Went on multiple loss streaks this month. Used to get like 16-18 LP loss/gain. My most recent is an 8-game lose streak. Now I'm losing like 18-20 LP while gaining 13-15. Essentially, a bad lose streak will leave you with bad MMR with bigger LP loss until you get a good win streak.

I don't know what that site uses in calculating average, but putting the numbers together actually puts Riven at a 11.6% average banrate while everything else remains consistent in most regions. Also not sure where you're getting your counter matchups from, but Riven according to that very same website, overall beats Aatrox and Irelia. Even in KR, she beats Aatrox. Mordekaiser can't be taken into account yet because he was just released a week an a half ago.

People exploited Dynamic Queue because it essentially legalized boosting and made ranking easier, hence the term Boosted Animal. So what is stopping Riot from keeping it Solo Queue only? Or removing Duos?

Only real way to deal with him defensively is heavy CC and a few items. {{item:3143}} for typical crit builds and AS slow. {{item:3110}} for AS slow and armor. {{item:3075}} for AS slow and cutting his heal a decent bit..

You can also curse in chat its how you use said words is what delivers the ban. I say shit fuck ass all the time but never use them to flame people not once have I been banned or chat restricted. However things like the N word have zero tolerance for good reason and to me that seems fair regardless if its just a meaningless word.

I believe part of the problem is the option to duo queue. According to the FAQ, an Iron player can duo queue with other Irons, Bronze, and Silvers. Because the duo's MMR is averaged, the Iron player's MMR can be skewed after a few wins.
