically weaker compared to lot of adcs like 4% fucking playrate that isn't good. Having a 4% playrate means you're most likely in need of buffs. Please don't use statistics since you don't understand them, please stop saying champions are op because you want to rant about something, and please give real arguments to why champions are op.
Senna's heal is amazing when you consider runes. She automatically heals herself using her Q, before any healing from damage is applied she's already gaining a flat heal that stacks off her AD, and deals damage scaling off AP meaning the amount of healing from damage is increased. Runes like Ravenous Hunter are going to amplify the actual healing amount once damage is considered. Fleet Footwork ends up giving her amazing sustain... So yeah. Idk about that.

: Can we please have a new champion that isn't a human(or a cat)?
I'm not trying to blast my page or be "spammy" but I just posted an idea for a robot champion shaped like a cube. Look up "B L O X" if you're interested. But I agree, too many humanoids.
: Do you know the longest auto attack range in the game without endlessly stacking mechanics is 800 range? That is Twitch when using ultimate ability. While you are giving champions the ability to attack from 2250 range which is 150 range less than pre nerf Kog'maw lvl 16 ulti range or 450 range more than Kog'maws current ulti range. I don't know about you but that sounds broken...
That's fair. Tbh I wasn't 100% certain on good scaling, I used Jhin's Ultimate as a base reference when working the range for cubic cannons.

: you don't look like a new player at all who are you trying to fool? but if you really are congrats on understanding a lot of things so fast wow
I've been watching my brother play ARAM forever
: get to at least level 30 before you start complaining about a game you don't even play enough of to understand
I work in sales. My money relies on the philosophy "just try it out, and if you don't like it, then return it". Because if they stick around long enough through the shitty service- I can get paid. I'm not stupid enough to buy into a bad investment of my time. As a new player- the game should be trying to make a better first impression. Knowing that even one character exists doing flashy stunts and getting away unharmed is enough to tell me the balance of the game is busted. In any game- avoiding damage is "TANK". This character jumping around and avoiding all damage, resetting auto attacks, and all while dropping damage with no real consequences tells me I'm not going to like this game- because I prefer to play tanks. And watching how fast people get mowed down tells me there's no such thing as a tank- you want to avoid damage and be a frontline power house then choose a flashy character that gets to jump around everywhere every half a second. Bad image. Maybe you've invested too much time into the game to accept the harsh reality that the game is failing you as a devoted player. And for that I feel for you.
: I recommend that you play more PVP games before posting stuff like this.
Don't need to. I've read a lot of player opinions on the game. Someone called "Yasuo", problems with "burst damage" breaking games. The balance is way off. This problem doesn't exist so heavily in other PvP style games. Even the shotguns in CoD were made to be more balanced. I think the issue is these flashy characters. The game tries too hard to be technical, and with over 100 characters to balance, balancing is literally impossible when you have to calculate these flashy characters. Take Runescape, for example. VERY simple power dynamic, no issues with balancing. Mage > Warrior > Ranger > Mage Simple balancing tool. League of Legends? No real balance of power when it comes to fighting style. This Katarina champion jumping around everywhere without any cooldowns or costs, ignoring crowd control because apparently crowd control doesn't apply until after the dash for some stupid reason. Maybe you shouldn't stand up for the game when the game is a complete failure. And maybe don't assume people's intelligence, and don't assume their knowledge is irrelevant. As a new player- this game has to make a good first impression. "Playing more games" isn't likely to happen, because it's a junkyard of backwash ideas. I downloaded a game that bragged "140 Unique Champions" first game I fight a guy who steals my ultimate ability. "Unique". SO UNIQUE.
: ARAM isn't unlocked immediately because it requires a base pool of champions which, feasibly, should be available through doing tutorials and leveling your account. As for it not telling you to kill minions, I'm 90% certain that the tutorial gives that barest amount of information. I acknowledge it isn't good but it at least tells you the basics; kill minions for gold and items and use those items and gold to take turrets for more gold and items until you can take their entire base. So yes, you have to play SR(which is the primary form of League) in order to get new champions. You could even play bot games since they're pretty easy. Just call mid so you can have a lane to yourself and farm there. Or see if you can get some friends into the game with you. its more fun with friends, particularly friends who are experienced with it.
ARAM is available the moment you download the game. Maybe they changed that recently? But I'm able to play ARAM, it's just not really "All Random" when I have a small pool of characters to work with.
