: Things There Is Just Way Too Much Of
I don’t think crit is overabundant... There are only like 7 crit items, and you have to build 4 of them to get full crit. I have to agree with the other things though. I feel like junglers are forced to gank because of the lack of camps. If you clear all your camps efficiently, you have no xp or gold gain w/o ganks for a solid minute or two, and that’s fairly often. Super high base damage is annoying as well, but that’s mostly situational.
: I should have been more specific. I see a lot of Pink wards left up that are not cleared.
It takes 4 hits to clear a pink ward, as you know. Four hits for someone with low attack speed leaves them vulnerable to ambushes, particularly if there’s no ally vision in the area. In pro play, traps like this are used all the time, so it’s better to be safe than sorry.
: It's official, Wukong is a top tier garbage champ this season
Gnar is top-tier garbage rn. Makes me cry; my bb needs a rework
: in that case it was deliberate trolling though. I mean there's treat on the enemy team...but the J4 that just flash, use eq and ult to reach the frontline ( not adc) .... no need to W away after one auto....
It’s not trolling simply because they did the wrong thing. It would be trolling if they made it clear through dialogue or deliberate deaths, but in the case that they’re just not playing well, there’s no way to easily determine their intention. Once again, calling poor performance “trolling” is not fair; it doesn’t leave room to consider if that person is actually experienced or not.
: Do you think an ADC that does 1 auto every team fight should be banned
Being a marksman requires a really good understanding of proper positioning. If you’re in the wrong spot for even a moment, chances are that you’re toast. As a result, I’d assume those who’ve encountered this weakness several times become afraid to charge into battle until they figure it all out. DPS requires consistenly proper positioning, and one knows that any mistake will kill the marksman almost immediately. With that considered, it’s reasonable for an inexperienced marksman player to be too afraid to put themselves in a dangerous position. I’d do this myself when I was still getting the hang of playing the marksman role. Either that, or they fell too far behind in lane to catch up, and thus it would seem like they’re doing nothing damage-wise. In any case, it’s not fair to ban a player simply because they’re not good yet.
: Carefully trying to get a single cs against a fed Jax
Bruisers that take conqueror and spear. You can’t fight or even poke them. If they freeze on you, you’re literally a sitting duck and have to leave lane to accomplish anything.
: Uhh, I realize conqueror is strong, but isn't this too large of a nerf?
I think they nerfed the wrong thing. I’m just flabbergasted by the 10% healing on ALL damage. That’s just ridiculous, and when you stack it with Death Dance, even GW doesn’t help.
Mártir (EUW)
: It is truly impossible, to climb in Honor
Honor gains are by chronological consistency, not necessarily by frequency (so it seems). If you consistently get honored between hidden landmarks throughout the year, your level of honor will increase. I’ve been Honor 5 in the past two seasons with ease to prove this, and it still took at least half of the remaining season to earn it.

It speeds up the slowing so it can end faster. You’ll still feel it, but it should end sooner.
: How is Riven balanced?
Vlad isn’t cancer though. Just wait out his empowered Q and get grievous wounds for an easy shutdown of his entire kit.

: Riot, didn't we tell you that there's already too much true damage?
It’s a little scary, but consider how strong Kayle has been in the past season (not very). I personally haven’t played her on the PBE, so I can’t give you reliable numbers. However, I don’t think her true damage will be ridiculous as a DPS champion. It will shred, but that’s over time like any other marksman. We’ll just have to see once experienced players get their hands on her.
: What're your thoughts on Jinx, Ashe and Sivir's winrates?
I’ll take some Ashe buffs any day, but I don’t think she’s OP. When marksmen have power (reverted IE), it should be expected that their winrates will increase cuz more damage in their inventories. Ashe for one hasn’t received noticeably direct buffs in I dunno how long. December?

: Your choice on the following arts from 2010 to now
The new ones are much more dynamic, which sells the champion’s personality and style of combat. These may look nice, but they’re outdated in terms of style and complexity.
: so wait kayles new looks is "to sexy"?
I just think she’s better in a full suit of armor. Her new look isn’t bad, but she would’ve looked super cool with a modern design for all that metal in her old design.
No, it doesn’t stack with Sunfire. They use the same item with the same passive.
: Why are "energized attack" being turned into a unique passive?
Statikk Shiv will still shock multiple targets, and RPF will still increase your auto range, even if bought together. The unique passive that’s getting reclassified is the bonus magic damage. This will prevent the bonus magic dmg from stacking, but will keep the effects of the individual items.

Lissandra and Soraka are not weak. I myself am a Gnar main and I can prove this. He gets outclassed by marksmen, fighters, and tanks. His DPS is slow, his endurance is pitiable, and his core inventory was nerfed multiple times {{item:3022}}. His annoyance in lane does not compensate for his very weak base stats. I can further explain all this if I must. I’ve played him with many different keystones and builds, but none of them make much a difference, or have a weakness far more exploitable than what other champions have to offer, including melee champs. He needs a rework of some sort, cuz he’s just in a sad state. This boomerang idea sounds neat, but I’m not sure how it would perform in-game.

: PTA sucks right now
PTA is strong for short trades and aiding mages/assassins. Three autos for a small burst of damage, which then increases the damage the target takes from everything. I find Lethal Tempo to be kinda weak, simply because of how long it takes for the benefits to actually kick in. Usually by that time, someone is already dead.

Illaoi is a juggernaut, so she’s going to get tanky after 3 whole items. You’re an assassin, and at the end of the day, resistances counter assassins. Illaoi isn’t op by any means, but she’s abused in low elo due to the lack of transparency within her kit. I could explain all my reasons for saying this, but that would take a while to type. I suggest Googling up how to beat Illaoi if you want to discover her weaknesses, because she has quite a few.
: 13 champs over 1000 days w/o a new skin
Nunu technically got a full set of new skins with his rework; The rework is remarkably different from his roots, and so are all his skins. I think he can sit on those for a while longer.
: Never forghetti, Rest in spaghetti
I think I’m starting to realize why this one hasn’t come out... In China, a lot of laws are set to avoid people thinking about certain things, including skeletons ‘n stuff (I don’t have all the specifics). I’m not sure why this can’t be region-restricted, but because Karthus is a skeleton here—of course, as he should be—he cannot be seen in Chinese gameplay. That’s my theory based off of personal research.
: Make up your mind riot. Pyke is either a tank or an assassin
The only things that makes him tanky is Aftershock and his cc. He hooks, which slows hard, then with Aftershock he tanks damage for himself/an ally, then he escapes with a stun and heals everything off. Really it’s just Aftershock doing all the work with its ridiculous base stats.

: Game: Change a Champ's role by reworking one ability
{{champion:29}} — Support / Utility Mage *Oh shoot, I changed his whole kit. Whoops! Still thought this was fun, so thanks for the idea! P - Enemies marked by Twitch are subject to slows from auto attacks. Q - Duration reduced to half, and doesn’t grant movement speed near enemies. 2nd active no longer gives AS, but now empowers W with a harder slow. W - Slow now scales slightly with AP. Hitting enemy champions on-impact now makes them briefly near-sighted (not on those who enter after initial splash). E - Reduced base damage, and now only deals AP damage. However, using E on 6-marked enemies briefly roots them. R - No additional damage, but empowers marks on enemy champions and slightly slows. Using E on these marked champions stuns briefly, which scales based on # of marks.

Rengar is not an assassin... what? His entire kit is about sleathy one-shots. You get caught by Rengar, he pounces and hunts you down on the spot. That’s not the epitome of an assassin?
: How do I crawl out of bronze/low silver hell?
Whether you practice these things or not, I will share some tips that have improved my performance, and should help yours too: * Farm as well as you can. Most low-elo players have very poor cs. Even a 5/0/0 Fizz with 30 cs shouldn’t be further ahead than a 0/0/0 Garen with 120 cs. * Master wave manipulation in lane. Freeze on an opponent who can’t duel you. Shove when your enemy backs. Use bushes to avoid minion aggro when needed. * Recall if you kill your enemy laner. Shove the wave, take a turret plating if you SAFELY can, and cash-in to effectively snowball a lead. * Never hold too much gold. If you have over 1.5K gold, you should ping it and find a safe time to back. You’re almost certain to get shut down if you’re holding that much. * Prioritize objectives over kills. Your team may force fights at every corner, but if you know how much you can get away with, punish the enemy team for not trying to stop your carnage. This doesn’t mean ignore fights, but understand when they’re necessary or important. * Take initiative. Be the one to guide your team to victory with pings and communication, especially when trying to push a lead. This is by far the easiest way to win a game if you’re ahead. * Encorage your jg to prioritize winning lanes. If you’re winning, set up for ganks. If you’re behind, analyze your team’s stats and get your jungler to play around the winning lane. * Aid your jg with scuttle crabs. If you see them approaching your side of the river for the crab while you’re pushed in, go down and give them a boost. This could also score a kill on the enemy jg if they try to contest. There’s a lot more tips I can give, but that would become an essay. These tips brought me from B3 to G2 last season using off-meta soloQ champs, so they should work for you too!
: I got punished for THIS
You were expressing a negative attitude because of their remarks, and later down the chat you resorted to harassment (report threats, insults, etc.). Despite what your allies try to tell you, there’s no good reason to fuel the flames. Instead, mute them so there’s no way you’ll see those messages. As for reporting them, resorting to a mute would typically mean that enough has happened to consider a report. Again, whether or not whatever they said is worse, you should not bite back. You have tools to avoid such conflict. On top of that, ignoring the rude people is sometimes a more effective counterargument than not. By muting alone, you’re telling them: “What you’re saying is disruptive to my experience. It doesn’t matter to me at this point.”

Rioter Comments
: And if nothing helps he is broken, got it. Pro players are saying that he is 100% broken, but you are smarter xd
What do you mean by “if nothing else helps?” Which pro players are you referring to, and when do you see him used in pro play? You won’t see him in pro games because of how focused his kit is on healing. Those items I mentioned will counter that aspect, which basically reduces his strength by 30%. That isn’t even noting that his abilities cost his HP, so nulling his healing will make his abilities do more harm than good for him. You’re going to have a hard time if he’s fed, but that goes for basically any champion. Avoid facing him alone, and have a stronger ally take on his damage in a teamfight. He’ll either have to flee or fight on CD. Worst case scenario, avoid encountering him and play around vision. Give yourself time to catch up, but things shouldn’t get that rough most of the time.
: Fucking nerf Vlad
Understand how his kit works first. His passive charges his resource bar, which is indicated by a yellow bar below his HP. This bar fills while he fights, and from what I understand, empowers his Q and gives him a burst of speed for the next three seconds. Play around that alone, and you should see less issues against him. His ultimate, while active on a target, increases all sources of damage on them by 10%, so do realize that you can’t just all-in him without a plan. His W shoots projectiles that can be blocked by minions, and his E has a very long CD. Also... {{item:3123}} {{item:3076}} {{item:3165}} These are direct counters to Vladimir altogether. Take one of these items, and he’ll melt in a fight. There you go, Vlad isn’t op anymore!

: Balance Akali
They have plans to remove her tower invis. They should be able to work around that more with the mechanic removed.
: The Great "Aatrox" Rework
I just don’t like this new Aatrox as an opponent whatsoever. He does a LOT of much damage at any time in the game, even if you bash his face in lane. Even then there’s very little opportunity to get a lead on him, because he can just pop his ult to escape and/or get mobile zhonyas. Don’t even think about trying to time his ultimate duration, cuz if you last-hit after it’s about to end, here comes his entire health bar to punish you for it. So, if you’re not playing a strong duelist who can topple him in a 1v1, you’re not going to have much of an advantage. That puts your chances of winning heavily on your team, while all he has to do is Q a couple times and auto attack. I haven’t even mentioned his built-in grevious wounds, seriously threatening %HP damage, and passive healing off of all damage in general, but that’s just icing on the cake. Very annoying design for a champion.
