: I think the fun flipside of this is that if SR games are lasting the same duration as ARAM games, then SR games are too short. But that's not really news.

: the way the rune description is worded, you gain 40% CDR on your ult only then you can stack 15% more through using your ult that totals to 55% CDR once fully stacked if the bonus 5% also stacks, then you gain 60% CD on your ult Please read

: Looks like after the patch I am also able to log in now. So much for being my ISP per tech support.

: Seems to be fixed for me. Wish riot was more vocal with their back and forth but thank you nonetheless for addressing it with the maintenance edit: Higher ping than what I used to get though. I'm guessing the denver node is still down and we're just being routed around it now lmao

I'm guessing the denver node is still down and we're just being routed around it now lmao They're just realizing it's not an ISP issue. My ping is perfectly fine until it reaches "RiotDirect" so it's just being routed somewhere else.
: The only reply we've gotten on our tickets to riot were "Use a VPN" so they're probably done with us. Looks like it doesn't effect enough of their customers for them to want to do anything about it if it is even an issue on their end which they wouldn't come out and say if it was or not

Looks like it doesn't effect enough of their customers for them to want to do anything about it if it is even an issue on their end which they wouldn't come out and say if it was or not Yeah, they're done with us. It's not a Comcast issue although they insist it is. I have friends that are actually in the Denver metro area that have Comcast and they have no issue connecting.
: Disconnecting in loading screen
Having same issue, may or may not be related to the Denver issues in the 'unable to connect to login queue' thread also in this forum.
: unable to connect to login queue
Interestingly enough, if I'm in a game, and I disconnect from VPN everything is working fine. The client though, won't work
: Has anyone had any success here yet? I also am having the issues described here. I have been working with a tech rep who so far has been unable to find a solution. I also called my ISP, we ensured all proper forwards were set up and they say nothing else on their end should be causing it. Yet I am still unable to test 192.64.170.252. Mine gets stopped after 9 hops at 206.51.46.6.

Mine gets stopped after 9 hops at 206.51.46.6. No, we've heard absolutely nothing. My ticket was closed as it seems they know what the problem is, or where along it has problems, but I'm a bit worried the issue was passed off elsewhere. They're claiming it's ISP issue, but it's any ISP going through Denver, and authentication to Riot is the only thing not working.

@Porocles Any update for us?

Did you have any luck with their support? or is VPN the only solution you could find I didn't get with their support since it's not the ISPs issue, people with different ISPs are having issues when they hit the backbone in denver it seems. VPN has been the only way.

: This is the reply I was given. "Alright, so after looking at those winmtr scans you sent me, it looks like you are experiencing ISP issues :/ This could definitely be causing your issue. I see both high packet loss and some ping spikes. I do see your DNS has switched back to private, so you may want to try that again. However, you'll most likely want to reach out to your ISP support and have them fix it on their end. You should also ask for a tier 2 agent and try to send him those winmtr scans :) Let me know if you have any questions, but once they fix the issue on their end you should be good to go :D" If I had ISP issues, your game client wouldn't be the only problem I would be experiencing. I don't have any issues on any other game client, or any other issues for that matter. Other players have reported identical issues so I would recommend looking at your end. *edit* MY DNS is NOT set to a private one and has been set on google open DNS for a few months now. *edit* looking at op.gg, I was in an URF match two days ago and I haven't been able to login since then. : I have the same issue, tried -everything- and no luck... Really hope the server downtime coming up will fix it. It's obnoxious not being able to play with my friends. Every other game works fine. The most frustrating part with this whole thing is this has been an issue for a long while now, and only recently resurfaced. Riot get it together... If I can log into EUW fine but not NA then your servers are having issues. I'm on Comcast, what's everyone elses ISP?
Comcast. Newbcakez is not. Its riots side

Yeah, same here. Tried HRT several times last night, always crashed when trying to force repatch. Tried the above steps, nothing. Just deleted the entire league folder and in process of reinstalling Client is updating, but still having the same error upon trying to log in. Definitely Riot's issue
: It has to be an issue with their authentication server. It's like the handshake is failing. I don't have access to any of that data or I would have already looked into it. Literally nothing has changed with my home network since I was able to successfully connect two days ago.
Here's what I got, not able to test until later: I suggest the following steps to get you in the client: 1) Run the game as Administrator Right click on the short cut for League of Legends Select Properties Check the box labelled "Run as Administrator" under the Compatibility tab and click apply. 2) I see you have alot of processes running on your computer. Some of which could be interfering with League of Legends, especially overwolf. To eliminate the possibility of that happening, let's turn off your unnecessary start up processes. This has the added benefit of making your PC boot up faster :) Go to your start menu and type in the search area, "Command Prompt" Open Command Prompt and type msconfig and then hit enter A window shall open, select Selective Startup and uncheck Load Startup items. Click Apply, OK and then restart your PC. If your issue persists, the hextech repair tool can troubleshoot your game and might fix your issue for you. When you download it, make sure to run it as admin. If it is unable to identify or fix the issue, please send me the logs the hextech repair tool generates so I can dig deeper into your issue.
: That's the same version I am on. I tried a DNS flush and reboot but that did not resolve the issue.

I tried a DNS flush and reboot but that did not resolve the issue. Yeah, Tried all that. Game is literally the only thing not working, so it's nothing on my end that some standard repairs or fixes would resolve. I'll keep an eye on my ticket and if they get around to it and provide a fix i'll post it here since I won't get to it until late today
: Yikes, 10 hours ago. What patch version are you currently on?
7.16-4923874.4950475
: Unable to login
I have the same issue. I've submitted a ticket to support about 10 hours ago and have heard nothing yet. multiple restarts, HRT, Tried to force a repatch but the app crashed, did a reinstall, nothing.
: "Win a game with Blitz on either team"
AR URF On another note: there's no reason to act shitty to other people because you don't own him. We don't know it, You didn't put him in your post, and he's a whopping 3150 ip.
: Considering games dont usually last more than 20 minutes i would say it does especially for snowballing champs so you can keep steamrolling the enemies

: Well it's more like it's giving you more options. You're not meant to get all of them.

I've only earned one gemstone since this stuff was introduced, so I'm guessing by around 2040 i'll have enough for hextech annie
: Normals is for fun. For practicing new stuff. It's not for trolling and intentionally trying to make the game miserable for your team, but trying new builds or champs you need to find out how well you understand them vs other HUMAN players is fine. It's more relaxed where you don't have to feel bad if you find out that new build or champ you thought looked so good needs a bit more work or just shouldn't be used in pvp.

: 1. Can't you see that in post-game lobby within league client? They have pretty much all the data any site like op.gg would have. 2. If you play so much and are so concerned with ranked that you practice that much in normals and analyze it so severely, you should be able to just tell via your EXPERIENCE and the FEEL of the champ and/or build if you understand it and are comfortable enough to take it to ranked yet.

To answer 1. Yes, I can get the post game data any time I want, for MY game. And that also just confirms my point that it's going to ruin sites like op.gg. Why would you go to a site that only gives you some of the games and data, instead of a site that gives you all the data? It's essentially removing a level playing field for third party sites, which is not unlike net neutrality arguments. 2.I don't always like to deal with the ladder pressure, especially when my times to queue up are at inopportune times generally(i.e. more school kids on, people that are trolling, etc). I'm not going into normals analyzing every little thing, but removing the ability to access even basic info about normals is a slippery slope that will result in other implications down the road, such as: people turning normals into more of a 'joke' or 'for fun'. an inability to see the MMR of opposing players, if I want to try out that new champ/build/etc, I'd also like to know the relative skill level of the opposing team. Being unable to go back and see if you played alongside a fellow summoner in a previous game
: Agreed, it is a very restrictive move for developers, and for players. While I cannot stand playing ranked because of ladder anxiety, I like seeing how I improve from normal game to normal game. Policies like those cement normal games as a "joke" game mode where your improvement does not matter. Now, while some players may see normal games in such a way, there are also many players who play normal games as they would play ranked, simply wanting to avoid the stressing ranking system, and would still enjoy to know that they are improving.

These points ^^^ If you stop supporting the modes, they become inferior and less 'serious'. i.e. Dominion (RIP)

: Why do you need to look at normal stats? whats the point of analyzing a non competitive match??? If you're doing that you should be playing ranked.
> [{quoted}](name=Phife,realm=NA,application-id=3ErqAdtq,discussion-id=AciYGKgF,comment-id=0000,timestamp=2017-07-19T05:24:33.291+0000) > > Why do you need to look at normal stats? whats the point of analyzing a non competitive match??? If you're doing that you should be playing ranked. Maybe because I, and many others try stuff out in normals before going into ranked. Without stats to look back on I'll just try new stuff in ranked. Would you want everyone to follow suit and first time something in ranked? Plus, I don't play ranked near as much as normals.
: people need to stop using third party sites, the data they provide is complete nonsense anyways O.o and riot has nothing to do with third party sites, since its not from riot themselves.

I'm not surprised you're low silver with a 34% win rate. That's probably why you hate sites like OP.gg The data is useful, just because you don't find value in it doesn't make it true

His Shiv does physical damage but scales off of AP. Them changing the ability to physical damage is a nerf to AP Shaco. His boxes already don't take advantage of any magical on-hit capability like Rylais or Liandry's. Now he doesn't gain any benefit from either item, and those are only two examples.
