: You can base a lot of the initial values off of early seasons of this game, (actually) learn from its issues, and tone Down numbers off an item like DFG and such and develop a genuine MOBA with real strategic element behind it. Best of luck! Keep a reddit updated or something.

Getting rid of a few items and setting down a bit of the damage from both runes and items could make the game have much more of a strategic feel. The reddit page is a good idea, I will need to tell my partner to set one up for us.

We actually have trickery as a play style in our game. The play styles we currently have for our characters: * Playmaker - someone who will make huge plays if they play perfect * Juggernaut - someone who enjoys walking around in team fights taking little damage while dealing little damage. The juggernaut will provide their team with some buffs when fighting, and can cc enemies. * Healers - someone who likes to heal * Shielders - someone who shields * Trickery - someone who enjoys bamboozling the enemy. These players are pretty much in-game trolls that laugh at enemy mistakes. * Power - someone who will sacrifice all their defenses in order to get as much damage as possible. * Dedicators - someone that wants to invest a lot of time to learn a champion that is very powerful when mastered * Fighters - someone who wants to have average defense and average offense. * Jack of all trades - someone who can play their character as a tank, ad, ap, or bruiser. This character can do either build and it will work on the one character (not all of them). * Conjurer - someone who enjoys summoning creatures to fight for them. * Explorer - someone who will travel around the map to locate different things to empower their kit. * Strategist - someone who has a plan setup for everything. "This will go off, then that will go off, then I make my escape!" We have 12 play styles for people to use. This way they can find the character that matches their play style. We will be adding more playstyles perhaps in the near future, but this is pretty much all we could come up with as of now. There is 2 characters per play style and only 1 character for jack of all trades. This way if you're a power hungry type of player, then you'll have 2 different characters to test out instead of just one. There is also 5 Tanks, 5 bruisers, 5 mages, 5 adcs, 5 supports.

We love Riot's name choice for their game, because it makes it sound like some sort of sport "National Football League, Major League Baseball, League of Legends". I think the main problem with other mobas trying to get pass League in terms of player-base, is that they over-complicate things a bit too much and just make things seem just so much different. For instance, Dota 2 can be very complicated if you're a League player trying to transition over to Dota. Trying to transition from League to playing something like Heroes of the Storm, Dota 2, Paragon, SMITE, can be very unsettling for players. That's the main thing we are going to try and take on first hand is the adaptability of the game. So people who come from League will be easily able to play the game without a whole lot of confusion. Also wanting to make the graphics of the game easy on the eye. From personal experience, games like Dota 2 and Skyrim on PC can make me very nauseous. I believe its the motion the of the camera and graphics that cause this, and that will be the main priority, is making the game easy on the eye. For gaining attraction to the game, we will be paying for Ads through YouTube, Twitch, Streamers, etc. We will all be making anywhere from $30k-$50k once we get a job after college. As of now we can't get an investor considering we don't have much to show other than a small gaming engine and some character concepts. The advertising will come a lot later down the road when we have more of a game to play. As of right now, I can't answer the future as I am unsure what we might run into down the road. But those would be our goals is to find and investor, and advertise through YouTube, Twitch, Streamers to attract a variety of audiences.

We have a huge plan down the road for eSports, where the top 20 teams will be given contracts for playing, the prize pool for winning first place will be much bigger, and a lot more i'm unable to share at the moment.
