Its this. NA has the same competitive player pool size as Brazil.
: Jensen leaves C9
I don't feel that Jensen was playing like his old self, so its not too shocking to see this, but ya really have to wonder who can take his place after all the synergy he had built with his teammates.

No, it's the adults who complain and get all twisted when people say things like "gg" or trash talk, not "the kids".
: NA LUL
Thank goodness for Fnatic to give us westerners something to cheer for. :)
: The reason why NA fans can never get some happyness from their teams performance at Worlds
Misfits kept pulling out those pocket picks and mixing it up. I ain't even mad. :)

It's like they were picking champs off a Tier list. I think NA is the most "meta-whore" region in the world.
: TSM had the easiest group they have ever been placed in in their International Career.
Just some thoughts: Doublelift gets caught out a lot. I don't like DL on Kog. Bjerg never seems to actually win lane and roam. For the "nest NA mid", that isn't really impressive. Bio has some good engages. Hauntzer seemed to play pretty smart. 0/7 in first bloods is a telling statistic. You can't always come back late game. TSM picked the same kind of "standard meta pick" team every time, and really didn't show any flexibility or innovation. Once again disappointed.

: Just hit the Nexus
Had a similar thing happen to me. Another jinx, last alive at nexus after a fight in enemy base. Apparently they had set their R mouse button to attack-move because when enemy minions spawned she was unable to target the Nexus that had a sliver of health. We lost after the next teamfight.
: another reason why people hate support is this support gets adc fed and adc carries support gets no credit and the adc gets all the credit adc feed and support trying every thing to keep them alive support is to blame and its not the adcs fault and the sup gets reported for feeding support blocks blitz hook to prevent the adc from geting hooked at last teamfight and lose the game support gets the blame for the loss for protecting the adc from the hook support misses adc with skillshot and hits and kills minion adc goes stop stealing my cs or i afk which makes the support play extremely passive so the adc does not afk in fear of taking 1 cs from the adc and then the adc threatens to afk if support does not play agressive

And don't get me started on Teemo adcs.... ;)
JoroA (EUW)
: So will you continue watch Worlds and MSI after all the non korean teams are eliminated?
I'll most likely watch. Especially if there are fun champs in the meta. More Faker on Kat would be nice.
Leo1024 (NA)
: Anyone Else Think Watching Corki Mid Is Extremely Boring?
Definitely need to see more assasins mid.
: Every match's Support champions were nothing but Malzahar, Miss Fortune & Zyra....
Well, NA is probably the least experimental of all the regions so you are pretty much only going to see the safest picks. I am already sick of seeing Maokai every single match, and I like him. At least CLG brings out Aurelion Sol for some diversity.
: But that's what I want to see, can they overcome their nerves and fear? That's part of the fun for me. Can handle the pressure? Or will it affect them and cost the game. Very interesting mental factor for me. That definitely felt like it when some of the team's missed a ban. Can't handle the heat then get out of the kitchen.
Why do you think the players aren't equally involved in picks and bans? If there was no discussion then they wouldn't be running out of time on the bans.
Lurkkin (NA)
: This week of NA LCS was the most fun I've had in awhile with LCS
I just wish we had some of the crazier picks from the other regions. More Singed, less Maokai please. ;)
: Please don't remove Warwick or Galio from the game like you've done with Yorick, Sion, and Poppy : ( Could you do what you did with Ryze?
I dunno...I really like Poppy, Sion, and Yorick. They all feel very fun to play.
: in all seriousness though they should change group stage. The best of one format is so unpredictable.
True, but the randomness is what makes it interesting. It gives an underdog team a chance to pull an upset.

: I think it's because in general H2k is not a popular team. Since they're not a popular team, quite a few people hoped they'd lose to ANX so that we'd have at least one interesting story left to watch unfold at Worlds(the rise of the wildcard regions)... Now we have H2K and 3 Korean teams. I'm honestly not sure I'm going to watch any more of Worlds personally, simply because I don't think there's anything interesting left to see. I've seen the finals in LCK(whichever team makes it), and I don't see any chance of H2K taking down the Korean team they'll be facing. So we've got 1 match that's prettymuch already decided, and then two sets of Korean vs Korean to watch - which are boring because we've already seen them all too many times during the regular season and the Korean championships. That being said, I don't have any hatred for H2K. I mean, Forgiven's still as much of an arrogant prat as always - it's a miracle he can fit through doorways with a head that inflated - but the rest of H2K I just don't have much of an opinion on one way or another - they're just another team. And since they're going to lose, I don't see any reason for hatred. They're not going to be around much longer. It's kind of a pity, overall. But there's always next year.

: Why are so people sour at H2K
Nah, I think people wanted to see a Wilcard team really shake up Worlds. Plus they use more off meta picks so it's more fun to watch. (though they didnt really do that vs H2K).
: Looking at the C9 vs SKT T1 game be like
Saw the beginning of the match where C9 got the first 2 kills. But unless you can turn a pick into a tower+Dragon it doesn't mean much to a team like SKT. :(
Lugg (NA)
: TSM disappoints yet again
Everytime I see a NA midlaner on a utility champ I cry. Every time I see NA pick a risky comp that NEEDS to get ahead in order to be useful I weep. Please C9, don't do a "protect the adc" strategy. Don't make the same mistakes as CLG and TSM.
: TSM's overall score may be the same as RNG, but in games played against RNG they were 0-2. If they had beaten RNG once, making them 1-1, then they would go to a tie breaker. Think of it as a best of 3 played out over the course of the two weeks.
If TSM had beaten them once they would have been 4-2 so no need of a tie breaker.
hotarse (NA)
: The interesting thing with Nidalee is even though shes kinda oppressive, there are some jungle champs that can provide other things that she doesn't, namely a front line and crowd control. I kind of like skarner into nid. Nid's a good pick with a top laner with CC like Ekko or one of the tanks, but without a front liner I feel like she can become a non factor in well set up team fights.
I just want to add how happy I am seeing Skarner being played. It just made me love this year's Worlds.
Lugg (NA)
: Until an NA team beats Korea in a best of five, my money is on Korea. The Korean teams are masters at making adjustments during a series and you won't get a champ you carried on again that series unless you are going into a counter. However, I do agree that this is the best Worlds ever already. It's always boring when a team is heavily favored to win it all.
This is why I am so glad NA and EU went to more "Best of" style season games. They really need to get more practice in on doing series.
: "We may have to disable a champ in the middle of Worlds for the entire tournament because of a bug"
Just thank goodness it didn't happen with CLG. You know they would have had to use some crappy alternate strategy and lost.
: TSM really fucked up their second draft is about all I took away from that game.
Every time there is a remake it seems *someone* comes back with a crappy draft.
: Why does the LCS caster for the TSM vs RNG game always have to claim outplay when its not.
It's called color commentary. Like how casters get excited by every home run, completed pass, and Don Cherry's wardrobe.

: I guess Bjerg shouldn't have mentioned the Aurelion Bug
Yeah, I liked the first champ select a lot better. :(
: Aurelion Sol: Not this shit again.
How long must we wait to see AS in comp play?? I hope CLG didn't waste too much time practicing him during the boot camp.

: The one and only problem I have with rank 6 or 7 is that they require you to get an S rank in the games to unlock it. If I add up ALL of my games from this season the number of times I got an S rank was........once. And that was after going 27/5/3 as Rengar. I've gone 14/1/10 as Vel'koz but look I get an A- because I didn't have enough farm. If they didn't make it so difficult to get S ranks I wouldn't have any issue.

: For how bad spring split was this year MSI is everything we could ask for plus some
I agree, it's been good so far. I expect there will be more champ diversity in the B05 matches where everyone is trying to outsmart each other. You don't pull out your pocket picks in the opening rounds. It was nice to see NA and Turkey looking much better than at Worlds. Shame about G2 though, they really fell apart.

: New season, same complaints. The irony is that 70+ champs were played last year at Worlds and it was far worse to watch than this. 1. This was a bad week to complain about LCS. The matches yesterday were actually pretty exciting. IMT should've lost. 2. NA teams are lazy when it comes to trying new things. One of TSM's many reasons for being mediocre this year. The Ever game was disgusting and they should've taken more grief for that loss. Huni is he only bright spot and he obviously came from EU's undefeated team last year. The only reason we're seeing Jihn is because EU pulled it out in Poland two weeks ago. Same with ADC Kennen last year. There's a reason NA has been the weakest region for 18 months now. Poland is just the latest example of NA's mediocrity. Having said all that, it's time to get rid of lane swaps. They're just 8 mins of purely scripted play.

: High elo players are more successful at the game, so everyone needs to listen to them all the time about game-related things. They have more skill and experience than you and are always right. Older players with careers are more successful at LIFE than you, so everyone needs to listen to them all the time about life-related things. They have more skill and experience than you and are always right. I am a 35 year old man with a successful business that supports me and my wife. Therefore all you kids out there who are younger than me and still only in school need to do as I say in your lives, since I'm doing better at mine than you are. Now please jump off a bridge. See how dumb that logic is if you stop to think about it?
I guess you don't think much of coaches, teachers, therapists, counselors, analysts, statisticians, or trainers. If you really have no advice to give someone about running a successful business, I guess you just think it was all luck or natural born ability that just can't be duplicated?

: Teemo isn't OP, strong, and arguably isn't even viable. Teemo really only exists because he's a hard counter to most top laners, and he's infuriating to play against. He's pretty shitty, to be honest
How can a champ who is 'a hard counter to most top laners' not be a viable pick?
: But it need to charge... and I am sure it needs some more time to charge... and maybe just a little more time (and have you seen how skilled people are at avoiding lux shield... everyone avoids it be it allies or enemies)

There really isn't one 'perfect for all situations' champion. You need to pick the right champion your team needs, keeping in mind what your enemy team consists of. Then you have to pick the right runes/masteries and itemize correctly in game. To answer your question though, you can check out [probuilds.net](http://probuilds.net) to see what champs the pros are playing, and what their builds are.

: To be honest slipping roofies to someone might just be the gentlemanly thing to do if they are not going to enjoy what comes next anyway.
: Actually most of the people here aren't sportsmen/sportswomen, they're just playing a game casually for fun. The actual eSports players act even worse, so it's perfectly in line with sportsman-like behavior to talk trash or taunt opponents. It has always been for 20+ years since the first competitive PC games hit the market.
How did "sportsman-like behavior" come to mean trash talking your opponent? It pretty much means the exact opposite. That's like saying it is 'perfectly in line with gentleman-like behavior to slip people roofies'.
