: I don't think there was anything wrong with the old rengar. The only ability he should've got reworked was his old R because exclamation mark showed too late. His Q W E abilities, passive and ferocity system were in good condition. Same goes with the bonetooth necklace, there was no reason to rework it, because it offered only utility. However now it gives you AD, which makes him harder to balance. Also, Rengar is an assassin who was made to assassinate carries not whole team at once, so it is just nonsense that you changed his Q from single target focused to AOE. Old Rengar was very good and i personally think only his ult should've been reworked, you could've just implemented new camo and bigger exclamation mark radius. But if you ask me why Rengar was fun to play, i can tell you it was simply because of the feeling you got - you truly felt like a hunter. The only thing you could really upgrade in his old kit to make him even more fun was his bonetooth necklace - you could simply change/upgrade utility it offered and made it to act like mark of the kindred ( you select the enemy, and he gets taunted by rengar. Some little tweaks to his ult could make him even more fun as well - instead of that strange sound you hear when he ults now, you could add some other music which would make you feel like you are hunted. Then, i must say that his old ferocity system was more interesting, because you had to manage it and always keep it at minimum 3 stacks before doing something (for example, if you wanted to be effective, you couldn't just press R and go for a gank as it is now, you had to farm your ferocity to 2-3 stacks and only then go in).

I feel like a good idea that could have been implemented (I am not a rengar player, but I have played long enough to be a victim many many times of the short warning hahaha) is a mechanic sort of like Warwicks ult (distance scales with movement speed) as in if Rengar is sprinting at me I should get a warning earlier to compensate for the amount of time it'll take for him to reach me with his Youmuu's, mobi's and whatever else. Imo this would be a good approach to the old rengar and would have made him a lot healthier.
: I love the 10 ban system, but I think I would rework so you can see the bans as they roll through and still ban accordingly so you don't feel your ban is wasted. Examples: Blue team uses all 5 of their bans right off the bat. The purple team can still see who they banned so they can ban as well. Let's say that 3 people on blue and 1 person on purple auto bans, that takes those 4 champions away from the ban possibility and the 2 people on blue can still see the one ban on purple, and the 4 people on purple can still see the 3 bans on blue. Neither team bans at all because they wanted to play chicken. The two people who decided to ban Yasuo don't have to race for another ban, because you don't get dropped for not banning.
This is something i could definitely get behind!

I understand that but I would rather have the longer draft than a confusing one. Why waste someones opportunity to ban because someone on the other team banned something as well. And in that case we would have 9 bans because 2 people banned the same thing all the way to a potential 5 bans because the same reason. I feel this just really silly.

I feel like Riot is underestimating the ability of the current 10 ban system in competitive to bring it over to Live client. I feel like it could easily be implemented. It just wouldn't be as targeted as the Pros make it. It would have 100% less confusion in this case and you could easily ban the 5 champs you want depending on situation. Oh look the bottom two players havent picked either support or adc *bans 2 adc*. It really feels like we are getting this weird confusing mode of 10 bans because the player base isn't as smart or something?
