For Lee Sin, he is just overpowered, so we're bumping him down slightly next patch - junglers are performing very well at the moment and he is the best jungler. (He adds a lot to competitive play though, so we don't want to hit him too hard). EDIT: Want to bring him down without bricking him for normal and competitive play. Ie. He can be played but he's not in every game. It's not about playing favourites, but just balancing. Lee is different in that he can be playable in competitive while being fair in normal. Whereas for Amumu and Sej, usually if they're playable in competitive they will probably be unfair in normal play (probably 55+% winrate). We also have some jungle changes that may be going in in the future that disproportionately hurt Lee Sin compared to other junglers. Also I believe that when Lee sin is balanced (but still playable in competitive) he doesn't disproportionately harm jungle diversity in competitive. Yasuo I'm uncertain on the best course of action, but for sure his laning is very strong, so we could safely take that down and he would end up in a reasonable spot. Not to say for certain he needs nerfs (he is pretty frustrating to play against while being incredibly fun - negates a lot of the things you can do to him). It's interesting that one of the reasons Yasuo needs to have so many tools in his kit is because we don't have turn speed.
First off thank you for taking the time to talk with us today. I'm sure a lot of us are venting frustrations right now, but its because most are passionate about the game and wish to see it succeed longer. When champions we like are nerfed due to competitive element and told they were overbearing and crowded out others, such as Azir, then we see other champions that don't add much to the game other the champion's players fun at the expense of others. We were told this was why assassins and AP users in general were toned down for the game's health yet this isn't being true to the other roles at the same time. When Lee Sin gets to make the meta his bitch it stagnates the game then warps how the rest of the game gets played out. With a kit like Lee, etc it becomes less about what you can do against them into hoping they screw up their own kit when its designed not to fail. In turn Lee's creation became a point where other champions got overloaded goodies to try to keep up (and most were toned down).

So saying that Azir is "Balanced" around something is completely wrong, he isn't balanced at all, that's why he was purposely put into the state he's in right now. They are slowly giving some things back, but the E shield scaling with bonus health being removed its still removing power from his kit that should get moved elsewhere (letting E either pass through champions or higher movespeed is one direction they could go).

It was a case of Riot gutting due to pro play along with Kalista, but in her case her passive was unfun to play against. He was fun to watch though in the times he got picked before then though.

In math terms, the damage curve of AP/AD casters can be thought of as a quadratic polynomial with positive coefficients, while the damage curve of crit champs is like a 4th-degree polynomial with positive coefficients. While the 4th-degree polynomial will always eclipse the quadratic eventually, depending on the coefficients, the quadratic can be higher initially. In League, the coefficients are like the cost efficiency of items. Most AP/AD caster items have a higher cost-efficiency than any single crit item, but with a five item build, the multiplicative 4-th degree nature of crit itemization will really kick in.

Bit of a misplay by the person if in a team fight that kha was able to get isolation on them. Unless you mean he came in after the fight was over to clean up. Things that count against isolation: towers, minions, Malz voidlings, Azir's sand soldiers, team mates, Zzrot portal minons.. you get the idea.

Riot liked it even though their reason to get rid of Dodge was due to RNG.

There is nothing wrong with being bronze despite what some will say. If the bottom rung of the ladder drops out then the other rungs will shortly follow. Just focus on things you can control. 15 cs = 1 kill. Pratice CSing and you'll eventually climb.

Riot: Power farming is unhealthy. Everyone else: We prefer them power farming over ganking all the time. Riot: LCS Bigplays tho.

In fact lowering all AP users and the problem ones will still be on top. Like taking a chainsaw to a problem when a scalpel would suffice.
