Riot went ahead and finished Kayles vfx shortly after she launched, they clearly show no intention of finishing Morde simply because he isn't a skin seller.

He needs nashors passive for a couple of reasons: * It's not at all worthless and adds up over a fight together with his passive * it helps him against champs like Qiyana, Akali, and other dash spammy champs who without it, could just dash around while Morde does 0 damage to them * He is a sustained damage champ, if you remove this passive he will have 0 chance to win against any toplane champ, and he already struggles/loses to Kled, Jax, Darius and such If you want to nerf this champ, either make his passive start a bit weaker and ramp up in damage the longer you stay in it(so he can still win early if the enemy misplays), the damage ramp could happen quicker with ultimate ranks so he won't be worthless later, or lower his base damages and increase the scalings so he needs items to really do damage. He really doesn't need huge changes, just tweaks.

These suggested changes are awful. You wan't him to be forced to build mana, more health, and get less scaling overall while removing the nashors passive? This would just turn him into a useless tank that won't be able to kill people in death ream(in 4 seconds lol). If all these changes ever went through(god forbid) he would be a 40% win rate champ. If you removed nashors passive(to be replaced with some kind of god awful, zero-synergy mana conversion damage? No one will build mana on this champ for such a garbage passive btw), since his abilities are dodge able, he would be hard countered by both ranged champs and mobile champs. This would straight up destroy the champ and would lower his winrate by 7-8% alone. Might as well delete him at that point. Once again boards prove they have zero idea of how to balance champs.

They need to remove the excess of lifesteal from almost every item that has it. {{item:3153}} Should just be an anti hp stacking item {{item:3156}} why can adcs even use this? should be melee only {{item:3812}} should be melee only as well {{item:3139}} you build this for the cc cleanse not lifesteal Some of these champs become more tanky than juggernauts late game{{champion:145}} {{champion:119}}(looking at you guys) and right click you down in a few hits, while fully healing any damage you do to them. It's gross.

That's a little short sighted, some Adcs can survive a few mistakes, mainly {{champion:236}} {{champion:18}} {{champion:81}}(ez is complete bullshit, come on) and some others, and juggernauts usually have to facetank as the front line most of the time and get dogpiled by the enemy, since most of the time people tend to pick squishy carry and poke champs rather than tanks, and the support doesn't usually bother to peel for you since they are doing so for the adc. Juggernauts are supposed to kill people 1v1 and even 2v1. They are immobile, and can be kited and cc locked easily, that's their weakness. If juggernauts didn't have the tankiness they do, they'd be completely worthless since you would be better off taking an assassin or actual tank at that point.
