: Shen can't get a buff in aram?? Where's the shen love?
Who cares about aram they can’t even balance the most popular game mode
: Hello question: I play Yuumi a lot and I get why it can be frustrating to not be able to CC her like many other champs. I use her attach to kind of buffer certain CC abilities for my adc so just so I’m clear, that is no longer possible with ANY form of CC? Like if I’m trying to disarm a Caitlin trap with yuumi (which is kind of hard btw), I can no longer disarm it and become untargetable, the trap will stop me as I pass over it when I try to attach? And this also applies to ALL CC? Not saying it’s unfair that this change is going through btw, just need to know 100% that this is what it means.

: Make grasp of the undying better.
If grasp gets buffed hard then both tanks and bruisers would use it, leaving us with the same problem from before. Grasp is fine on tanks, just bruisers need their own equally balanced keystone.
: How is Camille a bad pick Vs. Sylas?
Camille can play into Sylas and come out on top if Sylas doesn’t punish her correctly. Sylas gets his shield whenever he wants but Camille has to attack, Sylas can steal her R and use it against her when she tries to escape, Sylas wins long trades, and Camille doesn’t out heal Sylas even if she hits her W right.
: Tips for Vlad
Well early levels you’re not very good so try not to fall for trades that don’t favor you, and try to make a secure gateway to mid game stompage. I like my first 3 items to be Kindlegem, Fiendish Codex, and sorcery boots giving me 40% cdr at level 12 or so. I like to get death cap second item if I’m fed and your main goal as Vlad is to not only get big hemoplagues but to make sure the enemy adc can’t play the game. Don’t use your W too often and you could hold empowered Q while casting E or in W pool. These are all things I like o do but for must of these they are preference. It all comes down to your skill level with the champion and there are many diamond and master level Vlad players with differing play styles!

making it an honor system would be a good idea, plus all the honor 5 positivity babies on this game would probably love that one

: >There are obvious differences between the content people type and the words they say. I can speak from experience of me getting invited to very angry users lobbies and I can easily say that the people that type "kill yourself" and other offensive things dont typically say them. Your personal experience doesn't define how all people act. Speaking from experience after playing in popular games like MW2, Overwatch, and TF2, people are insanely toxic whether in chat or voice comms. In fact, voice comms are usually more aggravating since people can scream, speak without the delay from typing, and use language that would otherwise get them banned in-game. >This is the common argument for why League shouldnt have voicechat: "But... but then the people will flame me with their voice instead of typing"! Heres how it should work, voice chat muted on default, boom. Of course you should be able to mute in voice as well, but if this is a team game, how are we to be expected to communicate through pings and typing. People have communicated just fine through these methods and will continue to do so whether or not voice comms get added. No doubt, voice comms are definitely more efficient (not by much) but it's not necessary. >1) It would make the game more social (probably something a lot of you need) 1) That makes absolutely no sense, talking to a rando over voice comms isn't more likely to make me more social, it's the same amount of connection whether you're talking through text or voice. Also, saying people don't get out much is a _great_ way to appeal to people with differing opinions. ###### (it's not) >2) The "team game" LoL is supposed to be will really turn into a team game with all 5 members communicating on one goal. You can communicate just fine through text and pings. We have and will continue to do so regardless of any new features being added. >3) We wouldnt have to type about the next play or strategy. Typing really doesn't take that long and it's not that inefficient. "Rotate baron", "Take drag", "Bot MIA last seen blue side", "Top no summs", "Lux flash 13:50", and more are all very easy, common things to type. Voice comms would maybe save you a few seconds _if_ that. >If you dont believe me, before the game starts ask all members to get in a discord and see how much you get flamed, if being flamed in an online video game chat is all it takes for League voice chat to happen. I've done that before. I added people to my Discord, they got toxic, raged, and I had to ban them. Does that mean we shouldn't add voice chat? Again, your limited personal experience doesn't act as a guide for what the rest of the community is going to do. >PS: Try and counter this without mentioning the duo voice chat system for the love of god holy shit that is not a good counter at all. Okay. 1 - People are toxic regardless of using voice comms or the text/pinging systems. Doesn't matter what you use, people _will_ be toxic. 2 - Voice comms just act as an alternate route to dodging punishments. Someone spent 30 minutes flaming in voice chat, now a Riot employee has to sit through those 30 minutes of audio to determine if they're eligible for punishment. An automated system wouldn't be able to determine this consistently. 3 - The current system we have isn't that inefficient. We've gotten along just fine without voice comms this far, we'll be fine without it. See the above response with the "Rotate baron" for examples of common, efficient chat usage.

If you didn't make the countless mistakes you made earlier on in the game(and yes, you made many mistakes early on, even players like faker have room for improvement) the game would've been in a much better spot. So what's the point in flaming a teammate over a mistake? >“Toxic” is a trite word now, it has no meaning. It is not toxic to explain how someone messed up, but it’s toxic to hide behind your report button if you don’t want to deal with the fact that you’re not as good as you think. Ironic, considering most toxic players flame because they can't accept that they're not as good as they think they are.

The only non feelings based argument I can critique in your paragraph is that yes, there is such a thing as a game losing mistake, its not a single death in the top lane or the losing of an infernal drake, learn the game you play please.

Idk the music group but the name is a reference to the concept of players in the top lane....
: > Since when in a game is it bannable to objectively explain how one player made a game losing mistake? Because you are not in charge and nobody is required to listen to you. So "objectively explaining" (pretty sure you mean flaming) when someone makes a mistake is pointless and doesn't get you any closer to winning the game.
> [{quoted}](name=GatekeeperTDS,realm=NA,application-id=ZGEFLEUQ,discussion-id=4O3ouPH6,comment-id=0000,timestamp=2019-06-06T23:20:39.094+0000) > > Because you are not in charge and nobody is required to listen to you. So "objectively explaining" (pretty sure you mean flaming) when someone makes a mistake is pointless and doesn't get you any closer to winning the game. Your comment is based on the assumption that when I say "objectively explain" I mean flaming. Wrong, I never flame, I agree that gets nowhere. But if two players are arguing and you can clearly explain why one is wrong, typically, the one whos wrong hides behind the report button and gets the player banned.

: how do i get over my anxiety i have on normals
Go into a custom game by yourself, play music so you dont get bored and practice farming cs with basic auto attacks and abilites (or both) on champions you like or champions you might play. What I used to do, a year ago, was I went into a quick custom match on Karthus with 58 base ad and learned how to last hit. Also keep in mind that in Norms Summoners rift, those players are in the same boat as you, youre not significantly worse than them and stay confident. Use that big d*** energy from practicing in private matches and dominate your lane opponent brotha

: 0 Tolerance For Intentionally Throwing A Game
Riot literally encourages intentional feeding by not banning intentional feeders. The report option shouldnt even be there since I could hypothetically go 0/20 at 8 minutes and not say a single word in chat and you know what? I wouldnt get punished.
: Can someone explain me why is toxic behavior a necessity?
You think people flame others gameplay because of something else and theyre falsely releasing anger on them, youre wrong. If 3 of my teammates are 0/3 at 3 minutes why am I being told im toxic, In game behavior is much more toxic and obviously intentional than in chat behavior

Not blaming riot servers for my problem, nowhere in the original statement did I blame anything from my gameplay on the ping, I am simply confounded that us West Coast players dont have a ping similair to big games like csgo, how come valve can make good servers for west coast but riot cant.
