stopped reading half way... It's the beginning of the season dude. Obviously its going to be hectic. My account has never gone passed Gold 4. And here i am laning against plats and shit, i can only assume the same is happening across the map and to everybody else too. It's no stretch of the imagination to think up a scenario as to why my teammates are feeding their asses off. They are clearly outmatched. It's the beginning of the season everyone is going from unranked to a ranked role. It's going to be hectic. as it is EVERY YEAR. Just chill. if you're having trouble with your teammates just take a break from ranked for half a month or something and when you return you'll probably have a better time ranking back up to your deserved rank. a lot of people who deserve higher rank would have grinded passed silver already and most of the remaining people are all silvers. Resulting in a higher chance of your teammates not inting to a player significantly better than them. The beginning of seasons are always like this.

bronze basically became 10 ranks. bronze 1 to bronze 10. (5-10 being iron cause having 10 ranks in a division isn't the standard so iron was born)

Maybe have an item that allows gold from minions kills to transfer to a selected nearby ally... Maybe also limit this item somehow like the jungle items are limited to whoever has smite so only the support can use. Edit : This would curve the early game ability to transfer gold, and force supports to build it. AP supports might not want to commit an item slot so early and stuff so it'll be suuuper support.

: I hate that aspect of his ult. 50% execute is beyond stupid but takes kills away from the adc. I don't care that they get the gold for it. It hurts their end game score at the end and helps his. Supports- assists. ADCs- kills. Not the other way around.
you do realize that the way you calculate someone scores gives the same value to kills and assists? 10/2/0 is the same score as a 0/2/10. Both have the same score. Both have a 5.00:1 KDA. also kda doesn't matter. The enemy died. Your team gets to push closer to the enemies base without resistance. it's a good thing.

Neither is correct. But they also not wrong. You have to find a balance between offensive and defensive, Understand when you have the freedom to be aggressive and when you are forced into a passive stance. This usually changes many times during the course of the laning phase, Power spikes/Cooldowns/items/ganks ect... There's no right or wrong when it comes to how Aggressive / Passive someone should be there are too many variables involved for any one answer to always be the correct one. Who your teammates are heavily impacts this and you'll have to gauge this on a per game basis. (basically are they trash players who wont followup? or are they amazing and have the capacity to react to your engages quickly). Which stance are you more suited to? Personally i find i win more games when i'm aggressive and take action and so, I tend to try to play champions who align with this. I main wukong for this reason who has the ability to go full on aggro and force engages with a flash ulti. Others might not win games with this style of play so they try to play passive champions like Soraka or Janna who excel at stopping the opponents aggression. If you think blitzcrank's hooks are fun, Try playing Pyke... So fun. tl:dr = There are times to be passive and there are times to be aggressive. Master the art of knowing when to swap styles and you'll find success.

i think when they do something like a small ad lowered or increased they're really just throwing it out into the open game for data collection. To see how this ever so slight change will affect his overall game performance. This will allow them in a later patch to be more accurate in a nerf/buff.

That's exactly it. in theory the idea to have stats to help break through someones resistances is good, but in practice, Riot just added too many. So much so that it's almost a bad idea to even build the resistances in the first place.

I was thinking the same as you almost, but after watching some of his explanations i don't think its too bad, Though only time will tell. Also you're not going to be dragging the other roles up by too much. the splashing is only a few LP so you'll need to win a lot of games to even come close to increasing the rank on other roles, This is not even counting the times they will lose LP or the times you get autofilled into those roles and win/lose. Edit: They're taking so many precautions that they're even monitoring what peoples ranks would be without this system so if it all goes to shit by they can revert the entire system back to what it is now.

It's so you can't have a Plat I player dipping into Silver IV games by intentionally tanking a role he doesn't care about then lane swapping.

Actually, As a top lane main... It's quite the opposite. I feel as though i CANT leave my lane. The moment i leave my lane my opponent is quickly able to shove the lane into turret and grab a significant portion of the turret. Which will result in them once they take the turret, Freedom to roam permanently as they can shove me into my tier 2 turret and roam with ample time to return back to top before i am able to touch their tower. Basically it's a stalemate. Whoever leaves lane first loses their turret and puts themselves in a significantly negative situation where they are unable to do anything in lane due to a lack of turret to fall back to. instead of bashing the top laners for not wanting to leave, Think about it from their perspective and what might be causing them not to want to leave. Maybe you can roam up to top push a god damn turret with your top laner thereby freeing them up to also roam back down to your lane. Oh wait, You'd have to roam too...you'd probably lose a turret, You wouldn't want that. Don't expect others to do something you wouldn't wanna do yourself.

: Its not even the damage, its the feeding. I cant jg when my adc goes 0/5 then afk's. Plus the snowballing makes it so you can't come back
So the fact the enemy got 5 kills isn't supporting of the fact the damage is too high? I used to be able to make many mistakes in lane and still manage to outplay my way back to an even lane. Now, 1 mistake and the enemy has so much more hp than me i can barely be in exp range.
