You can definitely tell nobody here has ever played Fiora lmao. The attack speed on her E is basically irrelevant anyways, the other buff is way more important.
: Riot should refund LP for disconnects in past 48 hours
I played 4-5 games 2 days ago, and only DC'd in the last one, which was safely remade, and I still lost LP. That is 100% Riot's fault and I and everyone else with a similar experience deserve the LP back.

Aftershock Lux is a bad joke lmao, you only take it if you’re insecure about the matchup, like Glacial on Ahri.
: No, it wouldn't. That explosion is her ult. In no part of her character does it convey that she gives a damn about a brand new faction so why should her splash art convey this? She is femmedom and that's it.
Because she’s the first champ from said faction? And she’s a self-styled queen of said faction?

All Sona has over her is damage, and even then she dies instantly by going for that damage.

Diana, Lee, and Irelia don't blink into a self-suppression for a full second, they don't have to sit there and take free damage that is unavoidable. I'm not even opposed to arguments that the safety net shouldn't exist, but your own argument is a poor false-equivalence.
I'm so sick of hearing this. If his target is under tower when he ults and he dies to the tower as a result, maybe the Yasuo player should have thought of that before diving. As it is now, all Yasuo players have to think about is "he knock up, me press r, me good at game"
: His stun lasts more than long enough to wait out the bramble vest and he isn't auto reliant making {{item:3082}} / {{item:3075}} annoying to purchase. Although ya that makes it iffy if he is gonna get out before you even have a chance to retaliate. Choice is still in his hands unless you buy {{item:3111}} which is an mr item...but atleast it will lower the time that he gets to hit you for free.
Renekton auto attacks a lot dude, his strongest ability is just 3 auto attacks in one. Have you ever seen a Renekton all-in? About half his damage comes from basic attacks and W, which still counts as a basic attack as far as Bramble is concerned. His sustain is hardly what makes his laning strong anyways. His incredibly powerful level 3-6 all-in is the bulk of his laning power. He can pretty much 100-0 most top laners at 6 with Ignite. If you want a problem to complain about with Renekton, try that.
: {{item:3076}} tends to be out of the question since his heal is an ability and not an auto attack...unless he is being silly and autos right before healing :/ They really need to make bramble less abusive against auto attackers and better against generally anyone who is trying to heal off of you.
"Being silly", you mean using his core combo? Getting Bramble automatically makes Renekton either have to use a worse combo or eat a healing cut. Seems like it works to me.
: Jhin had a winrate lower than 50% for most of the time since 2017, if not since 2016. Only at very specific times he had a chance in the game and he could never(and maybe he will never) compete with kings of jukes and massive-dmg like tristana, vayne, ezreal. In the times of stormrazor Jhin had 49% winrate and after some months dropped to 48%. The idea that people cried about Jhin because he abused Stormrazor("abused", if that's abusing you guys never seen what abuse means in this game) is just sad. Now, after stormrazor change, Jhin still has 48% winrate and he is a tier 4 adc. Cry about Jhin abusing stormrazor while Kai'sa was literally destroying everyone and now Jinx has 55% winrate.
You're replying to a 5 month old comment buddy... And yes Jhin has undeniably been broken in the past, especially when this post was made. He's an extremely popular champ with a high mechanical demand and massive playerbase. Obviously his winrate will suffer for it.

: Nostalgia is a convincing liar FIrst off, most new champions and reworks do not have true damage. I have no idea where you're getting that from. The latest releases with true damage have been: {{champion:142}} with her E (released 21-11-2017) {{champion:164}} (released 07-12-2016) {{champion:421}} (released 11-12-2014) We need to go years back before we collide with the latest true damage champion. The {{champion:114}} rework you're refering to was in 2015. And what do you mean people didn't die in 1 second? It happened far more frequently back then. : Nominating Leona for Toplane
Maybe add that when Leona uses Q on a marked target, she restores some health? Make it small, but doubled or tripled against champions so she gets rewarded for looking for trades. After that add a damage increase to minions on her W so she can waveclear, as even with Tiamat she struggles to do so. As some others have mentioned, she also lacks AD scalings, which would greatly benefit her as well.

Having it in your ToS isn't actively trying to change it. Reddit might say not to, but they don't and can't enforce that. : Reddit says it's not meant to be used like that. [Reddiquette](https://www.reddit.com/wiki/reddiquette) says to not downvote because you personally don't like it. I can't think of one where you're being told to downvote something because you *don't* like it. I seriously can't. I can think of every social media where you are supposed to upvote/like things you like. But that's not social media, not a forum for discussion.
You don't have to be told that, it's obvious to anyone with a semblance of social skills. A lot of places literally use a thumb either up or down. That's the most obvious way to show that it's about whether or not you agree with something, and that carries over to anywhere else that has a similar system. Also, funny you point out reddit, an absolute joke of a website plagued with corruption that is dying faster by the day. Downvote has always been synonymous with disagreement, even if it was subconsciously. Nobody actually reads a comment that they absolutely disagree with and thinks "well, everyone has a different point of view, so I shouldn't downvote them". We aren't robots, we're human beings. You can tell people not to downvote and tell them it's all purely for discussion, but that doesn't matter. It goes against human nature. Like I've already pointed out, the report button exists, use that to flag spam and harassment. If Riot really believed that was the purpose of the downvote button, there would be no reason to have a report button.
: Name one platform that the downvote button = "I disagree" Bet you can't.
What? This is the only platform I've ever seen that specifically tells people not to use it like that. Upvote is used as "I agree", so why is downvote not "I disagree"? It's just Riot trying to be contrarian and make themselves seem hip and progressive.

You don't need resist scalings to be effectively built tank. And when I say tank, I mean maybe a RoA or Tear then tank, not building like Maokai lol

: They clearly addressed Rengar, Kog, and LB as "Failed." All 3 got, for the most part, reverted to their prior selves. The Morde rework wasn't great, but I believe they're going to give him a VGU in the future anyway. The Zyra rework definitely could have been better. But that's the problem, the community wants champions to be able to do multiple roles, but it's SO hard to balance a champion around 2 roles instead of one. You have to think of how to nerf one role without destroying the other or buff one without making the other too insane.
Except the problem is that even though the reworks were bad, they were reverted to an even worse state(except Kog ofc).
Rylalei (EUNE)
: The main issue that makes Zed so easy for new players is the passive working on minions. Such a "high skill" champion having last hit assistant is just a terrible idea. I don't mind abilities like Akali's Q having bonus damage at max rank and such, but stuff like Zed or Lux who can go like "it doesn't matter if I'm bad at csing, my champ has training wheels" should go. Those mechanics can stay and only affect champions, but they should be removed by working on creeps.
Really, Lux? The mage that can't even clear backline in one E? The mage whose main spell costs more than most ultimates? Yeah definitely needs nerfs lol.
: Really would be interested in how in the world you got those numbers.
Is that supposed to be a joke?
Tomoe Gozen (EUNE)
: So what do you think LeBlanc's nerf should've been? A -50 damage on her W, just for good measure? That would've been a nerf that guts her.
Raise W cooldown, done. Her safety is the biggest problem. She doesn't have to lose any damage (although it would be nice), she just needs to have her mobility curbed.
: And what about the people that enjoy playing the thing that just got hard nerfed into unviability? Does their fun just not matter? No one’s preferences are above another's. What one finds unfun, another finds the perfect way to play, and yet another just doesn’t care about it at all. You are never going to be able to decide anything if you are dictating based on “fun” or any other subjective measure. That’s why Riot has to focus on statistics.
I think you're using the term "people" very generously there. Jokes aside, far far more people don't like LeBlanc than do. Orders of magnitude more. If a few thousand people who just cannot have fun with any other champ than LeBlanc are upset when she gets nerfed, that still doesn't compare to the MILLIONS of people who hate her guts and would much rather not have to play against her. You can't make literally every single player happy, so you have to choose what makes the most people happy.
