Why not make the Item's Void Spawns, Range and HP, Scale with adaptive stats and HP and lvl. So Splitpushers and even AP Tanks like Singed can still use it. commented about this aswell in the past. there must be a way to make the item better or let it build into other items such as Righteous glory or Deadmans Plate. {{item:2053}} -->{{item:3800}} or {{item:3742}} Already said more on Riot Scruffy's Post, but all were dismissed or not discussed so hoping to atleast hear some good news like maybe {{item:3005}} being worked to be released, since it was held back because it seemed problematic or too strong, But {{item:3161}} was released instead... Toplane splitpush is down, and Midlane assassins and splitpush is buffed for when they go to sidelanes. So this promotes Aram mid and since Conqueror doesn't do true dmg anymore, atleast we'll see more Tanks, But Tanks won't have as much impact/carry as Midlane.

: Please dont remove Raptor Cloak please. At least add it to either {{item:3800}} or {{item:3742}} . Many top lane users such as singed and darius benefit from the item in tough matchups and others as well. A item that you should look into removing should be {{item:2419}} Also while we are at {{item:3800}} you should remove {{item:3024}} from its build path and replace it with partors cloak. None of its users benefit from the mana that it gives, only the cooldown reduction and armor.
Their removal will just cuck Juggernauts and other immobile champions that need Movement speed to catch up or be a threat or help them with rotations or staying in lanes to split. Legit removed all Splitpush items... I like RG aswell for a potential item for Raptor cloak. But Idk how its recipe could fit.

It's a nice item for when you're behind and getting dove top because the movement speed allows for some outplays. It also helps you get back to lane, and stay in lane longer. Unless top gets some serious damage and tankiness increases, top will still be decided by the jungler.
Or by midlane since they are buffing assassins... but Yeah Raptor Cloak building into {{item:3742}} wouldn't be so bad IMO, But getting tired of saying it, it's been more than 7 Months now I bet.

Hey, Wouldn't it be better if we knew the 3rd Dragon that's going to spawn in champ select? So the Teams can draft around it, this would make the Pro play scene around it much more interesting aswell, since you can draft a bit for it, for a team that can use the potential dragon soul much better. 1. * Like Knowing it's Wind and using immobile champs/Junglers. 2. * Making use of Fire drake to know you can draft a scaling or go for a early game team to snowball harder. 3. * Or going a sustain/poke heavy comp to make full use of the Water drake. 4. * Or just going an assassin/Pick comp to make use of the Bushes or prepare for it by drafting a safe comp with tanks or champions with vision spells like Ashe. 5. * Would make champ select a bit more interesting especially since you can take shield or tanks when you know it's Mt. Drake and make full use of shieldbash or make a comp around tanks and enchanters with a protect the ADC comp.

The Preseason promised more Toplane influence and Impact, but it's not like Toplane Minions themselves are giving more XP, it's just that solo laners are going to get more XP. But what does this really mean? Well Midlane is getting more lethality items, and we still don't see any AP Bruiser items, but they are getting them at some point, Midlane along with JG was also one of the most impactful lanes since they can roam and impact other lanes, and with JG XP being lowered they will be stronger now. Ofcourse Toplane is getting solo XP aswell, but what is happening to our lane? Well Shojin is Gone, Conqueror is Nerfed and {{item:2053}} {{item:3512}} {{item:3056}} Are gone, Most of these other than the latter IMO are Good thing and Fine. But this means that Midlane still has the upperhand meaning, There's no toplane Impact really outside of Getting 2 Rift Heralds, when Really midlane with Melee assassins can easily go take it with the Jg more, since they can roam and just go Beat up botlane, as toplane still won't be as relevant as Midlane can be this Preseason... No new Runes for Tanks or Champ's with weird Niche's like a new DoT Rune for Mages like {{champion:69}} {{champion:90}} {{champion:63}} To try and keep the Lethality assassin meta that's coming in, Nor one for pet users such as Malz himself along with other Toplane ones like Yorick, or just a rune that helps DoT/Sustain dmg Champs, since Yorick's Ghouls are counted as DoT so they don't proc Conqueror instantly. So Assassin Meta is incoming with nothing to counteract it like more Tank or Anti Burst items, It's just like how when Conqueror was given true dmg and Tanks were gone, and then Shojin became broken so meta was around those who can abuse it. I don't know the numbers yet, but isn't getting Nimbus Cloak as the Wind Dragon Soul, somewhat underwhelming maybe? considering only champions that run Phase rush or need help catching up use it already. So this buff may feel like the weakest again since it's somewhat based on how much you can use MS boosts. When everybody can use or appreciate a HP/Mana Regen, Shield, or dmg. But does a dashy Champion like Irelia/Yas really need MS or will even feel it's impact when they ult? Just a thought.

Why is the solution to Ranged Tops Bullying Melees with just autos is to buy {{item:1054}} when some Melees need mana and always start {{item:2033}}, Why isn't the change something like: Minions aggro duration is doubled for Ranged Champions. Since we all know they dismiss the fact you're being auto attacked or point clicked on by Ryze half the time and there's barely any punish for it unless they are low, since minion dmg is shite early game.

Through out the majority of S9 His counters or ones where he doesn't have the edge have been buffed since his Nerf in Feb. So champs like {{champion:114}} {{champion:23}} {{champion:58}} {{champion:82}} {{champion:24}} have just been buffed A LOT and every patch there's another Bruiser getting buffed. {{champion:92}} next patch and probly {{champion:86}} if his changes go through. My only wish is that his Q heal which is 12-82 (Doubled when low) has an HP Ratio atleast or he gains some resists per Ghouls/Graves out like his Old passive Pre-rework. Because honestly half the time I beat somebody its because they missplayed and doesn't know what he does. Plz tell me you're optimizing item builds and making something like: {{item:1011}} + {{item:2053}} = {{item:3742}} Like what if Zzrot {{item:3512}} and Ohmwrecker {{item:3056}} unite and become a New Item since I heard both are being removed and remade into one item: Every big Voidling Spawn from the Portal will Disable The Tower for X Seconds scaling off of Champion lvl or HP. Rot Portal's HP scales with it's user's HP, Armor and MR. (Spells can be used on it) Voidling Spawnrate scales with HP, Spawnrate is increased by 0.5x /50% per XHP. Voidling Dmg scales with Champion lvl Voidling distance scales with AP Something like this would make it's users buy it more and open it up for others, maybe the active or stats aren't the right idea, but you get what I mean. Everyone that builds it gets something a bit different, wether it's a Singed or a Yorick or somebody else who splits or could make use of the item. Plz tell me Atma's {{item:3005}} is coming back in pre-season and Will have a HP component like Jaurim fist or Kindlegem since it's HP based. and Will Cowl {{item:3211}} be buffed since it's price is pretty high but shitty effectiveness these days... Also Will XP share be changed again for Season 10? My Point is that Champ stats need a rework, atleast The Melee to Juggernaut to Tank ones. to where they actually gain a lot of HP per lvl or more Armor. An example is like this: Not certain how much a basic Tank is gaining these days but this is just a sample. Melee: 50 HP per lvl , Juggernauts/immobile Melee's like Olaf: 75, Tanks: 100 So the equivalent of it is 1.0 > 1.5 > 2.0 and every other Champion has values below that to show that they are suppose to be squishier and even if they're items are heavy in HP like Morrello's and Liandry making LB's have 3k HP these days, atleast a Swain which is Mage that should have the HP stats of a Juggernaut or Melee, so he would be atleast be around 4k HP compared to the LB's and other Mages stats. Hey Meddler, is the Ornn Buff, the one talked about where he's getting his shield back in someway or form? Will it work like: Everytime you hard CC somebody you gain a shield? in this way Ornn can gain it through his W E and R and you can just make the E shield scale off his armor and MR like with his E. if that's where the Shield will be coming from, So if he does Proc Multiple shields, they aren't too Big. As for Fiora, Keep in mind this is her 4th Buff this patch and this is going to Power creep her into being a really strong pick eventually, Ontop of that every Buff she gets will make the laners she beats worse and thus spiking her W vs them even more than usual. Meaning it's also a Nerf to anybody that already struggled vs Fiora. That's Depending the Buff ofcourse. Also what's the Current plans on Tanks/Juggernauts Items/Runes for Pre-season if there's a Goal in mind, and is the Shop revamp still going through for this Pre-season? Where items will build better, Like {{item:2053}} +{{item:1011}} Build into {{item:3742}} Since it makes sense.

Kled E aswell, Ontop of that Morde removes Ghouls from play with his Ult, even if you Ult in his realm they die when you come back aswell.

Rot Portal's HP scales with it's user's HP, Armor and MR. (Spells can be used on it) Voidling Spawnrate scales with HP, Spawnrate is increased by 0.5x /50% per 500HP. Voidling Dmg scales with Champion lvl Voidling distance scales with AP Plz tell me Atma's {{item:3005}} is coming back in pre-season and Will have a HP component like Jaurim fist or Kindlegem since it's HP based. and Will Cowl {{item:3211}} be buffed since it's price is pretty high but shitty effectiveness these days...

Hi There Meddler, Anything coming up in the Pre-season for some Niche Playstyle champs such as Yorick? Through a QoL buff or Through an Item such as Zzrot, I recall there being a thread post about reworking old Items such as {{item:3512}} and {{item:3056}} Into one item or just expand the Raptor cloak line, like making {{item:2053}} +{{item:1011}} build into {{item:3742}} Would help Immobile champs that like MS or To make Rotations when Splitpushing or Chasing others. (Hec, Singed, Udyr, etc) Mostly curious on whos on the rather Classwise or specific champ wise for Pre-season that could be shared and discussed about :] I still miss Ornn's shield, would be decent if he gained it everytime he Proc's his Brittle effect, so it's multiple shields, Could be on his E and making his shield scale with MR and Armor like his E aswell. To everytime he Proc's the Brittle dmg, or everytime you hard CC so his E can give him a shield if he knocks up. As for Yorick, what I mean by a QoL buff, is something simple such as, Increasing his Gravecount amount, but making his passive work for everything that dies in the game, So he has more Access to ghouls. Another Idea is making it so when he dies, His Ghouls don't die, so he feels a bit more like the other Pet Champs like Zyra, Heim, Annie and Old Malz so if he does die they can stay alive and potentially avenge him or still apply map pressure such as for the Maiden once she's lvl 11 she needs to be killed seperately, which is a part of Old Yorick that was lost along with Different types of Ghouls and his DMG reduction per Ghouls out. I already gave up on the Different type of Ghouls as a touch up later on, but the %DMg reduction or something else per Ghoul out would be a nice nod for to the Old Yorick Mori. I know his WR is fine, but keep in mind he's one of the only champs that has a lot of bad matchups but wins through Macro and Decision making while Splitpushing, But he's still one of the Only Juggernauts that has no real Defensive stats he can scale with or has no spell that can make him tank dmg such as a Shield or insane Heals outisde of Q that can't be spammed if you're being kited in a teamfight hard and only healing hard once you're below half HP.

Anything coming up for Yorick anytime soon? Most of his decent matchups aren't as good anymore and for the past months a lot of his Hard counters got buffed or worse. (Morde got reworked and his R is just too much, Jax, Fiora, Renekton, Trynd, Etc.) And now there's More ranged Toplane champs with Trist even. What about him getting some power or way to handle ranged Tops, but Jax the guy with more MS and a Leap and hard CC is getting a nudge to help him out? Silly imo.

Yeah, I would like if Mercs {{item:3111}} had a passive where CC chaining is less effective on you when you have the item, Like something around the lines of "If you've been hit with hard CC the next hard CC effectiveness is reduced by 50%" That way the item doesn't feel useless vs A LOT OF CC and if you want to avoid CC chain you would have to buy this item and not feel forced into QSS {{item:3140}} when it only builds into an ADC/Skirmisher Item and only other one is {{item:3222}} Just like how Tabis reduce on-hit AA Dmg with a % while also giving armor, Mercs should also give decent Tenacity while having a passive that makes throwing a lot of CC unto this target less effective.

What Changed? Runes were Reforged again, Almost everybody lost some stats and they brought back Mini runes which give armor and MR, while also bring in a LOT of dmg, So much that Vlad doesn't even Build Visage as Core anymore or damn near at all. More AP items has CDR so he litterally has 1-2 second downtime on some spells later on and it's all game of " I hope you can walk away from my AoE E that slows you, My Q that Hastes me forward at times and Kill me before I pool and repeat this process while I spam my strongest ability on you by Point clicking you and taking Half your HP Away. If Vlad is Full AP there's nothing stopping him from Flashing/Proto Belt, or just Pool with his Hasted Q into E his Q with or without his ult, while having either of those spells back up in less then 3 seconds Mid/LateGame. NOTHING ZERO COUNTERPLAY OR INTERRACTION, just get out of his range- YOU CANT.

Hey Cap Repertoir Any love coming in for {{item:3056}} and{{item:3512}} Before both are removed for another Sieging Item? Zzrot Stalls waves and Deals dmg to Turrets, While Ohmwrecker makes Turrets go MIA basically, what if their combination would be something like this: **Passive - Ohm's Rot** Enemy Minions and Turrets Grow Weaker while you're around losing Resists and Dmg, While Transfering the Stolen stats to your Allied Minions/Pets and Turret. This would make anybody that wants to splitpush able to do it by basically having a Mini Trundle Ult {{champion:48}} to Buff his Minions/Turrets and Debuff the Enemies. With Balanced Numbers/Scaling ofcourse leaning on The Tank side of things. **Active - Zz's Wreckage** You summon The Same Voidlings, but their Range of travel scales with your Lvl (Current Range at live would be at lvl 9, So at lvl 18 The Range is Doubled) But this one sends out Multiple Voidlings Based on your AP, but it's dmg scales with HP. So 1 extra Voidling Per 100 Total AD/AP , And DMG scaling is per 1k HP, The Base will be really low so untill you have 2k HP it isn't worth it, and item can't be rushed early game either. BUT everybody could still technically use it. Also what about just making {{item:2053}} Build into {{item:3742}} Since it makes sense for the most part, and would make the item better without it being too bland compared to thornmail and Omen, It would also Compensate and promote the Item on Champions like Hecaraim that got a Nerf while also giving others like Shyvanna & Olaf something nice.

I feel like the post contradicts itself in some cases... You say there's item's too similar to each other and that leads to players only choosing the stronger one, while also saying that you nerf them because they were unhealthy, when that means if you Nerf {{item:3230}} people will just go to {{item:3748}} and then say that there aren't decisions made while buying items that impact the game. But that's because when a Split pusher had an Item {{item:3512}} to splitpush better, it was nerfed and not balanced accordingly. But when an ADC gets items to DPS better wether it's about the On-hits {{item:3124}} or the Crits {{item:3031}} They are barely balanced the same way. Items like Zzrot and Steraks were made for Splitpusher's and Juggernauts, but were allowed on ranged Champions in the beginning and wasn't clear enough it only scales if you actually build health, so any ADC could build it and use it. Same thing now with Aftershock, it's for engagers when they go in, so they have bonus resists to surive, not Mages with CC to abuse it, why is it not scaling with your Bonus HP? or your actual Resists? Why does it have Ratio that aren't on the tank side. Like we have the Raptor Cloak like, that focuses around rotating around towers and moving in and out as you splitpush, why isn't it just a component of Deadman's Plate? Why was {{item:3005}} Cancelled or held back because it could be problematic since it helps pushing when it only works when you actively build HP. But it's perfectly fine to rework Shojun {{item:3161}} from a 1v9 AD item that gives Divers/Juggernauts like Illaoi an Item to strive when they are outnumber'd or just engage. But It's Fine to make sure Jax,Ren,Riven have even lower CD's and Spam CC and Dmg, Like is Jax going urf Mode dodging and Stunning really more balanced? You're right though there are some items or actives that shouldn't be used by everyone, for example, I always saw Zhonyas as an AP Armor item that when a Caster is in trouble or needs time they go in stasis to regain their Cooldowns since they are not so AA based and more about their spells. But now everybody and their mom can make a mistake and go golden, It's very frustrating trying to Kill a priority Target such as Vayne only for them to go stasis and make your good play of catching out worthless. Why aren't there more Jaurim Fist items? It's actually good and nice for Tank/Juggernauts, Especially when Urgot can only build one since Graves and other adc's made sure he can't use it before he was even meta. Why {{item:3137}} not another option for a QSS item? Are there only AD heavy ADC's in the game, or is somebody like {{champion:429}} do not exist, so she doesn't have an option to go for more Lifesteal with {{item:3139}} or get more AS with Dervish. There was a talk a while ago about Items that reduce Shields but they never came out and all I saw close to it was Aatrox's ~~and Irelia ~~Passive. Half the time ADC items are pushed more in their favor while Fighters lose items such as {{item:3153}} as a viable option, but at the same time {{item:3078}} was also pushed more for fighters, and only Ezreal and Corki use Tri still. While other people who like it such as Lucian and Quinn (Season 4) Don't ever build it anymore while they still weave in spells. There needs to be more paths for Items such as {{item:3057}} {{item:3044}} {{item:3101}} They both have just 2 Paths, they either become {{item:3078}} {{item:3115}} or {{item:3071}} , What about a {{item:3044}} + {{item:3134}} for assasins or just the Phage passive unto one, or one for immobile adc's that would enjoy a small MS to kite. Or a Sheen item that Heck I hate him but even Yasuo could use or ADC's. Before you clean them all up, refine them and open up the Options, having only TWO paths to an item, if they are similar always , ALWAYS, Leads to the same thing, Which one is better? Once you figure that out the other one is almost never used unless they contrast each other like Fire and Water.

His Q removes Slows already really and this removes skill expression since now you would just Q and run at them without waiting out for a slow that could kite you, then Q again to just RUN at them and spin. Champs like that are boom or bust most the time and become problematic when you can't get them off or fight back. which is why Volibear is on the rework List for a while. Cause if he flips you it's GG good gank. If he doesn't welp feelsbad. but Unlike Garen he doesn't have a W for dmg reduction or free resist stats and his heal only triggers when he's too low to go back in and the heal is too slow to rely on.

I thought the Urgot Nerfs were going to be his Base dmg being lowered and his AD ratios being a bit higher or something like that, not a CD Nerf on his Core Ability being his W. That is a nerf a good one but a bit harsh already when the window to attack him is already when that is down, and his W stays on for 4 seconds, but CD starts AFTER the 4 seconds, It's not like Varus Q where it starts on Cast nor like Aatrox where the CD goes down the moment after you start the first Q's, Not sure who else has something like that. But this Nerf is hard. His Abilities already have Double digit CD's early game, From passive being 30, Q-12, W-13(Now 17) and 16 on his E. And since he maxes W second usually, this means even at lvl 9 the CD is still high asf... You hit him this hard with no compensation anywhere, But gave Irelia's Ult more damage (75/125/175 to 125/200/275) and increased the 60% Slow to 90%, Lowered none of her damage and just gave her MORE Damage and less Buffs/Debuffs. Why she even needs a 90% Slow with a point click dash already and 200 AA range. But that's fine clear bias on Irelia where she always gets compensation but Champs like Urgot and Yorick only get straight Nerfs. (And when Yorick does get Buffs half of them are reverted the Same weak)

With the current Yorick changes that makes the Maiden online for aslong as you can keep her alive, What's the use of his passive during that time window? It's basically dead and unlike most other champions imo his passive isn't interactive much and doesn't offer much at all, What's the Point of it if you can get Graves with his Q anyway. What's the point of even lowering the Grave count if early game it's still every 2 waves (12) then goes to 6(Midgame where you have sheen already and can't be bothered) And lategame where Maiden is with you all the time most likely already. Fix/Update/Rework do something more with his Passive..., Not even sure why his ult was so heavily focused for the Buffs when his early game is where he lacks so hard he can't get to a point where he's solid enough to split or even try to be a Tank in a teamfight with no stat in his kit that scales with HP. (Unlike every other Juggernaut that benefits from HP to make them tanky and just their Pets that get 1 shot by targetted spells) Mundo,Voli,Garen,Illaoi,Darius,Morde,Udyr,Nasus, Aatrox,Shyvanna,Trundle all of their regens/Heals/Stat buffs are either reliant on their HP or work best with HP, Like Shyv getting free resists so she can stack HP AD Items, Etc.

Good Day Meddler, Why exactly Irelia being nerfed in that way? Nobody is really complaining about her Passive that shreds shields, that's something unique to her, sure some complain about her Ult disarming but that's also unique to her, Ofcourse not because it's unique it means she's balanced but overall what do these nerfs do to Irelia? he will still deal the same damage, and Whiff every ability but manage to stack it to get a free steroid. Now her Ult does more damage and she just doesn't have the Disarm Debuff or the Buff to break shields. None of her dmg numbers on her Passive has been tuned at all or on how easily she can get it wether she lands an ability or not, You just gave her more damage on her ultimate as a compensation as if she needs more damage, while everytime you Nerf somebody else like You know who ~~Yorick~~ there's no compensation at all for what he loses. Lost 3 Base AD as a Juggernaut, while on on the PBE I see Jax losing 1 base AD while he's the champion that goes full dmg, is mobile, hits a button to give her armor depending on how much AD he's stacking and just AA's somebody to death with CC and AS Steroids. Back to Irelia again these nerfs aren't the right way, Remeber old Darius Q? Where it didn't matter wether or not if you landed the Edge of the Q or not it always healed you? after that you realized that it's silly and needed a nerf and made it so you need to hit the Edge to heal and deal the full dmg. Now let's look at Irelia, She can miss her E W R but because she can easily stack her Q and the Q stacking her passive doesn't have a cap of atleast 2 Ionian Fervor stacks, makes it so half the time she doesn't need to land sht to get her passive to work, just Spam it onto minions and all in with steroids for free. What if Fiora just needed to Q you to proc her Vital 24/7? Or Darius doesn't need to Land her Q right to get his passive stacks, Etc. Why is she the exception in this, most steroid passives has some counterplay for the enemy, like even with Ashe Q or Quinsoo, you can fight before they get the stacks for free or go in when it isn't stacked, or hug a wall vs Fiora ult, or disengage after a good trade vs Darius before he gets all 5, Etc. But Irelia? She stacks it on her own, Then point click Q's you for a free Ult into her E since her R makes a narrow path anyway and + Conq and everything else she murders everybody...

: We've still got a fair bit of Yorick stuff in 9.2, though they're the sorts of things that can be harder to spot on the PBE. Quick rundown: Passive: * Yorick's minions no longer deal reduced damage when they are far from Yorick * Deaths required for a grave: 12/8/4 > 12/6/2 (ARAM: 4->2) * Gold given by Mist Walkers: 5 > 2 E: * Mist Walkers and Maiden of the Mist will no longer sometimes fail to respond to Mourning Mist hits R: * Health: 700/1500/4000 (+30% Yorick's Health) > 300/1000/3000 (+70% Yorick's Health) * The Maiden will now follow Yorick and assist him until Yorick or Maiden dies.. Yorick can recast R to set her free, but cannot regain her after he has done so. * While following Yorick, the Maiden will leash back to Yorick if he moves too far from her We'd like to see how the above impacts him before considering any further changes. Some of these adjustments are fairly unusual relative to normal balance changes which makes it quite a bit harder for us to estimate their power ahead of time. Playtesting still helps of course, but we'll only get a limited number of games internally and PBE's not a very useful resource for balance testing.

I can assure you he'll feel stronger or more in control with those ult changes but..., To be fair it's his early game that's a problem or why he's fairly weak for a while. Most Juggernauts when they are in a losing lane have something in their kit that they can fall back to, to survive in the lane for a while longer and usually or always it's them having durability or sustain that they can rely on while hugging their tower for a bit. {{item:3083}} Regen: Mundo, Garen, Volibear, Trundle.{{champion:36}} {{champion:86}} {{champion:106}} {{champion:48}} {{item:3193}} Def Steroids: Shyvanna, Trundle, Garen, Mundo.{{champion:102}} {{champion:48}} {{champion:86}} {{champion:36}} {{summoner:21}} Shield: Morde, Udyr, Urgot ~~Skarner~~.{{champion:82}} {{champion:77}} {{champion:6}} {{champion:72}} {{summoner:7}} Heal: Nasus, Aatrox, Illaoi, Darius. {{champion:75}} {{champion:266}} {{champion:420}} {{champion:122}} (Nasus' and Aatrox's only scale with lvl like Yorick's but is a strong Lifesteal/Omnivamp and they have their R to regain or gain HP.) {{champion:83}} That's all The Juggernauts in the Game that are listed(Rip Skarner) excluding Yorick but ofcourse he has a heal aswell, But Yorick is the only one with any of the above that doesn't scale or stack with any itemization, again even with Aatrox's and Nasus'static healing stats they both can build a Lifesteal/Omnivamp Items like DD or Visage to amplify them. All he has in the Early game from lvl 1-lvl 6 is a 12-20 Flat HP Heal on his Q that is doubled when he's below Half HP so 24-40, not saying it's bad but compared to the others he has the short end of the Shovel.

: Crit Item Explorations Part 2
As somebody that really has been enjoying Sivir for a month, I don't like the Fact my favorite item on her {{item:3508}} is losing it's CDR Buff, Now she doesn't have that fun moment of pumping out her W and Q constantly after she ults, which as I'm used to it I bet it's going to feel odd so I'll just build {{item:3161}} Spear of Shojin along with ER Idk... What happened to the Spear of Shojin and Atmas anyway? Shojin now just is given ER's old passive, Why not just make this item called Something Reaver, like how we have {{item:3748}} and {{item:3074}}, that way you can keep their identities apart since New Shojin doesn't resemble nothing of it's former passive with the Dragonheart passive and all. Also every Full Crit item in the Game has 25% Crit, meaning if an ADC wants 100% Crit they will always need 4 full items have Boots and then only have 1 more slot for Lifesteal or a LW Item. I can make Sivir work sometime with barely any Crit but not every ADC is like that so Idk... Lategame is barely a thing aswell but meh. {{item:3046}} Also Lost it's dueling power and The Ghost effect to walk through units and walk faster towards your marked target and Dmg Reduction. For what? Just a shield and it's crit lowered...!?!? I'm not saying shields suck, i'm saying it offers Less Now. Gives a shield and not, Dmg redcution, MS towards enemy & Ghost through units. Lost 3 stats for 1. Weird Riot Weird

: Quick Gameplay Thoughts: January 9
I think Twice a Week is nice for these post, Maybe early before the changes, then later when we had 1-2 days to test the changes and repeat as both sides bounce off feedback and information. I think lore like Buffs or that make sense would also be a fun way to think of new ways to Buff some Champions if you can't think of something, Ofcourse it would require information on the champion's lore, but if you're at a blank but know let's say Skarner needs some help, it won't hurt to turn to his lore and think of what spell you can tweak to bring something new that matches their lore and theme. Some examples are like Shyvanna, You mention the buff where she does more dmg to them, what if depending which dragon she takes she get's different bonuses, or keep the usual ones atm but, The Dragon Buffs are 1.5 on her since she's part dragon. For Shen he's all about Balance no matter what, I don't know what changes he has planned, but a simple one would be awarding him for playing well, Like landing a taunt increases his AS maybe? Or the more times people attack him i his W it lowers the CD of another spell or increases his energy. and Balances out his Offensive and Defensive Play with more Q procs. For Yorick, He has a vile of Life around his neck, He's the shepherd of souls, I would imagine when his souls (Ghouls) Die or allies that he would harvest them and if he gets low on HP the mist collects the souls and they sacrifice themselves to shield him. Or another take is that when Ghouls die they heal Yorick for a small amount, making people think about killing the Ghouls more, and not just do it, because why not even when they aren't attacking you, Or how Yorick is a necromancer and the Maiden seeks to make him come over to her side, but Yorick will only do that when he's dead, Why not have him give in to the Mist at low HP with a defensive buff to fight back. Or just have the Ghouls aggro people hard when he dies and lingering graves rise up to take revenge upon their monk, rather than them just dying off as if they are not all undead... There's many possibilities for a new passive or interaction. Like a Cursed target is revealed by the mist with True vision, Like Kled Q, or if you're Cursed and within the W, there's some other reward, or Ghouls that attack a Cursed target heal yorick slightly or their AS is increased or deal magic dmg on hit. Everytime an ally unit or neutral unit dies their soul comes to yorick and he gains X from it on the defensive side, so he get's a heal but if the Ally unit that died was a Maiden or Allied champion/Allied pet he get's a different bonus ontop of this one but on the defensive side. Just something so his laning phase isn't so bad before he's able to summon ghouls and maiden out more often.
