Sounds like a good plan to me. It is easier to deal with frustrating players and such when you can vent.(And venting in game is both unhelpful and of course inappropriate.) Have fun.

So two things. Firstly, let's be honest, your screenshots aren't even showing off an impressive disparity.(Look at my match history losses for some fun ones. Secondly, matchmaking is pretty much impossible to actually balance until you get to the higher tiers...where there aren't enough players to actually make it work effectively. Here is why: Let's say you have 2 similarly skilled players by every metrics except one mains {{champion:75}} and the other mains {{champion:92}}. Riven crushed this matchup easy so it looks like riot matchmaking is bad. When you have 10 different players and 140 champions with unique abilities and interactions it just gets insane to actually balance. On the flip side sometimes their matchmaking(particularly in series) is handing one team a free win.(https://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/3062674788/38386924?tab=overview is a great example where we have an Orianna smurf on our team and they have a 43% winrate Voli on a series on their team) So honestly, 80% of games are actually pretty well matched, though because of all the moving pieces it often doesn't look that way. I think it would be much healthier for the game for CDR to not exist. It's better to have the CDs attached to the champions be the CDs they have...right?

This belongs in rant btw. {{champion:37}} literally is a counterpick to {{champion:350}} with a 57% winrate in the matchup. {{champion:43}} is a slightly below-par support right now, but is perfectly fine. And AP {{champion:102}} is legit. And {{champion:16}} outheals {{champion:350}} really easily. Yuumi is extremely powerful and understandably tilting...but not for the reasons you are mentioning.
: Why Am I So Bad?
When you say you aren't improving whatsoever; what metrics are you using? Winrate? Cs/min? Your gut feelings? Because the metrics you use do make an important difference. For instance, winrate is probably one of the worst metrics you can use; it adjusts as you adjust. One of the best things you can do is a post-game analysis where you look at the choices you made and figure was it a good choice or bad choice? Did I execute well? Did they execute poorly? I've had many bad plays work out because my enemies misplayed. Conversely, I've made many more plays where it was a good call but terrible execution. Also, what roles and how many champions do you play? For highest winrate, you should play about 1-3 champions. I play Hecarim because he is a very planning-oriented jungler who requires 0 mechanics. When I try things like Rek'sai I am total trash. Finally, do you understand the macro game? This is very important for climbing. Understanding how to build waves, pressure lanes, "set up" for baron and dragon, and when you ahead the ways in which your team can lose.(e.g. throwing at baron or splitting up.) Also, when you are behind, knowing how they can screw up is very important. For instance, if the only way you can win is by praying their adc gets caught, you can go wait in a brush and see if their adc will come. It usually won't work, but 1 in 5 times it will, and you will pull games out that you should never have won. League is a very hard game all things considered. It is not for everybody. If you find you don't enjoy it, don't play it. If you find at some point, you are "capped" then accept that and just have fun in the bracket you are in. Happy gaming.{{summoner:30}}
: Well it SHOULD let you - there's a dropdown underneath the character pictures. If you need to EDIT your masteries, there's a small button to the left side. If you don't see that, I'd report a bug and think about a re-install. Check a few more times though!
I see it, but about half the time it won't let me edit a single mastery. In fact, once I had it so that it wouldn't even let me change mastery pages. It's so bad I am just back to Legacy client.

: While I have no idea on the numbers (and for some reason making a custom game isn't working for me), if you're getting less xp than expected, make sure you have your jg item, and make sure you killed all *5* mini-raptors as well as the big one. If you don't have a jg item then you'll get less xp, and if you didn't kill all 5 mini-birds then perhaps someone stole some.

The jungle item gives bonus 50 experience for each large monster, so I would expect to get 230 experience from the camp. I only got 140.

He hates single target camps. Season 6 it was trivial with only 1 camp having 1 Monster it was easy to simply smite it. But now, with 3 camps with 1 Monster it becomes rough. Additionally, you get less experience and gold for your time in the jungle in the early game. And later on, the camps are always gone either from your team taking them or the enemy team taking them because of the 2 and a half minute respawn timer.

He has more mana troubles now and he doesn't have a great keystone for the jungle anymore.

So does the game forget that the champion is low health AND that the champion killed me? Because even if Tibbers forgot that {{champion:254}} killed me it should know that she is low health.
